Show Notes

For a long time, I wished I could be meaner. Tougher. Someone who could pop off on people so that I could stop feeling taken advantage of. People have called me aggressive, and honestly, I think it’s because I’ve leaned into my masculine energy, believing my voice only holds value if I speak with authority. Thanks, society!

But here’s what I’ve realized: real strength isn’t about matching someone’s bad energy. It’s about standing firm in who you are, no matter how people treat you. Kindness isn’t weakness, and being a good person doesn’t mean letting people walk all over you. In this episode, we’re breaking down why I believed I had to be aggressive to be taken seriously, the difference between kindness and being a pushover, letting go of resentment for your own peace, not for them and why staying true to your character is the ultimate form of strength

If you’ve ever felt like you had to harden yourself just to survive, this episode will help you rethink what it really means to be strong.
