As a way to honor the one year anniversary of “We All Want To Be Picked, Sis”, Kam and Caila are giving y’all an hour and a half of content, reflecting on things they no longer resonate with from that episode, as well as their new way of thinking.
Both hosts provide insight into their backgrounds and journeys: Kam opens up about a recent therapy session where she finally got an understanding of her attachment style. Caila reflects on her dating life within the last year, as well as her experiences with grief, and both hosts also tackle the desirability aspect of being podcasters, as well as their childhoods and their personal experiences with “love”.
They also reflect on music from 2012-2019, reminisce on their MB FAN days, and give their thoughts on the recent J. Cole/Kendrick controversy.
