In this week's episode I will be sharing how I understand my story and how it all began for me when I was taken in Turkey in 2009. This story contains kidnapping, sexual assault, and violence. This is a very exciting story and SPOILER ALERT, I make it in the end! I'm here, thriving and healing. It's a fair amount of trauma and a ton of healing work featuring a number of modalities.
