after being possibly one of the worlds biggest people pleasers, I recognised I wasn’t getting treated and respected by those I considered close friends the way I should have - and it was all because I let people walk all over me. I let slide treatment that taught others it’s okay to not be a nice person because ‘she will forgive me instantly anyways’. NO. On todays episode, I discuss boundaries I set in place in regards to friendships/relationships and my own well being. Setting boundaries may seem selfish to some such as saying ‘No’ because no is a full sentence end of story. I love you with all my heart.
