Effective Goal Setting – 5 Ways to Stick to Your Goals

[[:encoded, "As cliché as it sounds, there is nothing else that determines success more than effective goal setting. Effective goals provide the clarity and path to reach success and achievement, including new business plans, professional development to New Year’s resolutions, etc. \n\nHowever, goal setting is not an easy process, despite its crucial role. Goals are the first steps towards our future planning and impact the development of our skills concerning the multiple facets of life. They help us identify the targets where we can launch our proverbial arrows. \n\nHence, it is not an easy process to identify goals. If you wish to pave a smooth and sure way to success, here are a few things you need to know about effective goal setting and achievement. \n\nBefore we launch into a detailed explanation, I’d like you to answer this question. Do you currently possess a mindset that allows growth and achievement of goals through your life and sheer hard work? Your answer determines your mindset power. \n\nYou see, having the right mindset is what establishes the difference between failure and achieving remarkable results. A powerful mindset empowers you to work hard and dedicate your life to making your dreams and ambitions come true. If you don’t own the mindset that allows this, then your achievement quota will be limited and uninspiring. \n\nWhen it comes to effective goal setting, nothing can be more beneficial than a growth mindset. The latter is a form of thinking that convinces your subconscious into believing in your capabilities of success. It urges you to think that you can get whatever you want in life only if you put your mind and effort into it. \n\nAbility undoubtedly plays an integral part too, but it will not suffice till you have a concrete belief system. Moreover, you will have to align your beliefs with the proper habits to propel you into positive action. \n\nDo you know what the most powerful tool humans possess? Yep, it is our brain!\n\nIf you find computers impressive, you’d be awestruck to know that our brains have a series of processors inside, typically like a computer’s. You can only imagine its tremendous capability of thought and conscious actions at a time. This all narrows down to one concrete fact: our brain possesses magnificent processing powers to help us achieve our goals. \n\nTapping into this exceptional power is essential, and here’s how you should do it:\n\nTo tap into this exceptional concept, here are a few helpful tips.\n•\tUnlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! How to Increase Your Productivity with Time Blocking

[[:encoded, "As a business owner, you often get pulled in many different directions, which can lead to thinly-spread focus and subpar quality of work. How many times have you started responding to an email, only to have a team member ping you to ask a question about an upcoming project, and then realize you had a meeting starting in two minutes?\n\nWhile there are many things that need your attention, not everything needs your attention right now. You can increase productivity by building a habit of time blocking each day.\n\nTime blocking is the practice of scheduling out each moment of your day on your calendar. It may look overwhelming to have a completely full calendar, but it’s a great way to understand when to focus on certain activities and create much-needed structure in your schedule.\n\nHow to start blocking out time on your calendar\nFilling up your calendar doesn’t mean it needs to be followed exactly, every single day. Allow for flexibility, especially as circumstances change and crises inevitably arise. Think of it more as a framework, a place to get started and increase productivity before you even start working. Let me share some ideal to help you to start setting up your own time blocking calendar or get even better at time blocking.\n\nStart with Your Own Routines\nWhile the majority of your day will be work-related tasks, it’s important to set aside time for your own personal routines. Working out, for example, provides many benefits for business owners. If you prefer exercising in the morning, block off an hour to an hour and a half in the morning on your calendar for your workout time.\n\nBlock Off Dedicated Email Time\nIt can be tempting to check each email as it comes in, but interrupting your current task you are working on to check your email can shift your focus. In doing so, it will take more time to refocus on what you were originally doing, leading to a less productive work session. Block off a couple of one-hour blocks during the day, as needed, to check and respond to emails. I recommend 11:00 and 4:00, so you aren’t checking email first thing and getting off schedule first thing in the morning.\n\nSave Time for Lunch\nDon’t forget to eat! Schedule lunch breaks or quick 15-minute breaks as needed. The rule is, if they’re on your calendar, you have to take them. This also helps you to set boundaries, so that others can’t disturb you during those set times. Taking a break to eat and recharge throughout the day can keep you mentally sharUnlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! 8 Tips for What It Takes to Achieve Your Goals

[[:encoded, "Business professionals like you know that goal setting is vital. But sometimes, the process may feel overwhelming, or perhaps it just hasn’t worked well for you in the past. Have no fear. You will find the eight helpful tips I’m sharing with you to help you meet your goals. These go beyond the basics of goal setting, like brainstorming, writing your goals down, and creating an action plan. So, let’s go!\n\n1.\tPrioritize listening. For any business professional to meet their goals, they must possess a crucial soft skill: open-mindedness. This term means you can take in information that might challenge your beliefs. You’re able to ask questions and allow others to express their opinions, even if you disagree. Closed-minded people only care about their own viewpoints, and typically, they don’t give any consideration to other ideas. Without open-mindedness as a leader, you likely will not reach your goals, so listen, remain open-minded, and model trust and cooperation.\n\n2.\tUse strategic thinking. Sadly, failing to consider issues from a different perspective is common—plus limiting and short-sighted. Strategic thinking, though, means you can analyze critical factors that affect long-term success. To improve this skill, consider the big picture and planning ahead. Then, you’re able to view your options and make more intentional decisions. Strategic thinking helps put your thoughts into action, allowing you to meet those goals.\n\nApplying strategic thinking practices to your business will accelerate your success by allowing a crystal-clear focus to drive daily tasks - for you and your team. To download my complimentary copy of a strategic thinking model, go to https://www.accountabilitycoach.com/strategic-thinking-model/. \n\n3.\tCommunicate confidence. Think of confidence as an aura that accompanies you everywhere. Confidence causes people to notice when you enter a room. You turn their heads because your demeanor communicates poise and dignity. And by being self-assured, your team has a reason to look up to you. Then, they’re more inspired to work, creating a productive and trusting atmosphere that leads to high achievement. \n\n4.\tGuide your team like a coach. You may have had a favorite coach growing up. They likely guided and encouraged you rather than just barking blunt or unhelpful directions. With a coaching mindset, you’re able to communicate that you respect your employees, believe in their ability to grow, and value their contributions and Unlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! Happy New Year! Let’s kick some butt in 2022!

[[:encoded, "“What the New Year brings to you will depend a great deal on what you bring to the New Year.” I think this is a great quote by Vern McLellan.\n\nWe all have 365 days in a year. The only difference between the successful people and the mediocre is what we do with each day. We spend every second of every day doing something. Are those activities moving you forward or keeping you where you currently are?\n\nI just wanted to take a quick moment to say how much I appreciate your business and continued support.\n\nIt is a pleasure for me to be able to serve entrepreneurs and business professionals like you.\n\nI believe that you and I have the ability to have a positive impact on this world. That's why I'm so excited to serve our community.\n\n2021 has been written and I hope our relationship will grow into something even more amazing in 2022.\n\nWhen hard-working, values- and goals-driven people like you and I put our heads together, there's no limit to what we can accomplish.\n\nThank you for your continued support and I hope you let me know how else I can be of service to you in 2022 and beyond.\n\nI wish you a very healthy, happy, and profitable new year. \n\nOprah Winfrey said: “Cheers to a new year and another chance for us to get it right.” \n\nI welcome your comments and feedback on how I can help you make 2022 your best year ever!\nAim for what you want each and every day! 5 Ways to Help You Attain Better Work Life Balance

[[:encoded, "Life is in continual motion. There seems to be a blur between life and work and that is especially true for an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurs, it seems, have a harder time separating work and life and home; they feel they need to be always available and always in “client search mode” as well as running the business. \n\nAre there secrets to attaining a work life balance? They aren’t exactly secrets, but sometimes in the hustle and bustle of life, we forget to breath and we allow our work and lifelines to coincide. Now is the time to take a step back and untangle those lines and get back to a better balance. \n\nIt is important to find a balance that makes both life and work fulfilling and enjoyable. If you don’t, you risk burnout in both areas of your life. Keep in mind that you won’t likely notice a large sign that lets you know your life and work are out of balance. The imbalance usually happens slowly and subtly, until you get to the point where you’re not functioning well in either aspect of your life. \n\nLet’s explore five ways I’ve learned that will help you attain a more balanced work and life. \n\n1.\tYou need to have boundaries. Even if you work from a home office you need to set office hours – this is for your clients and your family. Clients need to appreciate that you’re not on call 24-hours a day. Family needs to understand that between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm you’re working and shouldn’t be disturbed. These boundaries need to apply to your technology as well. Even if you’ve closed the literal door on your office, if you have your smart phone continually within reach, you will be distracted and tempted to check social media and emails and your work may again bleed into your home and family life. \n\n2.\tJust let it go. Being a perfectionist and trying to be everything to everyone is a recipe for disaster and burn out. If you’re feeling stressed in your personal life, you need to delve deeper into what those stressors are. The same goes for your work life; what is adding to your stress? Once you know what your stressors are, you can take steps to find those items you can simply let go of. Are there items that simply do not matter in the big picture? If so, cut them loose. The more items you can let go of (and that may mean delegating work or home tasks to others) the more balanced your life will be. \n\n3.\tWhat are your priorities? Just as important as knowing what your priorities are is knowing why they are important. 5 Steps for Inspiring Clients to Work with You

[[:encoded, "You have what they need! So, how do you get them to realize that you are the solution to what they are looking for, so they can be even more successful? Here are 5 steps for inspiring clients to want to work with you. It’s a win-win for everyone.\n\nStep 1: Get Them Talking\nFirst and foremost, make the conversation about them. Take the focus off “getting the sale” and instead use this time together to evaluate if you are the best person to assist them. Remember, you don’t want to work with anyone; you want to work ideal clients.\n\nAlthough you will be using this initial time together to evaluate if you want to work with them, keep the conversation focused on the prospective client.\n\nWhat is their current biggest struggle or challenge?\nWhat is their most immediate or long-term goal?\nWhat kind of support or guidance are they looking for?\n\nIf, at the end of the conversation, you conclude they are a potential ideal client, continue to Step #2.\n\nIf, at any point in the conversation, it’s apparent they are not an ideal client or if you feel you are not the best person to help them, politely end the conversation by thanking them for their time and clarifying how they can proceed. *If you are unable or unwilling to assist them, refer them to another reputable, high-quality resource whenever possible.\n\nStep 2: Connect Them to Their Current Pain\nThere must be a starting point where you help the prospective client see where they are right now. In other words, they must know where they are right now before they can receive guidance to get where they want to go. From there, it’s important to remember that there are only ever two driving forces behind customers and clients who sign up to work with you and your firm:\n\n1) Reducing/Eliminating pain or \n2) Increasing pleasure\n\nThe first step in inspiring them to work with you (assuming they are a potential ideal client, and you want to work with them) is to help them feel their current pain. 11 Tips for Staying Focused and to Achieve Your Goals

[[:encoded, "As a business owner, there are things you must do in order to accomplish your goals, so you can have the kind of business and life you have dreamed of having. From managing a team to handling clients - and everything in between - it can be easy to lose complete control of your day. We all have the same 24 hours available each day; it’s how we chose to use those 24 hours that’s makes the difference.\n\nMeetings, client services, and a To-Do List a mile long are frequent daily tasks in the world of running a business. The key is to find an effective way to handle our daily routine to stay focused and on track to achieve your goals in the shortest amount of time and the least amount of effort.\n\nTip #1: Break Goals Down Into Daily Action Steps - and Track Them\nSomewhere between running a business and having a personal life, it’s not uncommon for our goals to fall by the wayside. Sure, we write out a Goal List, but it ends up at the bottom of a large stack of papers on our desk or filed away in a drawer, or in an electronic file on your desktop. If you are not paying attention to your goals on a daily basis, you’re probably taking the long way around. Break goals down into daily action steps and put them into your daily calendar/diary/or planner. Those action steps should be labeled high priority and handled as early on in the day as possible, or at the best time that leads to the best result. No excuses.\n\nTip #2: Remove Distractions and Interruptions from Your Life\nWasting time on low priority tasks is one of the most common sources of interrupting your success. Email - texting - social media - internet surfing - personal phone calls - chatting - etc. are time wasters for many of us. Work hours should be reserved for work. Distractions need to be a thing of the past and not the present, if you want to achieve your goals in the timeframe you have set. (Close email and internet outside specific time blocks. Turn off the ringer on your phone or filter calls through a team member. Remove paperwork that you are not currently working on from your sight.) Create a system that works best for you - and stick to it. Consistent execution of new habits that put you in the highest probability position to make better progress, so you can create the business and life you want is key. \n\nTip #3: Be Aware of Sabotaging Habits\nNo one is ever completely free of self-sabotaging habits, which is why it’s important to be aware of your tendencies. How the Choices We Make Impact Our Lives

[[:encoded, "Should I turn left at the fork in the road or right? Should I agree to take on a non-ideal client that could be more work than waiting for an ideal client? Is this new job offer right for me or should I stay where I am? Should I have the fish or the beef? The choices we make impact our lives – sometimes in profound ways, others in subtle ways. \n\nSometimes, though, we feel overwhelmed at the variety of options ahead of us and we can’t, or won’t, make a decision. There is a song lyric that goes something like, “if you choose not to decide you still have made a choice.” I always find that profound especially at those times when I don’t make a decision, or can’t decide which decision is the “right” one. \n\nIf you’re faced with decisions regularly, and who isn’t, it can be overwhelming. We can then start to suffer from decision fatigue. This state can impact us in small, or large ways. For example, if you get out of bed in the morning and the first thing you’re faced with is a refrigerator or cupboard full of breakfast choices, your brain is going into overload before you’ve even truly started the day. Imagine you decided the night before, “I am going to have a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast.” When you do this, you start your day without having to make a decision and can save your decision making for when you’re ready to start your workday. \n\nThere are some choices you will make in your life that have the potential to impact you in profound ways. Let’s explore three choices that I think might make a big impact: \n\n1.\tThe people with whom you surround yourself. The company you keep – professionally and personally – impacts how you see yourself, whether you’re encouraged or discouraged by them and the type of influence they may exert. Jim Rohn wrote, “you are the average of the five people with whom you spend the most time.” Who are your people and how do they impact you? Are they positive or negative? Their outlook can impact your outlook – either good or bad. \n\n2.\tHow do you spend your time? In your 24-hour day what do you do? Do you work? Care for children or aging parents? Do you have hobbies? Do you have pets with whom you spend time? When you’re not sleeping, what are you doing? You don’t have to be continually productive, but you do want to find ways to spend your days that make you happy. You can spend your time sleeping on the couch or surfing the internet or you could spend your time with friends, reading a book, learning a hobby, growing aUnlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! 10 Tips to Get Motivated….and Stay that Way

[[:encoded, "Some days you’d rather be in bed watching Netflix, going surfing, or skiing, than picking up the phone to make client acquisition (revenue generation) calls to increase business revenue. It happens to the best of us, even those of us that love our business. When you feel uninspired to tackle that to-do list, try one or more of these 10 tips, I’m about to share with you, to ramp up your motivation level and be productive again. \n\n1.\tGet Digital. In today’s digital world, there’s an app, podcast, or video for everything, including motivation. According to American Express’s blog on motivation, commitment trackers such as Stridesapp or Beeminder can give you that extra push to keep up with your long-term and short-term goals. The article also suggested writing the goals down on pen and paper for extra focus, and I certainly agree with this, and all my clients have their specific long-range and short-range goals written down.\n\n2.\tSet Milestones. Working on a long-term goal can seem endless at times, which results in a loss in motivation. Setting smaller milestones to hit along the way keeps the motivation level up and gives you something to celebrate along the journey. As soon as you break up a large project into smaller tasks, you can start checking them off your list and feeling like you are getting the job done! \n\n3.\tReward Yourself. Give yourself something to work toward and acknowledge tasks when they are completed. When you hit a milestone, treat yourself to something. It could be a latte at Starbucks, a movie, a massage, or a new pair of shoes. Whatever makes you happy, this type of incentive is effective in maintaining motivation for both you and your team. \n\n4.\tWalk Away. For those times when you just can’t get focused, take a break from your desk and get a change of scenery. It could be a cup of coffee at the local coffee shop or a walk around the block. Changing your environment might refresh you enough to get back into it with a fresh perspective when you return to your desk. \n\n5.\tBrainstorm. Carve out a few quiet minutes to sit down alone and let your mind go. Think about ways to grow the business, get new clients, improve your marketing materials and efforts---wherever you see a weakness in your business, think about a solution to it. How can you prevent the competition from getting ahead of you? \n\n6.\tThink Positively. Sometimes, inspiration can be hard to find at work, but there is no room for negativUnlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! How Big Thinking Can Grow Your Business

[[:encoded, "Do you surround yourself with dream squashers or are you surrounded by individuals who listen to your dreams for your business and urge you to pursue them? Do you think big for your business? Do you look at where your business stands today and think, “this is good enough” or “what if I try something new and it upsets the successes I’ve attained?” Do you give yourself enough credit to allow yourself to dream big? \n\nRemember, not every big dream has to come to fruition of a “mission accomplished.” But, every big dream may have a kernel of an action step that will help you think outside the proverbial box and could potentially spark a new idea to do something you’re currently doing better, faster, or at a higher level of income producing effect? \n\nHow Can Big Thinking Grow Your Business? \n\nTake a moment and ask yourself: What is your dream for your business? Do you want to be the next Amazon or Uber? Do you want to be the biggest XYZ firm in your city or part of the country? Are you looking to take your business nationwide or worldwide? \n\nDo you even allow yourself to have those big dreams? Many business owners, when asked, “What is the big dream for your business this year” will say: \n1.\tI’d like to bring in an additional $1,000 a month.\n2.\tI’d like to grow by 10% in clients and income.\n3.\tI’d like to outsource some of my tasks.\n4.\tI’ll be happy to maintain the status quo.\n5.\tI hadn’t even thought of a big dream… I’m just trying to maintain my current level.\n\nThis is what I call “expectation” thinking. You expect to stay where you are and that thinking leads to your getting exactly what you expected. What if you allowed yourself the audacity to say, “I’d like to grow my income by $5,000 a month” or “I want to exceed last year’s sales by 50%”.\n\nWhat’s stopping you? \n\nIs it because you’re afraid to think big? What do you think would have happened if Henry Ford hadn’t thought big? Would we have had automobiles? Every successful business started out as a small idea that was pushed to higher levels by an entrepreneur who thought big. \n\nBig, audacious goals don’t have to become setbacks if you didn’t achieve a 50% higher sales revenue. If you shot for 50% and achieved 30% isn’t that a big win? It’s certainly a bigger win than a 10% increase. Although if you’d considered a 10% increase you would likely have met that, but would it feel as good as aiming for 50% and attaining 30%? Probably not! \n\nHow can you become a big thinker in youUnlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! 7 Steps to Find and Retain Quality Staff

