On this episode I sat down with Sarah Armstrong, vice president of global marketing operations at Google, who has mentored women and men her entire career and avid “good divorce” proponent and the author of The Mom’s Guide to a Good Divorce: What to Think Through When Children Are Involved,” whose personal mission is offering insights and tips to moms – and dads – about how they too can have a “good divorce.” We discuss how to choose happiness despite hardship, the role children play in a role form both the perspective of the parents and the child and determining what your life will look like post relationship. Sarah provides tips on how to cope when you are the one going through the divorce as well as if you effected by a divorce during, but also after the heavy emotions take their toll.
