Rachel Kerr, the founder of Beauty Boost, shares her journey of turning her side hustle into a full-time business. She started Beauty Boost in 2015 and has since expanded to multiple cities across the country. The mission of Beauty Boost is to help women feel empowered, healthy, and beautiful through events and experiences. Rachel faced challenges in growing the business, but she credits her success to setting clear expectations, taking care of herself, and surrounding herself with a supportive network. She has found great rewards in the friendships she has made and the impact she has had on others' lives.