[[:encoded, "Finding and retaining quality staff whether you’re hiring employees or contractors, can be a difficult task for many entrepreneurs. There are a myriad of reasons this is true. It takes a focused, strategic approach to hiring and growing your team that will help propel you and your business forward. \n\nSometimes, though, no matter how well you have hired and how many strategies you have in place for a “good hire” it just doesn’t work out and you have to start over. Starting over with hiring and training a new employee or even getting a contractor up to speed on what you need done is a drain – physically and emotionally for the entrepreneur and financially for the business. \n\nHow can you find and retain quality staff? \n\nLet’s explore 7 steps you can take that can help you increase your success. \n1.\tBe very clear on what you want the individual to do. If you hire someone and they think they are doing A and you want them to do B and perhaps C, and you didn’t tell them up front, they may balk and leave. If you hire for task A but then add on B and C without further compensation you may have to re-hire or pay to train them, if you are interested. If you believed you were hiring for A, B, and C, you need to be clear about the tasks and the expectations for everyone’s benefit. \n\n2.\tLeave the door open for negotiation on tasks and responsibilities. You may hire someone who far exceeds your expectations and your business grows. It may get to the point where, because of growth, you need to hire a new person who can take on tasks D and E. Don’t forget to ask the original hire whether he or she can, or wants to, take on those new tasks, if they have the skill set to do them. Don’t overlook a chance to promote from within. Just because you hired for a person for ABC, doesn’t mean that individual doesn’t have other hidden talents you’ve never discussed. The people that get you to one level, might be or might not be the same people to help you get to your next level of success.\n\n3.\tHave a very clear and specific written job description. It is not enough to simply say what you want done. Give the new team member a detailed job description – not so detailed that it’s novel length, but detailed enough that you both understand the deliverables and agree to them. \n\n4.\tBe open to suggestions on potential changes to procedures. If you have a new staff member who looks at some of your current procedures (assuming you have all tasks documented, which most firmsUnlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! What Can You Do to Stop Wasting Time and Stay Focused?

[[:encoded, "It is way too easy to let the day get away from you simply because you are unfocused. When this happens, it may not be detrimental to your business and its viability. But if you find that you’re wasting time daily and can’t stay focused, you will begin to lose motivation because you’re not seeing to-dos getting checked off. If your business is suffering you may not even place the blame on being unfocused, but it could very well be the case. \n\nDo you find yourself staring out the window or scrolling through social media and tell yourself, “I’m just going to look on social media for five minutes” then discover that it’s been a half an hour or an hour or longer? It’s easy to get distracted. It’s easy to lose focus and when this happens regularly you need to determine the underlying cause. If you were formerly focused and stuck to tasks and didn’t waste time, what is happening now that you’re not focused? \n\nFor many entrepreneurs the reason for losing focus and wasting time is procrastination, pure and simple. If you want to manage your time effectively and be more efficient and productive you need to get to the root cause of your lack of focus. \n\nLet’s first look at four habits that waste your time and that are insidious to productivity. \n\n1.\tThe internet and social media. If you’re researching an item for your business it is easy to go down a rabbit hole, and it’s also easy to get off track from your original research topic. If you don’t have the willpower to stay off the internet or from constantly checking email or responding to social media pings. Turn off the apps that distract you and reward yourself with social media or email time once the task(s) at hand has been completed. \n2.\tKeep your work housed on one device. When you switch between your work desktop and your home laptop and check your email on your phone and not your computer and then pull out your tablet to scroll social media you are pulling your focus into too many directions. Every time you move from one device to another you are more likely to get distracted. \n3.\tHave a schedule and use a calendar. If you write down your tasks and have a specific schedule for particular tasks you are more likely to keep your focus and not waste time. Set a timer while you’re working on a particular task and don’t let yourself stop until the timer goes off. Avoid the distraction of setting the timer on your phone unless you use a voice command to do so. Once you open your phone and get to tUnlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! 11 Principles for Increased Business and Personal Success

[[:encoded, "Business owners typically “live” their principles. They may not stand up and shout, “Here are the principles by which I run my business and live my life” but their principles are embedded in their thoughts, words, and actions. \n\nIf you’re not certain what your business principles are, if you want to add more principles to your arsenal, or if you simply want to understand business principles, let’s explore a list of 11 for you to ponder. \n\nOne of the challenges many people struggle with is trying to have personal satisfaction while running a business without sacrificing one for the other. Your principles will help drive your business and help you get back to a more satisfying personal life. \n\n1.\tWhat are your strengths? When you focus on what you’re strong in, you can find ways to address business weaknesses. One way to best address a business weakness is to delegate those tasks at which you struggle. When you do this, you remove that struggle from your plate, and you can fully focus on the strengths you bring to the table. I think it is better to work on strengths and delegate everything else, if possible. \n\n2.\tFocus on short-term goals on your way toward your large dreams. When you are striving toward an audacious goal, you may sacrifice personal or family time in its pursuit. When you set short-term goals, you can work toward them, chip away at the larger goal, and know that you’re making progress without sacrificing your dreams. \n\n3.\tWhat personal goals do you have? If you aren’t certain how your business will enhance your personal goals, how will you know if you’ve reached personal satisfaction nirvana? Personal goals should be the driving force behind business goals. Know what you want to, and need to, achieve personally, then work your business dreams around those principle-driven goals. \n\n4.\tDo you practice what you preach? If you “preach” about taking the weekends off of work to recharge your batteries, but you spend the weekends working and sacrificing personal time, you need to take a step back and rethink where your principles got off track and get back on track. \n\n5.\tCelebrate wins at work and at home. When your personal and your business principles mesh you can and should celebrate. Even if you’re a solopreneur, unless you’re single and have no immediate family and don’t even share your life with a goldfish – you are NOT going it alone. A supportive personal team will help you achieve your business goals. 4 Insights for Goal Setting - Find Your North Star

[[:encoded, "The North Star (or Polaris), located directly above the North Celestial Pole, holds a lot of meaning. While it’s not the brightest star, it’s easy to locate. As an actual, noteworthy, and reliable point in the night sky, it’s a significant symbol for guidance and achievement. \n\nConsider these examples. For centuries, ships relied on celestial navigation, guided by the North Star. In addition, the North Star offered hope and freedom for the enslaved during abolition. While you may not be crossing literal seas or lands, the idea of finding the North Star—your North Star—can highlight the value of goal setting. \n\nHaving a goal, no matter the size, is crucial for reaching success in any venture. Imagine attending a meeting or announcing a new policy without any idea of your end goal. Not only would that be confusing, but it would also slow down productivity—and possibly hurt the collective morale and trust of your team members. \n\nInstead, setting your sights on a goal, or North Star, offers you and your team a clear vision. Once you understand the significance of goal setting, you’ll be able to set realistic and ambitious goals with ease. Let’s explore four insights to shine light on the value of goals—and lay a clear path toward your North Star of success.\n\nInsight #1: Start with Clarity in Mind\nFirst, clarity for your goals is vital. If you don’t know where your business is going, it’s impossible to achieve real progress. And without a clear roadmap and explanation, a goal could appear unnecessary or out of place to your employees. \n\nFor example, you wouldn’t choose a random number of sales as your goal without taking the time to research what makes the most sense for your firm’s success. Nor would you ask your employees to waste time in unnecessary meetings or to duplicate work processes. If you’re setting up a product launch, though, you’d ensure your item sells well by clarifying how to get those sales. Start your goal-setting process by clarifying the steps needed to get where you’re going.\n\nInsight #2: Determine Direction and Details\nNext, having a sense of direction when goal setting is crucial. Imagine a child’s birthday party with a piñata: blindfolded youngsters swing wildly in hopes of breaking open all the candy. While this is fun for a celebration, it’s not the way to set goals! \n\nMaking sure you’re heading in the right direction with goal setting is key—instead of swinging wildly in hopes of getting it right. 5 Time Management Skills To Master Right Now

[[:encoded, "Developing time management skills enables you to accomplish high-level goals that accelerate your business success. Time remains our most valuable resource. The most successful professionals master their time utilization, so their \"hours worked\" align with meaningful objectives. These time management skills guide seasoned professionals in their craft.\n\nSo, the five time management skills you want to master are:\n\n1. Schedule Calls Within Time Blocks\nBusiness professionals love to hear the phone ringing. A prospect, partner, or client resides on the other line, waiting for you to pick up the phone. However, fielding calls throughout the day can present a problem. If you spend too much time fielding all your calls, you will not have enough time for outreach and building your brand. Hiring someone on your team to field calls for you greatly alleviates this issue, if you don’t already have someone in place. The person answering the phone can schedule a time for you to call back the prospect or handle the entire call themselves, so you don’t have to.\n\nConnecting with colleagues and people in your local area on Linked-in and asking for introductions to potential clients expands your pipeline. Taking calls throughout the day limits your ability to perform these activities.\n\nScattering your calls throughout the day will give you little time to embrace deep work for your other objectives. Scheduling your calls within a time block gives you set hours to get into the flow with other activities. Setting a time block is one of the best time management skills to master. This practice cultivates deep work, which is an essential element of highly successful professionals. \n\nSome of the most productive people in the world swear by time blocking. Ever heard of Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Michael Hyatt, or Cal Newport? Yep – all time-blockers. They’re squeezing every drop of productivity from their days, and you can do the same.\n\n2. Identify and Prioritize Your KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)\nTime blocking gives you a scheduling framework to input activities. We all know specific tasks deserve more attention than others, but which tasks deserve the most attention for your business? Rather than take a guess, let your KPIs guide you.\n\nDecide the vital KPIs for your business and prioritize work that matches up with your KPIs. Revenue growth and profitability are two common KPIs. Professionals focusing on these KPIs would focus on activities that bring in revUnlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! Goal Setting for the Win and Join the Elite 8%

