Hurricane Helene made its way through Western North Carolina last week leaving in its wake devastating destruction, numerous deaths and forcing so many communities to rebuild. On Wednesday, President Biden was in our state to visit the Emergency Operations Center and tour the damage in the Mountains. With Chris Edwards to offer perspective on how to handle the response to a storm like this is former North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory
