I have a framed poster with the words of my favourite quote by Neale Donald Walsch โLife begins at the end of your Comfort Zone.โ It is my constant inspirational reminder to say yes to new experiences.
How would your life change if you automatically said yes instead?
Maybe, there are things you have always wanted to do but have been fearful of stepping out of your comfort zone.
You can choose to play it safe and find reasons why you canโt do something; to allow your comfort zone to shrink to eventually become a confinement of anxiety, where our decisions are made from a place of fear. Or you can choose to take chances to expand your experiences and explore all possibilities life offers. The choice is yours.