[[:encoded, "If you’re a list-maker, you know there’s nothing like checking items off when complete. In fact, a rush of endorphins floods your brain! The neurotransmitter dopamine produces satisfaction and happiness, making you feel accomplished and propelling you to get more done.\n\nBut first, you have to actually create that to-do list, which, for some people, can feel like a massive undertaking. After all, making a list (which is really a form of setting goals) requires thinking through many elements, including the things like:\n•\tDeciding what needs to be done\n•\tDetermining how to prioritize\n•\tForcing ourselves to be specific\n•\tBreaking jobs down into smaller steps\n•\tScheduling times to check our progress\n•\tHolding ourselves accountable\n•\tKnowing when to say no\n\nIf you’re feeling overwhelmed after reading that, you’re not alone! In actuality, science tells us that only 8% of people meet their goals. That means 92% of people don’t. Those are some pretty dismal statistics, but I have hope to offer you. My objective is to help you understand the power of goal setting and why it’s a critical habit for you and your career. \n\nWhat’s the Secret?\nYou might be wondering if you really need to set goals. You might say, Anne, some people work better spontaneously, approaching life by the seat of their pants. Yes, sometimes that’s true. But I’m here to remind you that, in most cases, a goal without a roadmap is just a pipe dream. \n\nThe elite 8% of successful goal setters have discovered a secret: you must start with the end in mind. The 8% know where they want to go, and they create a path for how to reach that destination. Even though it can be challenging to get started, remaining passive in any goal will prevent you from thriving.\n\nIntentions and Ambitions\nLet’s look at your personal life for a couple of examples. Imagine you want to improve your golf game, but to achieve this goal, you’ll need to do more than hope! To enhance your chip shots, drives, or putts, you must take action. So, you hire a golf coach to learn about proper stance, grip, and posture. Sure—this takes time, effort, and commitment, but the 8% have refined the follow-through necessary to achieve their goals, no matter how difficult.\n\nOr perhaps you’ve always wanted to visit Greece. Looking through gorgeous internet scenes of Santorini might inspire you, but action steps are required to make this dream a reality. For example, will you need a visa? What’s your budget? 5 Tips to Overcome Limiting Beliefs and Achieve Your Goals

[[:encoded, "Ahhh, the good ol’ catchphrase: Believe in yourself. \n\nIf only it were that simple, right?\n\nI know. This expression may feel cliché. But it’s worth looking closer at your belief system to better understand how it impacts your goals and your goal achievement. After all, your beliefs, both positive and negative, will affect your confidence and overall job performance. This, in turn, affects your ability to achieve your goals. To begin, we must consider where our belief system originates.\n\nLimiting Beliefs \n\nThroughout our lives, we’ve acquired a belief system—whether we’re aware of it or not. In fact, science tells us that our beliefs are mostly formed by the time we’re 7 years old. They’re ingrained into our mind, and honestly, we usually don’t stop to question them. \n\nAnd that might be where the problem lies. Even though you’ve grown into a successful adult, your beliefs today may reflect your beliefs as a child. When you don’t recognize and overcome these types of limiting beliefs, or false beliefs that keep you from pursuing your goals and desires, you’re actually hindering your own personal and professional growth. \n\nLimiting beliefs are primarily subconscious, which means you aren’t stopping to think about them. They’re a natural response. They’re conditioned based on past experiences and circumstances. As a child, these beliefs likely provided a place of certainty and probably reduced feelings of anxiety, doubt, and stress.\n\nThe power of limiting beliefs is mighty—and damaging—to adults. Let’s look closer.\n\nSelf-Fulfilling Prophecies\nYou’ve probably heard of a self-fulfilling prophecy, which refers to predicting or expecting a particular outcome based on your beliefs. So, when you feel sure that you’ll make a mistake or a goal will fall apart, you’re actually setting yourself up to fail. Then when you choke, that negative outcome is validated—and further cements your limiting beliefs in yourself. \n\nNow, it’s vital to note that you’re not alone. As business owners, we’ve all dealt with moments of self-doubt. Consider the examples of limiting beliefs that occur subconsciously in our thinking patterns, that I’m going to share with you.\n\n•\t“I am not _______ enough.” Athletic, tall, qualified, wealthy…whatever it is, these beliefs are limiting.\n•\t“I don’t have _______.” Support, time, money, knowledge, experience, resources…all these place boundaries on your potential and confine you to your current environment.\n•\t“I can’t evUnlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! 4 Tips for Effective Goal Setting and Accelerating Results

[[:encoded, "Goal setting is directly tied into your future and affects your life. Setting goals not only prepares you for success, it guides you there, to that place that you envision as your ultimate destination. Setting goals helps you to know exactly what it is you want to achieve, and the steps needed in order for you to succeed professionally and personally. \n\nEffective goal setting sets you on a certain path that is free from distractions and time wasters that could slow your progress. Finally, goal setting is motivational, because the more goals you set and achieve, the more self-confidence you build and the happier you are. There are two main components to successful goal setting.\n\n1.\tSet Short Term Goals: You have probably heard of the effectiveness of goal setting before. Who uses this system to their advantage? Many world-renowned athletes, as well as successful businesspersons and celebrities, have adhered to this philosophy. They have to approach their dream from a logical and progressive standpoint. Nobody can say, “I want to be rich” and then go from point A to point Z. In order to find success, as you define it, you must create short-term goals that will ultimately guide you to your vision of success. These goals will, at once, give you short-term motivation while still making your long-term vision ever clearer.\n\n2.\tGet Organized. Essentially, goal setting is a means of organization. The best way to achieve anything, as an individual or as a group, is by being organized. Arbitrary desires usually do not go very far, and most people are content just to dream. When you actually take the time to organize your resources and efforts, you will come much closer to fulfilling your dream than the countless number of wishers out there. Everyone has the ability to set goals. The question is, who wants it bad enough to actually do it? You may be surprised by how few people really want it that bad.\n\nTips for Setting Goals\n\nHow do you go about setting goals? There are different levels to goal setting—you might even say there are goals to setting goals! \n\nTip 1: Start Broad and Get Specific\nYou start at the base level, which means deciding what it is you want out of life. Are you interested in a particular career path or are you after the benefits of success, such as money or influence over others? After you decide on a mission you must break down this destination into smaller targets. The entire mission may take a lifetime, sUnlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! 6 Ideas for Creating New Business Opportunities

[[:encoded, "Today we are talking about 6 Ideas for Creating New Opportunities by Getting Rid of Limiting Beliefs.\n\nAccording to the laws of physics and aerodynamics, a bumble bee can’t fly. So…try telling a bumble bee that!\n\nIsn’t it wonderful that bumble bees don’t possess human traits? Because if they did, in all likelihood, we would live in a world devoid of flowers and honeycomb and the simple delights of bumble bees productively going about their business in our garden.\n\nWhy? Because we human beings have a knack for getting caught up in limiting self beliefs, so it follows that the bulk of us would simply accept the word of the scientific community and not fly because we’ve been told we can’t! \n\nAnd like the imaginary void that would be created without the ingenuity of bumble bees, we create huge voids in our life by accepting self-limiting beliefs.\n\nOur beliefs about ourselves, those around us and the world at large affect who we are and how we behave. Beliefs are merely thoughts, that with a little encouragement and repetition from our over-active minds, transform into facts. Or so we are led to believe. \n\nOnce we have formed a self-limiting belief, we continue to pursue evidence to prove that our belief is real. These beliefs are backed up by our self-talk, providing further evidence to back up our negative thoughts.\n\nHow many times have you caught yourself saying:\n\n•\tI knew I’d be no good at this.\n•\tThis always happens to me – I’m hopeless.\n•\tI’m always the unlucky one.\n•\tI’ll never be any good at anything. \n•\tI can’t ask for referrals.\n•\tI’m not built for following a calendar.\n•\tI can’t seem to stop letting things distract me.\n•\tI have to spend too much time on lower priorities because they need to get done.\n\nLimiting beliefs are self-perpetuating; the more we believe something to be so, the more our actions reflect that belief, and the more the resultant failure to achieve what we originally set out to do reinforces the initial limiting belief.\n\nSo, how do we break the vicious cycle of self-limiting beliefs and create more positive outcomes?\n\n6 Step Plan to Break the Cycle of Limiting Beliefs\n\nThe first step in breaking the cycle of self-limiting beliefs is recognizing that the belief exists.\n\nThis can often be difficult because many of our limiting beliefs stem from early childhood experiences, or are so deeply ingrained into our psyche that we aren’t consciously aware of them.\n\nFor example, you may have beenUnlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! The Power of Persistence in Achieving Your Goals

