What's more extreme then hardcore? DEATHCORE! If you don't know what that is then you are not alone so join Mister Brock as he brings on deathcore vocalist Ray Walsh to give him a run down on the industry. Ray comes to us from Rosemount, MN and has been making music under the name Feet in the Fire since 2020. His single "Trials of Faith" has caught some attention, and we wanted to know the journey of the man behind the voice. Ep 29Plugging Away With Rich Da Plug
Long before Twin Cities Double Up was a thought and back in the days before my house burnt to the ground, I had a neighbor named Rich Da Plug. He was always great for a quick chat on the walk to the mailbox or to haul your garbage cans off the curb before you got home from work. Unfortunately, our paths diverged, and we lost touch for years, but the stars aligned, and we reconnected, and I thought what better way than to catch up on an air during an episode of the show. Tune in as Rich shares his experience with the talented up and coming artists he works with at the High School for Recording Arts in St. Paul which just celebrated another one of their graduates winning a Grammy. As always, we end with a session of burning questions and seeds are planted for future collaborations.
Ep 28Money Talk with Mister Brock
Twin Cities Double Up jumps the border and heads to Wisconsin for the Doghouse Wrestling show in Clear Lake. Some former stars of the show stop by for an interview. That's right, we are joined once again by not just new number one contender for the Doghouse Belt Money Miguel but also his two biggest fans that just so happen to share the money name. Juelz and Ailiyah charm us once again as they chime in on some burning questions with answers to make your head spin. Join us as we find out what's next for this young and up and coming and champ and more importantly find out why his five your old sister hates pens and chairs.

If you've ever wondered what happens when you combine the high-flying action of Lucha wrestling with the cute and cuddly charisma of the Panda, then you are in for a treat today! We were able to track down the man who has mastered the art of Panda style and is bringing it to the ring. King of the Panda Style, Erik Only, joins Mister Brock in studio for a chat about the finer things in life like how to dispose of a dead body and favorite smells. We hear about the beefs the Panda man currently has in the industry and make sure to call out our enemies by name. Massage talks about what makes her hands stand out in the industry and be sure to get a taste for yourself next time you are in the Twin Cities! Ep 25Lucky Duck vs. Goldberg the Goalie
Mister Brock heads north to LogJammerz to meet up with tattoo artist Deven Current, owner of Lucky Duck Ink and Art. Last September, we watched his shop take home fifteen awards at the Ink Fusion Expos and I have been dying to catch up with him since. Lucky Duck Ink and Art is quickly making a name for itself, and we want to know the secret to their success. They may have even caught the eye of a Minnesota legend (with a little nudge from Mister Brock) who pops in for a cameo to try to get himself a little piece of the Lucky Duck action. That's right, Shaun Weiss (Goldberg the Goalie from the Mighty Ducks) shares some words of encouragement for the shop on this very special Holiday episode of Twin Cities Double Up.
Ep 24You Can't Spell Wrestling Without Michael Pam
What happens when two great podcasters collide? Not sure. But if you tune in to this week's episode you will find out what happens when Michael's Corner and Twin Cities Double Up team up for the first time ever! Michael is well known throughout the independent wrestling world in the Twin Cities and it's safe to say if you have been to a local show, you have seen him front row. He is the one screaming the loudest and bringing the most heat and often times a heel's worst enemy. Luckily, outside of the ring, Michael is one of the kindest, huge hearted people I know who lives for bringing joy to others as much as he loves wrestling. I'm happy to have him on as a guest, but happier to call him one of my closest friends in the industry. Listen as we finally give Michael his platform to tear apart a certain WWE game and hear my friend Timbo Slice swing by with some of his homemade barbeque sauce.

