I thought it was only fitting that the first male to appear on Transforming 45 should be the one and only Ken Boate, my husband. </p><p>A real trend in conversations I’ve been having lately is, how challenging it can be to maintain a long term relationship and how to be together again when children are no longer the main focus of the relationship. </p><p>Ken and I are not marriage experts and we are not perfect (who wants to be perfect) but we have maintained a loving and healthy connection over 22 years of marriage.