[[:encoded, "Have you heard that saying, “Persistence Pays Off”? It is true, but there is a fine line between being persistent and being relentless, and you need to know when you’re crossing the line. \n\nPersistence is a personality trait and an attitude that indicates you’re working hard, and that you keep trying until you achieve success or until you realize the direction you’re going isn’t going to achieve the goal you set. \n\nPersistence is a personality trait you can develop and here are five reasons you may want to: \n\n1.\tYou will be motivated. If you’re persistent you are more likely to stay motivated and keep moving toward the goals you’ve set. Self-motivation is a critical trait of a successful entrepreneur. \n\n2.\tYou will gain expertise. If you’re persistent in pursuing a goal, you will work harder and learn more about the subject at hand. You will experiment, and repeat actions until you achieve the desired outcomes.\n\n3.\tYou learn the value of success. When you are persistent and if you don’t always succeed on your first try you truly understand the meaning of success – because you have worked so hard for it. \n\n4.\tIt shows others you are driven. A person who is persistent is perceived as ambitious. You’re not happy to just sit back and let things happen around you – you are a change-maker and take the initiative. \n\n5.\tYour persistence may motivate others. Whether you’re an entrepreneur or a leader in a job, when your colleagues see your persistence and drive, they will follow your lead. You are setting a good example to others by your persistence. You may notice a boost in efficiency and productivity in your team.\n \nAre you as persistent as you want to be? Can you develop a more persistent attitude? Yes, you can and here’s how: \n\nDetermine the goal you want to achieve. If you want to develop persistence you need to have a goal toward which you’re striving. Set goals and set specific milestones to meet those goals. Write down your large goal then break that down into smaller steps. Studies show that if you have clear and concise goals you are 95% more likely to achieve them! \n\nPlan for stumbling blocks and failures. Just because you’ve set goals and planned milestones doesn’t necessarily mean you won’t face stumbling blocks. You may even face failure. The persistence you’re developing will keep you from throwing in the towel and it will keep you moving forward. You will persist and find a solution to the issue that caused the initiaUnlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! 9 Ideas to Help You Be an Even More Effective Communicator

[[:encoded, "Do you command a room when you begin speaking? Have you met individuals who, no matter if they’re talking about the weather or about intense business topics, have everyone on the edge of their seats? Have you ever wanted to be an even more effective communicator? If so, I have some good news for you! You can hone that skill. \n\nWhether you want to command a room at a speaking engagement, keep your team engaged, or even have better communication with friends and family, and clients and prospects, here are 9 ways you can enhance your communication skills. \n\nIf you’re ready to take the first steps toward a more effective communication style, there is no better time to start than today. This may not be a skill you hone overnight, but when you plan, prepare and practice, you will see marked improvement in your communication skills. So, let’s explore nine ideas to help you be an even more effective communicator. \n\n1.\tThink about the takeaway. If you’re getting up to speak, what do you want the audience to walk away with? Do you want your spouse or significant other or your child to remember to pick up the bread? Do you want your colleagues to know the next steps in the current project? If you know the outcome you’re seeking, you can craft your speech toward that resolution. \n\n2.\tKnow when to speak. There are times when you’re better served to be a good listener. Not every gathering is a time for you to shine the light on who you are and what you do. Choose your times wisely. \n\n3.\tListen well. You’ve probably heard that we were given two ears and one mouth for a reason – that we should listen twice as often as we speak. Good advice. When you’re a good listener you are better able to give great advice. Respond when the person you’re listening to takes a pause or asks for your input. \n\n4.\tDon’t be wordy. If you can be succinct, you should. You won’t better make your point by making it wordy and by rambling. People appreciate input when they get the answer they’re seeking in a quick and easy manner. If all you have to say is Blah, don’t say Blah, Blah, Blah. \n\n5.\tBe the voice that unifies. You’ve been in meetings or conversations where it is just a round-about discussion with no end point, no beginning point, and the point of the conversation has been lost. Step in, recap the conversation and steer it toward a conclusion. You don’t have to give your advice or have your opinion be the one that is the last voice heard. \n\n6.\tNot everyone wants,Unlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! 7 Ways to Cope with Change and Increase Your Success

[[:encoded, "“Why do I have to deal with change?” The answer is, because change is inevitable. Whether it’s a new client, a new boss, a new piece of software, a discontinuation of your favorite coffee flavor… change is a part of life. Coping with, and adapting to, those changes are crucial for happiness and success in work and in life. \n\nWhether you are someone who embraces change or dreads it, the way in which you accept it will increase or decrease your stress levels. Change can trigger powerful emotions. For some, change makes them feel as though they are out of control, that they are being dragged toward a very steep rock face or cliff, toward which they have no control. \n\n“Going with the flow” is a mantra some people chant, but for many going with the flow is not easy to do and, in fact, causes them undue stress. Get rid of the “go with the flow” mindset and try these 3 mindset adjustments, I’m about to share with you, to help you better cope with change, as change is constant. \n\n1.\tChange is a process. When you deal with change, it’s not as easy as flipping a switch and moving from one way of doing something to a completely different way. You need to look at change as a process and you want to take steps to adjust. When you learn to bake a cake, for example, you don’t just open the oven and put in the cake to bake. You need to gather ingredients, measure them, mix them, prepare the pan, preheat the oven, then bake the cake. Baking is a process; change is a process.\n\n2.\tBe flexible. Some changes are forced upon you, others are a necessary part of life and business. When you accept that some aspects of your life come with change, you can adjust your thinking and prepare for the changes ahead. \n\n3.\tChange is not always dire, nor does it need to be frightening. Change can be very positive. Change is what you make of it. You can fight against it. You can fear it, or you can look to the future and to the benefits this current change may bring. You can thrive during change; it depends on how you approach it. \n\nLet’s now explore seven ways to help you deal with the changes that life and work can throw at you. \n\n1.\tFace the fact that you’re nervous about the change. Gather all the information you can to help you understand why the change is happening, how the change will impact your business and life, and how you can ease yourself into it. \n\n2.\tNotice that you’re in the middle of a change in circumstance. You will be happier for it. \n\nIt doesn’t matter whether you’re an entrepreneur or an individual just looking for a bit more peace in your life – focus is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. \n\nIf you’re not certain if you are focused enough or if you want to find ways to fine tune and enhance your focus, you’re in the right place. \n\nImplement these seven steps and you may be able to remain more laser focused, be more efficient in your focus, and enjoy living in, and working in, the moment. \n\n1.\tSet the alarm clock a bit earlier. I can hear you groaning, but if you get up earlier you may get more done. Also, getting up before everyone in the house wakes up will give you solitude and will make you feel less rushed. If you have always wanted to practice yoga or take a long walk with the dog, read a book, sit on the deck with the paper and your coffee but you never seem to have the time, getting up earlier will be your gift to yourself. As you’re sipping your coffee consider eating breakfast. Skipping meals may make you overeat later. However, if you’re doing intermittent fasting, schedule your day so you have time later in the morning to break your fast. \n\n2.\tGet the most challenging project out of the way first. If you know you have a pressing task or project to complete, putting it off until the end of the day won’t make it go away. Putting it off will only make it so you’re working on a challenging project when you’re tired from the day. The harder projects won’t go away and putting them off will only drain your mental energy because they will still be there tapping you on the shoulder, waiting for you to complete it. If you have been putting business development calls off until later in the day, do them first thing and be done with them for the day. Brian Tracy calls this “Eating that Frog.” Doing uncomfortable activities first thing in our business day can be very beneficial.\n\n3.\tEat it one bite at a time. If you have a huge project ahead of you, eat it one bite at a time. Take your large project and break it down into manageable tasks. Don’t look at “Write a book,” for example, as something you need to complete in one sitting. Take your “write a book” project and break it down into smaller “meals.” For examUnlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! 5 Reasons You’re Procrastinating and What to Do About It

[[:encoded, "Distractions are everywhere. If you work from home, you have everything within your home. If you are at an office, you have colleagues, watercooler talk, and phone calls that distract you. Even if you’re not distracted by home or office, chances are you’re distracted by social media pings and email notifications… the list goes on and on! \n\nWhen you’re distracted it’s easy to blame distractions for the reason you’re not getting all the activities you know you need to do (especially high payoff ones) done. You are procrastinating and using your distraction as a crutch. \n\nWhy do you think distractions are pulling you away from the tasks at hand? On what are you blaming your procrastination? If it’s a distraction, let’s explore 5 potential reasons procrastination can derail your business or career. \n\n1.\tYou forget about your future because you’re living in the now – and with the current distraction. It is sometimes difficult to see the end of the road when you’re surrounded by distractions, pressing to-dos and the day-to-day “grind”. When you take your eye off the big picture though and give in to distractions, you’re going to find it difficult, if not impossible, to achieve your dreams. \n\n2.\tBlaming your procrastination on distraction is an easy way out. It’s easy to put off the difficult tasks in lieu of something quick and easy. The quick and easy may make you feel great because you’re crossing items off the list, but are they moving you toward your larger goals? Are the insignificant items keeping you from success? \n\n3.\tWhen you’re distracted, or when you’re multitasking you are inevitably turning in sloppy work. If you’ve procrastinated yourself up against a hard deadline, you will find yourself throwing something together at the last minute to get the project done and it will not be your best work. Distractions that make you miss deadlines will be more stressful because you will know, deep inside, that you have not turned in a project that is worthy of your best effort. \n\n4.\tProcrastination and being distracted is draining on your emotions. Even if you’re not completing a project, it is still there tapping you on the shoulder. You know it needs to be done, you can’t avoid it, but pushing it to the side won’t finish it either. Jump into that project you’re putting off, shut out distractions – your health will thank you. \n\n5.\tProcrastination won’t give you more free time; in fact, it will cut into your free time. Many people who don’Unlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! Creating a Culture of Consistency in Your Firm