EThe King of the Dead swings by Twin Cities Double Up this week to grace us with his deathly presence and has brought his entire family to the set. Ep 22Despite Jason Rage, I am Still Just a Rat in a Cage
The Rage is back in the studio for another round on Double Up. When we last spoke, Jason Rage was just beginning to make a name for himself in the industry and still a little wet behind the ears but since then we have seen a massive transformation both physically and in general demeanor for this young psychopath. Not only this, but he has since held a title belt triumphantly over his head and is facing off to do it again for the NLW Championship belt the following weekend. We take time discuss the hardcore match held between him and Icarus Alexander that had the crowd cringing in horror, as well as the diet and exercise routine that has been the backbone to his success in the ring. You do not want to miss this epsiode, or better yet, check him out live, in person, at the next Northern Lights Wrestling event!
Ep 21Mo' Money Mo' Problem (Don't Worry, We're Taking it Back)
Where there's smoke there's fire and where there's huge up and coming talent in the wrestling industry, there's Money Miguel. Twin Cities Double Up gets their first official interview with this rising star and we are seeing a different side of this young man. He is looking to break from the rookie status and establish himself as a staple in the industry and is not afraid to let people know, starting with his old mentor Rampage Santana (who may or may not pop in for a quick brrt brrt brrt). You do not want to miss this episode that we recorded at not one but two different wrestling promotions this week. Thank you to Iron Heart Pro and Doghouse Wrestling as always for letting us be a part of the fun and make sure you tune in as we continue bring you all the best interviews from all the best shows!

Ep 20Have No Fear, David Ali is Here
Twin Cities Double Up makes its debut at Iron Heart Pro and who better to kick off the new series than the one they call "Your Savior" - David Ali. This man has been a pillar of Iron Heart Pro Wrestling in Rosemount, MN and proves that raw talent combined with hard work and dedication make the ultimate force in the ring. Speaking of rings, we were able to squeeze this interview in just before him and the Killer Bae Heather Monroe exchange rings and become husband and wife. The interview takes a turn when Icarus Alexander crashes the set to usher a warning to all of Iron Heart and we hear a troubled David Ali respond to an incident involving Royal Flavuh and a pair of brass knuckles in the ring.

Ep 18Ink Fusion Expos: Johnny Oxbow Kills the Cole Mind
EMister Brock stays true to his word and heads to Dee Mack's chair for a tattoo. To add to the fun, we are joined by one of the most widely hated man in independent wrestling Johnny Oxbow. We have wanted to get an interview with Johnny for a while and what better place to conduct this interview than shirtless in the middle of a crowd of people while getting poked with needles. The interview seems to go off without a hitch until strange rumblings lead to tragedy and we witness the death of the ever-popular Cole Mind podcast.
Ep 17Ink Fusion Expos: Dee Mack with a Side of Fries
EWe begin day two at the Ink Fusion Expos with a missing Meko and fire in our hearts. Ep 16Ink Fusion Expos: Two Dudes and Three Tentacles
EMeko and Mister Brock head to Danbury, WI for one last ride under the Cole Mind banner. This is the weekends we decided to exit the Cole Mind and return to reality where we could have real interviews with fascinating people in the community. We start this journey by interviewing a few of these very individuals at the first ever Ink Fusion Expos tattoo convention. Krissy and Dan from Three Tentacles in Hayward, WI join us for our first interview of the weekend, and we are even graced with a surprise drop in guest named Ben Jones. Who is Ben Jones? No idea but with a name like that you know he has to be a pretty cool guy.
Ep 15Yelawolf Goes to Meko and Mister Brock
EWe have reached the finale of our concert series as we pack up for the summer and it appears the sun is setting on the Cole Mind podcast. Another week without Cole and a whole special series void of his presence has the boys wondering if it is time to move on. A chance encounter with Yelawolf to end the night, however, keeps our hopes alive and inspires us to continue on with the podcast regardless of the form it takes. All of these recent episodes have been in preparation for our biggest opportunity yet as we co-host the Ink Fusion Tattoo Convention at the end of the month. Tune in for our special three part series live from the event where we interview local artists and perhaps even get a little ink of our own.
Ep 14Meko and Mister Brock Go to Yelawolf
EWe are slowly inching towards the final days of Cole Mind as we come to you, once again, live for our final show in the concert series. This time, we record live from Yelawolf and for the first time actually get the chance to meet the artist! This two-part concert series finale concludes with the boys meeting the man himself and realizing that just because he's got "yela" in his name, doesn't mean this guy is a coward. Tune in to hear us interview guests who have come from all over to check out this innovative artist and see who has what it takes to hang with the crew of Twin Cities Double Up!
Ep 13The Ref Who Has it on Lock-down

EOur favorite blood spitting, tights wearing, highflyer returns for another interview as he sits on the sideline during the Iron Heart show at TruPlayerz in Rosemount, MN. We get to meet the only woman in the world that could tame Icarus and we hear his commentary as we watch some great matches. Who does Icarus currently have beef with and what does he have lined up in the future? Tune in to find out as we come to you live from Iron Heart Pro Wrestling!
