Show Notes

Did we love ourselves as children and then as life began to pile on we stopped loving ourselves? Or did we have to learn what self love is all along? The only emotion we have known the entire time we were conceived is love. But when we only have known love to show up for us from an outside source compared to cultivating it from within us it's a pretty hefty expectation to have that just happen compared to us having to take action to make that happen. Most of the time when we realize we need to work on ourself love it's because bad sh*t is happening or in other words, there's a lack of love in your life. Including from yourself. All you're left with is society telling you that you should love yourself and you're doing something wrong because you don't. Now, alongside everything else going on in your life, you're beating yourself up for that too. If you are wondering what it would be like to deeply and authentically love yourself this episode is for you.