[[:encoded, "Without a doubt, one of the hallmarks of successful people in business is their ability to be consistent, both at work and in their personal lives. Creating a steady cadence in life allows us to be less stressed, more productive, and to experience a high level of contentment and success year in and year out. While cultivating consistency isn’t easy, it is an incredible skill that is vital to reaching your full potential.\n\nBut what does it mean to be consistent? Is it merely delivering the same quality of service day in and day out? Is it the ability to present a true version of yourself while at work and also while at home? Is it gritty, focused discipline that doesn’t turn back from goals once they have been set? In all honesty, consistency is all of those things and so much more.\n\nYour trustworthiness, your business reputation, your relationships – they all hinge on consistency. A life lived with dependability will be marked with success and accolades. A life that is poorly managed and does not adhere to a code of structure and consistency will quickly devolve into stress and disorganization, both of which are detrimental to the success and strength of a company.\n\nConsistency allows you to accept and provide accountability \n\nA healthy workplace is one that has a solid culture of accountability and collaboration. As people, we work the best when we feel safe, heard, valued, and challenged. If standards of success and expectations are kept consistent, it is easy to know if you are living up to the expectation set before you or not. Otherwise, it can be confusing and frustrating trying to discern whether or not you are doing a good job.\n\nEric Holtzclaw, a contributor for Inc. and a well-known entrepreneur, says: “I ask my employees to be accountable for their deliverables and goals. They should expect the same in return from my leadership. I put a priority on making time for and being available to my team. I work to establish consistent and recurring meetings when a project or aspect of the business requires attention. The simple fact that there is a set time to report on progress is often the catalyst that moves an initiative along to a successful end.”\n\nWhen your team knows they can depend on you to provide dependable, measured feedback and guidelines for them, they can easily settle into a routine and embrace their workflow with focus and intensity. Likewise, when you are in a disciplined routine you are more likely to allow people to speUnlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! 7 Ways to Keep Up in Today’s Fast-Paced Business World

[[:encoded, "Returned a called to your grieving widow client. Check. Made flight arrangement’s for next month’s conference. Check. Reviewed your client’s recommendations for your meeting with them tomorrow. Check. Running late for a meeting and still have 20 items on the to-do list for the day. The business world moves fast, sometimes, too fast. It can become overwhelming, and you may feel that you are falling behind. Let’s explore seven ways to help you keep up with an ever-changing business environment. \n\n1. Work Smart\nYou’ve heard the phrase, ‘work smart’, but what does that really mean? In a fast-paced business world, staying on top of the work is the best way to manage it. Maximize your time during your commute by returning calls in the car or emails if you take mass transportation. Check emails twice a day, and not first thing in the morning. Schedule work and meetings in time blocks if possible, to maximize. Goals and dreams are what make a business work. Sometimes, aspirations have to be pared down to what can actually be accomplished. Prioritize what can be done within reason.\n\n2. Make a Plan\nFormulating a plan will help you prepare for the challenges of the day. Start your day by prioritizing what needs to be done that day and review the entire week while you are at it. Write down your tasks for the day and check them off as you complete them. It is gratifying to cross something off your list, and it makes you more efficient and productive. It also brings order to your day, which helps you to remain calm, especially in a chaotic environment.\n\n3. Be Consistent \nRemaining consistent in your work is one important key to success. Try to avoid ups and downs in your work production, so you don’t feel that you are overwhelmed. Morten Hansen, professor of entrepreneurship at INSEAD, states: “You would expect that in a world that is changing constantly around you that what you ought to do is to morph into the next thing and the next thing and so on, but what we found in our research is that winners in the industries that we studied followed a path of consistent pacing. And in the long run, that is what paid off, even in chaotic industries.”\n\n4. Communicate Well\nIn a fast-paced business environment, there is always a lot of work to be done, but you just can’t do it all. Don’t be afraid to wave the white flag once in a while. When you get really bogged down with work, communicate with your team. If someone else can handle somethiUnlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! How To Manifest Desires In Order To Get Things Done

[[:encoded, "Manifesting what we want in business and in life isn’t difficult. Manifesting also requires you to put in the effort to get what you desire. It’s not enough to announce to the Universe, “I’d like to achieve XYZ.” You need to put in the effort to help that dream become a reality. \n\nHow can you manifest your desires as a way of getting things done? Here are a few steps you can take: \n\n•\tSet your intentions. You need to be abundantly clear on the goal you want to achieve. You can’t just say, “I want to be rich.” You need to say, “I want to earn $600,000 in my business by year end.” This is a clear intention and one to which you can put measures in place to help you move toward milestones. \n\n•\tOpen yourself up. You need to move past your past. Don’t focus on what you may have tried to manifest in the past and were unable to. Look toward the future. You can’t change the past, but you can write your future. Believe you can achieve your goal(s), open your heart and mind, and let in the limitless possibilities. \n\n•\tRaise your vibration. Your vibration is literally your personal energy. We are surrounded by energies every moment of our daily lives. When you want to manifest a desire to get things done you want to focus on the energies surrounding you and your own energies, and wrap them around what you want to manifest. How can you raise your vibration? Do something you love – sing, dance, read or write, cook, spend time with those who fill your soul with love and light. Amping up your vibration opens you up to the energies of the Universe.\n\n•\tTrust and let go. If you don’t trust in a higher power or in your energies and vibration, your desire to manifest will be blocked. Trust that whatever happens is happening for a reason. The Universe will be on the lookout for your best interests and will support and protect you. What you need to do is get out of your own way and allow the intentions you’re manifesting to come to you. If you second guess and question, your vibrations will block your intentions.\n\nNow that you know how to work on manifesting your desires to get things done you may need to, or want to, try these five steps to help with your manifestation. \n\n1.\tWhere are you in your life right now? What have you done to get to your current station or situation? The desires you’re manifesting come from who you are as a person and where you’ve been. Manifesting on the future requires you to reflect on your past. \n\n2.\tVisualize where you waUnlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! 4 Ways to Lean into Your Fears and Increase Your Success

[[:encoded, "At first glance, you may feel you have nothing to fear. You may be in a highly successful business, or you may be weathering a storm that is tough but under control. The truth is, though, we all fear something, and fear in any form is what holds us back from reaching new heights. If you want to do more, be more, have more, and achieve more than you are currently, then it is time to assess what is holding you back and find ways to lean into that fear, so it dissolves into success.\n\nSome of the most intense professions around the world – especially positions held by first responders – set an incredible example for what it looks like to face fears and run headlong toward a problem. Think about a police officer; when they hear gun shots, they run toward the sound looking to engage with the source. Consider firefighters also; they run toward the fire to put it out as quickly as possible. The same is true of snow ski experts; to be a great skier, you have to lean forward, which is incredibly counter-intuitive. Likewise, motorcyclists lean into each turn to maximize their centrifugal force, not the other way around. \n\nErik Weihenmayer is an incredible example of what it looks like to live uninhibited by fear. As a blind man, many people encouraged him to play it safe in life; to be content with his limitations. But Erik decided that life was too short to live in fear, and so he set out on what has turned into a decades-long search for adventure and meaning. He has climbed Mt. Everest, summited countless other peaks, and spoken to businesses, sports teams, and even schools on the value of struggle and setting stretch goals – audacious, scary goals that stretch you into achieving more than you ever thought possible. In a blog post he wrote,\n\n“Ama Dablam (a peak he summited) is no more special than any other mountain or goal. The simple fact is that completing this climb added meaning to my life; the same way that completing a triathlon, raising money for a local nonprofit, or losing weight might for someone else. I set a goal and worked to accomplish it – the mountain is a vehicle for building value in my life. What matters when choosing a goal is to first find the deeper vision that gives that goal purpose, and then allow ourselves the time and energy to pursue it.”\n\nSo, what can you learn from this? Your business success depends on your ability to navigate fears and obstacles in your path. Toss limiting beliefs that may be holding you back to the curUnlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! 5 Ways to Live Life with No Regrets

