It has been a while since we have reviewed a Penelope product. At one point, Penelope was one of the up and coming whiskey brands (they source, so not a distillery). Now, they are a fairly well known brand that can be fairly easily found throughout the US. The Architect is a bourbon aged with French oak staves which gives the whiskey unique flavor that does not drink the proof.
