It’s been a while since we’ve caught up with Maeko, but he’s back to discuss his latest album ‘Blue Green Casino’ along with the process that went into its creation. Mike & Maeko also discuss a major theme of the album which is gambling & taking risks, ultimately leading them down a conversation surrounding addiction in many forms. They also talk about trying to eliminate expectations surrounding how we measure success in relation to releasing art & music into the world. Maeko also shares his appreciation for his fiancé Kri for not only inspiring him creatively in his artistic direction, but also helping him in many of the aspects of his music on the business side.