[[:encoded, "If you really think about it, life is pretty short. You are born, you go to school, you move out… then comes a career, you sell the business, and then you are into the retirement years. Pretty soon, you are reminiscing about the beginning and the journey that followed… but what will you say? Will you be happy with your decisions through life, or will you feel like you missed the boat on what you could have really accomplished? Will you feel good about the choices you made?\n\nAs a successful business owner, you have no doubt made some good decisions… but have you really done everything that you want to do? When you retire or are in a financial independence situation, will you look back and think to yourself ‘I did everything that I wanted to do’, or will you look back and think to yourself ‘wow, I could have done SO much more’? In light of this question, we are exploring five tips for living a life with no regrets. Being the person who you REALLY want to be, might be scary or difficult at times, but these five tips will help you to see the logical side of such a notion. \n\n1… Have a BIG goal and work towards it\nNot having a big goal in mind can really cause you to move slowly along to some final undermined outcome. If you don’t have a real, concise goal in mind, you might go through life feeling like you have no purpose. When you look back years later, you might think to yourself… ‘wow, I could have done so much. I just didn’t have any real game plan to move me in the right direction’. Having a big goal to work towards gives your life a direction and a purpose. \n\nA lot of people have passions and desires, but rarely are these feelings ever channeled into a specific purpose. A lot of people look back and are disappointed that they never got to do certain things… and they also fail to realize that passions and desires that are not coupled with a goal to work towards almost NEVER amount to much of anything. \n\n\"If you don't know where you are going, you will end up somewhere else.\" \n- Yogi Berra\n\n2… Be a positive person\nGoing through life as a grumpy, negative, nasty individual is not going to make you feel very good as you reach the end. Positive people have a way of making others feel good about themselves. They help people around them to see the good within themselves in all situations. Being this type of person is going to reward you a LOT more in life than being a negative type of person. In fact, a lot of very negative and unfriendly peoUnlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! Overcoming Your Accountability Apprehension

[[:encoded, "Many people suffer from accountability apprehension. They feel that opening themselves up to scrutiny from others will leave them vulnerable, and – sometimes – even worry that this window into their successes and failures can hold them back in any business or workplace. While this may have been true years ago, the fact is that today’s culture is one that is obsessed with personal growth, and looks favorably on individuals that take intentional measures to become better, more productive, more positive versions of themselves.\n\nJoseph Folkman, a behavioral statistician and a contributor to Forbes, says, “Personal accountability is a critical step toward improving leadership. When people are accountable for their own decisions, work, and results, the effectiveness of an organization can greatly increase.”\n\nHe conducted a study of 40,000 leaders and found incredible insights into the role accountability plays in the lives of highly successful and incredibly impactful leaders. If it works for these respected, successful individuals, the rest of us should definitely stand up and take note. \n\nAccountability Breeds Trust\n\nIn his study, Joseph Folkman found that, “the three pillars that build trust are positive relationships, knowledge, and consistency of leaders.” When we open ourselves up to the idea of being help accountable for our words and actions, we will become more reliable and consistent. We work to eliminate blind spots in our personal character, and thus mold ourselves into more trustworthy and dependable individuals. Knowledge is, after all, powerful, and gaining knowledge about ourselves and our habits is often best gained through outside voices speaking truth into our lives.\n\nDoes this sometimes mean being vulnerable and admitting mistakes? Absolutely. But would you rather be someone that can never right a wrong, or would you like to be known as the kind of person that is willing to be humble, and to learn and grow? Truly successful individuals know that growth and personal integrity are priceless, and are willing to do what it takes to level up these areas of their lives. \n\nAccountability Leads to Increased Flexibility\n\nGoing back to the study that charted the information from 40,000 business leaders, it was discovered that the most effective leaders “were good at instituting change because they were effective at the following behaviors: accepting feedback, taking on challenges, innovating, spreading optimism, showing concern, and Unlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! Inspiring Greatness in Your Employees

[[:encoded, "One of the most important tasks you as a business owner will undertake is getting employees to buy into your vision for the company and take ownership over their roles. An uninspired workforce can tank a company’s productivity and financial growth faster than almost anything else. \n\nThe people you hire to be the hands and faces of your company are out there every day representing you – they are either happily showcasing all the wonderful things about your company, or they are bringing it down with poor attitudes or a lack of enthusiasm. \n\nSo how do you inspire greatness in those that work for you? How do you promote a company vibe of inclusion, ownership and high morale?\n\nGive Them Unhindered Opportunities to Do Things Their Way\n\nNo two people are alike. We all approach problem solving and communication with a unique perspective and set of skills. When you require employees to only do things your way, you run the risk of potentially hindering them from doing their best work. You also keep them from bringing to the proverbial table all the unique skills and abilities that they have hiding inside. \n\nMicromanaging employees is a fast track to workplace dissatisfaction. It not only heaps more onto your already-full plate, but it also subtly sends the message to the people you have hired that you do not trust them to figure out how to do an exceptional job on their own. However, if you did a thorough job vetting candidates when you first hired your employees, you should be able to trust them to do the job you hired them for. Not only that, you should be able to freely give them room to grow in that role and to approach their work in the way that best fits their personality and perspective. \n\nIf you hired a bubbly and vivacious client manager that loves small talk, don’t require him or her to tone it down when speaking to clients. Perhaps you would not spend five minutes chatting up a client before digging into the details of an overdue invoice or scheduling their next appointment, but that does not mean it is wrong for your employee to work that way. \n\nBy allowing them to bring their unique voice and outlook to their tasks, you empower them to take ownership over that role. Not only that, but the chances of them staying with your company long-term increase dramatically, because they will feel appreciated, needed, and invested. \n\nHelp them Learn and Include Them in Company Growth Conversations\n\nOne of the fastest ways to alienate employees Unlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! How Do You Change Limiting Beliefs?

[[:encoded, "If you have ever struggled to find success, or had a difficult time moving into the next level in your business or in your personal life, it could be due to limiting beliefs or perspectives that are putting a lid on your potential. In some cases, these beliefs could be mindsets you are not even aware of! \n\nOur beliefs are like guiding lights that lead us and guide our decision-making process. How we view ourselves and the world around us determines how we react to both good and bad situations. In certain cases, our beliefs about what we deserve and what we are capable of can propel us to incredible heights. However, if our beliefs about ourselves put our abilities in a box, we can stunt our own growth and cause ourselves to miss opportunities we were qualified for. \n\nHow You Speak to Yourself Matters\n\nThere is both death and life in the power of the tongue. The words we speak to others can either bring them up or tear them down. This is something everyone knows and widely accepts – but did you know that the same is true of the words you speak over yourself? The constant running dialogue we have in our minds throughout the day serves as the quiet narration of our lives – and it plays a big role in our success or failure. \n\nIf you were to write down everything you thought about yourself in a single day, would it be mostly positive or mostly negative? When you take on a task at work, do your thoughts say, “I can do this; it is important!” Or do you think, “This is boring; it is not going to be a good day.” “I don’t like making prospecting calls, but I have to do it even though I don’t want to.” One sets a positive tone and one sets a negative tone – and the crazy part is, most of the time whatever we think becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. \n\nIf we approach our work with a bad attitude, thinking the day will not go well, chances are high that it will indeed turn into a day filled with grumpiness and frustration. On the other hand, if we look at the day with positivity and joy, we will likely head home after the day is done and realize that we accomplished quite a lot and had fun doing it, or at least realized it wasn’t so bad.\n\nYour Limiting Beliefs Are Likely Ingrained Deeply in Your Subconscious\n\nThe way we view ourselves and our capabilities is something that starts becoming established in childhood, and then becomes solidified as we grow older. They often manifest themselves in the excuses we make when life does not go the way we want iUnlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! 5 Benefits Focus Brings to Your Life and Work

[[:encoded, "Do you multi-task? Do you know that those who multi-task are not as effective or as efficient as those who focus their efforts on one task at a time? It’s true. When you divide your efforts and your thoughts among different and differing tasks, you are doing a disservice to yourself and to the tasks you’re attempting to finish. \n\nWhen you’re focused, you are honing in on the completion of one task. Focus helps you give all your attention to the project in front of you. Focus also helps you complete more projects rather than having multiple projects in various stages of completion. You will feel better, happier and more motivated to work on the next task when you can cross one off your current to-do list. \n\nLet’s explore five benefits that focus will bring to your work and your life. \n\n1.\tYour stress levels will plummet. When you’re focusing on more than one task at a time you will feel overwhelmed. Lack of focus makes you feel as though you have too much to do and not enough time to do it. In fact, you probably don’t have as much on your plate as you imagine, you just have too many things on your plate in various stages of completion, but you’re not checking anything off your to-do list. It’s the multiple incomplete projects that add to your stress and to your feeling of overwhelm. Focus will enhance your clarity and that will let you clearly see the path ahead and allows you to focus your efforts toward making great progress. When you’re not focused you likely feel unmotivated, frustrated and more stressed! \n\n2.\tFocus enhances momentum. When you see that you’re completing items and checking them off the to-do list, you feel more motivated to keep up that forward momentum. Making progress is motivating. Seeing progress encourages you to work harder. The snowball effect of making progress is motivating! \n\n3.\tYou will be more engaged. If you have a vested interest in completing a specific project you will be more engaged in it. Chances are you’re not afraid of hard work, but you are fearful or tired of feeling overwhelmed. When you’re overwhelmed, you feel as though “nothing, or not much, is getting done” and that is not motivating. When you’re on a winning team – even if you’re the only one on the team! – you are more engaged in the outcome and the steps to get you there. \n\n4.\tFocus helps you feel in control. When you’re focused, you are in control of the tasks in front of you and in the steps to achieve the goal. Removing distractions, Unlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! Effective Communication That Gets Results

