Show Notes

On Today’s show, I’m joined by Bekka Luiten and Roland Millington.

Bekka is a former family pastor and current mental health counselor. Like Kate, her faith was turned upside down and inside out while living and traveling internationally. She lives in Illinois with her husband, and soon they will be moving up to the Chicago area so she can pursue a Doctor of Clinical Psychology. She loves reading, creating paleo and vegetarian dinner recipes, and making music with her band “The Luiten Dilemma."

Roland Millington is a Reverend with the United Methodist Church and author of Ground Zero Revival. You can follow him on Twitter at @Rev_RolandUMC or find him on his website at rolandmillington.com.

The three of us get together to talk about what they thought Messiah meant (and what it really did), why the disciples are fixated on bread, and remembering the humanness of Jesus.

If you enjoyed our discussion, I’d love if you would rate + review on your favorite podcast player. This helps more people to find the show and learn with us.

Then come on over to social media and let’s talk about it! You can find me on Instagram @kateboyd.co and on Twitter @thekateboyd. And don’t forget to check the show notes to find and follow today’s contributors as well. Thank YOU for joining us, and I’ll see you next time.