[[:encoded, "“Don’t communicate to be understood; rather, communicate so as not to be misunderstood” said Dr. John Lund, a well-known author and researcher in the field of human relationships – specifically in the area of communication. This subtle distinction is incredibly important, because it puts the responsibility of understanding on the shoulders of the communicator, not the audience. If you want to communicate with your team and your clients in a way that gets the results you want, you must speak with them in a way that they receive information best, and anticipate their thoughts and needs before you ever enter into a conversation with them.\n\nMost people enter into a conversation that you are about to have with them wondering:\n\n•\tWhat do they want from me?\n•\tHow long is this going to take?\n•\tDo I care about what they are saying to me?\n•\tHow is what they are saying going to help or benefit me?\n\nIf you are speaking with employees, they may also be thinking:\n\n•\tAm I in trouble; have I done something wrong?\n•\tIs my workload going to be made heavier?\n•\tI have work to finish before I can go home - how long will this take?\n\nIf you can find a way to manage conversation expectations from the very beginning, the chances of the person you are speaking to actually listening to what you have to say and engaging with you goes up exponentially.\n\nClearly State Your Purpose\n\nBefore you get into the meat of the conversation with a client or employee, it is best to come right out and address what the conversation is about and also address any of the previously mentioned questions they may be thinking. This could look like:\n\n“Hello (client name), I wanted to talk to you about (state your purpose or conversation goal) – it should only take about fifteen minutes and I really think that it will benefit you personally/your business/your bottom line/etc.” In just a few short words, you have clearly outlined what you expect to discuss with them, you have offered them an idea of how long you expect the discussion to take, and you have outlined a glimpse of how you think the conversation topic will benefit or affect them. \n\nIf you need to speak with an employee about a disciplinary issue, for example, you could say, “Hello (employee name); I need to discuss (state the infraction) with you; it should only take a few minutes, and while I am disappointed to have to address this with you, I value you as an employee and think we can work through this quickly toUnlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! How to Reduce Distractions and Interruptions

[[:encoded, "Putting in a full, productive workday is sometimes easier said than done. Despite the best of intentions, some days can just seem to get away from you – turning into emergency response days or employee management days that – although necessary to keep things running smoothly – nevertheless take away from the precious time you have available to complete what is on your to-do list. \n\nUnmanaged distractions can slowly chip away at your ability to focus on necessary, high payoff activities that move your business toward success. In some cases, those distractions can actually lead to calculation errors or financial errors that cost you big time in the long run. If you find yourself continually interrupted by people or your own thoughts, it can also take a toll on your overall attitude and even your mental state at the office. The bottom line is: if you always feel unsettled and anxious about getting interrupted, it will keep you from doing your best work. \n\nSo, how can you reduce distractions and avoid interruptions? Is it even possible to create a work environment that is productive and avoids emergencies altogether? \n\nSet Your Team and Your Schedule Up for Success\n\nWhile it is virtually impossible to eliminate all of the last-minute issues that crop up during the week (you are after all a business owner with a busy schedule and a company to run, and if issues arise you need to be the one with the last word on how they are handled), it is definitely possible to structure your business in such a way as to significantly reduce the amount of times you are pulled away from productive tasks to focus on something unplanned. \n\nTo improve your workplace schedule and eliminate distractions and interruptions, try implementing one or more of these 4 proven productivity tips I’m going to share with you now:\n\n1.\tSchedule your day in blocks of 60-90 minutes at a time whenever possible. This allows you to focus on specific big-picture tasks without being distracted, since there are consistent breaks in your day between these blocks where you can get refocused on the next activities by fully closing out the previous activity. For shorter tasks, consider 10-15-minute sprints, where you can knock out several quick but vital tasks (answering emails, returning client calls, and more) without fear of interruptions. Scheduling meetings with the team is a time block that can take 10-30 minutes, so nobody interrupts anyone with things that can be handled in a schedulUnlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! 6 Ways to Stick to Your Goals

[[:encoded, "Sticking to your goals is not always easy. It can be very tempting to give up and stay where you are… but this is not what you really want for yourself! Part of setting worthwhile goals and sticking to them is that this process allows you to grow as a person. If you give up and go back to the way you were before, then you are not going to have the peace of mind and confidence that comes from KNOWING that you can achieve your true potential in life!\n\nMaybe your goals are business related, or maybe they are personal. Regardless of what they are, they MUST be important to you…so why give up on them? Life is what you make of it, and achieving goals is one way to shape your life on YOUR terms. Your dreams are something that nobody can take from you, which is why sticking to them is SO important!\n\nThe 6 tips for helping you to stick to your goals that I’m about to review with you are simple to understand, and they can help you with even the most complex goals that might be in your game plan! \n\n1… Find a Solution\nThe first key to sticking with your goals is to find a solution whenever a problem or an obstacle presents itself. It can be very tempting to give up when faced with obstacles, but what you NEED to remember is that obstacles are a part of life. You may never have a goal that does not lead you through some challenges before you see it through. Having the strength of mind that it takes to find a solution, regardless of how big the problem is, is exactly what you need if you want to stay focused, so you don’t give up. \n\n2… Anticipate Problems\nTry to think ahead to problems that could arise as you pursue your goals. Getting blindsided by a problem is always worse than dealing with a problem that you saw coming, which is why learning to anticipate is going to be very helpful if you want to avoid the discouragement that comes from being pelted with problems that appeared out of nowhere. Learn to look ahead and plan for problems that may or may not come your way. \n\nOne method that works great for this is to sit down and list all of the possible obstacles that you might face as you achieve that goal. For every goal that you set, take some time to brainstorm where things could go wrong as you pursue it. Think about how setbacks could occur, and think about what problems they would cause you. If you have done your best to brainstorm any potential setbacks BEFOREHAND, then you will not be as surprised when a few problems do come up, and you will havUnlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! [[:encoded, "Seeing the light at the end of the tunnel of a work goal can be difficult. Motivation is high in the beginning of a project, and then seems to taper off as time goes on. However, there are techniques that can be employed to be able to stay on course. Being results-driven provides a clear path of the direction you need to go in order to achieve them. Let’s explore 8 techniques to help you stay focused on getting the results you want.\n\n1. Proper Planning for Results\nCreate a detailed action plan for achieving the results you desire before you lose focus. Planning your daily, weekly and monthly objectives around the end results, makes you more efficient and productive. This means writing down exactly what you want to achieve and the means to get there. Make sure the results, and the plan to get there, are specific and include weekly or monthly targets. Then your daily tasks, such as phone calls, emails, and projects should center around the results.\n\n2. Perform a SWOT Analysis\nPart of getting to those desired results is realizing what challenges you will be up against. Performing a SWOT analysis of strengths, weakness, opportunities, and threats should be a part of your strategic plan. It will give you an idea of your weaknesses and the challenges that might be coming down the road, so you can prepare for them. This will keep you from falling off track. \n\n3. A Mission Statement\nYour company most likely has a mission statement. If not, you need one. But what about you? A mission statement will help steer your time and efforts toward those results. You can start by asking yourself how you will conduct your day differently with those results in mind. Your individual mission statement should be about 4-5 sentences and visible to you every day, so you don’t forget what you are after. When you lose focus, go back to the mission statement for re-centering. \n\n4. Create Milestones\nLong-term results can be difficult to remain focused on. Break that end-goal up into smaller pieces, so you don’t lose motivation. A set of milestones will help you move toward those results while keeping you on track. The milestones can be set daily, weekly or monthly, depending on the scope of your project. Smaller goals are more reasonable to achieve than one big goal and will force you to check on your progress more often. You can even set the same activities every week to review your progress, which I strongly recommend you do. \n\n5. 3 Efficiency Actions and Behaviors to Increase Your Success

[[:encoded, "Running a business is a lot like a Nascar race. There are large amounts of sustained momentum coupled with dedicated adjustment or growth times. In a race, the efficiency of the pit crew can often make or break a driver’s race position, and those team members have their processes down to split seconds of perfectly timed precision. Likewise, businesses often have areas within their own workflow that need to be executed with efficient action, otherwise they run the risk of causing slowdowns and missing big opportunities.\n\n“Well-oiled or finely tuned, a business must work and keep working for both owners and consumers alike. Unfortunately, inefficiency is a reality. It comes in a variety of flavors that can cost businesses up to 30 percent of their revenue each year. Inefficiency can pop up in many places. You might find redundant processes, important but hard-to-find information, or out-of-date procedures.” Source: Entrepreneur.com\n\nSo, how do you identify areas in your business that need to be revitalized to increase your efficiency and overall productivity? Try these three ideas I’m about to share with you.\n\n1. Take Risks and Try New Things\n\nIf you suspect that something is not working as efficiently as it could, you may need to try something new to see if it will work better. No one solution works for everyone, and sometimes the best way to ascertain if a new process, system, or action will help you or your team perform better is to give it a try for a few weeks or months. For example, if you feel like email is a consistent stumbling block that ties up too much of your time each week, consider using your assistant or a virtual assistant (VA) whose sole task is to manage client communications, thus freeing you up to tackle higher-level tasks that you and only you can handle. \n\nAre meetings bogging down your team’s productivity? You may want to try moving communications over to Slack or Asana, so everyone can stay on the same page for the things relevant to their workflow, and they can stay out of things that do not require their time or attention. It may take some time before the new processes you put in place begin to gain momentum and produce your desired efficiency outcomes, but if you never take the leap and try something new, you will never know what you may be missing out on. That new process or action could streamline your workflow and free up precious minutes or hours that can then be spent on what really matters to your company’s viUnlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today!
