([email protected]) By Adam McManus Pakistani Christian legislator’s bill would end forced conversions to Islam On March 31st, a Pakistani Christian lawmaker introduced a bill to criminalize forced religious conversions to Islam with penalties of up to five years in prison, reports Morning Star News. Falbous Christopher submitted the Punjab Protection of the Rights of Religious Minorities Bill 2026 in a renewed attempt to address a long-standing human rights challenge affecting Pakistan’s religious minorities, particularly Christian and Hindu women and underage girls. No doubt his bill was inspired by stories like Maira Shahbaz, a 14-year-old Christian girl, who was abducted and forced to convert to Islam and marry a Muslim man in April 2020. Micah 6:8 urges us “to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.” Abduction of girls, forced conversion to Islam, and forced marriages are out of keeping with all three. Trump: We’ll be free from Iranian wickedness and nuclear blackmail On Wednesday night, President Donald Trump addressed the nation with an update on “Operation Epic Fury,” the United States war with Iran. TRUMP: “We are on track to complete all of America's military objectives shortly. We're going to hit them extremely hard over the next two to three weeks. We're going to bring them back to the stone ages, where they belong. In the meantime, discussions are ongoing. “Regime change was not our goal. We never said regime change. But regime change has occurred because of all of their original leaders' deaths. They're all dead. The new group is less radical and much more reasonable. “Yet, if during this period of time, no deal is made, we have our eyes on key targets. If there is no deal, we are going to hit each and every one of their electric-generating plants very hard and probably simultaneously. We have not hit their oil, even though that's the easiest target of all, because it would not give them even a small chance of survival or rebuilding. “They have no anti-aircraft equipment. Their radar is 100% annihilated. We are unstoppable as a military force. The nuclear sites that we obliterated with the B2 Bombers have been hit so hard that it would take months to get near the nuclear dust. “We have all the cards. They have none. They were the bully of the Middle East, but they're the bully no longer. Tonight, every American can look forward to a day when we are finally free from the wickedness of Iranian aggression and the specter of nuclear blackmail.” War Secretary Hegseth quoted from imprecatory Psalms On March 25th, War Secretary Pete Hegseth quoted from the imprecatory Psalms and invoked divine wrath against the enemies of the United States during introductory remarks he made at the first monthly prayer service at the Pentagon since the outbreak of the war in Iran, reported The Christian Post. Hegseth read from a military chaplain's prayer used ahead of the January 3rd, 2026 operation to capture Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro which he implied was equally relevant in the battle against the leadership of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Rescue me from the wicked.” Constitution expert predicts Supreme Court will affirm birthright citizenship Appearing on The Human Events podcast, Mike Davis, the founder of the Article III Project, predicted that the U.S. Supreme Court appears likely to affirm “birthright citizenship” for illegal aliens. ([email protected]) By Jonathan Clark Nepalese Hindus dragged 3 Christians to police station for evangelism Three Christians in Nepal, the country north of India, are facing persecution for simply sharing the Gospel last week. A group of Hindus dragged the Christians to a police station in response to their evangelism. It is illegal to convert someone to another religion in the country. And Hindus increasingly target Christians who share their faith. One local believer told International Christian Concern, “In spite of the absence of any substantiated evidence, the police ordered an investigation. These actions make life difficult for these poor Christians.” Presidential elections in Peru, Colombia, and Brazil Millions of Latin Americans will vote in presidential elections this year in countries like Peru, Colombia, and Brazil. A survey from Pew Research found most adults in these countries see a role for religion in key aspects of public life. Protestants are a growing minority in Latin America. They express the strongest support for Christianity's influence on their country’s leadership. Even a sizable minority of the religiously unaffiliated in the region said the Bible should influence their country’s laws. Wisdom says in Proverbs 8:15, “By me, kings reign, and rulers decree justice.” Supreme Court: Christian therapists allowed to help “homosexual” kids On Tuesday, the United States Supreme Court struck down Colorado’s ban on so-called “conversion therapy” The court ruled 8-1 that the ban violated the First Amendment rights of Christian therapist Kaley Chiles. Colorado passed the Minor Conversion Therapy Law in 2019. The measure prohibited therapists from using faith-based counseling to help kids who no longer want to identify with sexually perverted lifestyles. CHILES: “I am elated by the ruling, and I am very excited for the kids and their families, who have been simply seeking options in counseling, and now will get to do so. “I also hope this ruling emboldens counselors because we will either do justice to our clients or we will let the government silence us into pretending that there is medical consensus on this issue.” Kansas prohibits cities from forcing pro-life centers to promote abortion The state of Kansas enacted a law to protect pro-life pregnancy centers last Friday. The Pregnancy Center Autonomy and Rights of Expression Act forbids state and local governments from forcing pregnancy centers to promote or participate in abortions. While Democrat Governor Laura Kelly initially vetoed the measure, the state’s legislature thankfully voted to override the veto -- within hours. To their credit, the Republican-controlled House voted 87-35 and the Republican-controlled Senate voted 30-9 to override the pro-abortion governor. More Americans struggling economically A new survey from Gallup found that 49% of U.S. workers report they are struggling in their lives compared to 46% who report they are thriving. Between 2009 and 2019, nearly 60% of Americans said they were thriving. Most U.S. workers say it is a bad time to find a quality job. This was especially true for workers with a college degree or above. A majority of workers also said they were actively looking for a new job. This was especially true of younger generations. Barna: 40% of Protestant pastors see higher engagement from Gen Z A new survey from the Barna Group found that younger generations are becoming more engaged with their church. The study asked over 500 Protestant senior pastors about church engagement over the last year. Over 40 percent of pastors reported higher engagement from Generation Z who are 14 to 29, and Millennials, who are 30 to 45. A similar number reported higher engagement from young men. The study noted, “The story of the next generation and the church is still unfolding. But according to pastors across the country, signs of new engagement are beginning to appear.” Samuel Morse, Christian inventor of Morse Code, died on this date And finally, today is the anniversary of the death of Samuel Morse. Does that last name ring a bell? The American inventor died on April 2, 1872. Before becoming an inventor, Morse was known as a painter, even gaining admittance to the British Royal Academy of Arts. Later in life, he would make key contributions to the design and deployment of the telegraph system. He also co-developed the code that bears his name. Morse code would become the primary language for telegraphy and is still used to this day. Notably, Morse was a devout Christian who gave glory to God for his inventions. ([email protected]) By Jonathan Clark and Timothy Reed Muslim Nigerians killed 53 people on Palm Sunday Muslim gunmen in Nigeria killed 53 people in a predominantly Christian area on Palm Sunday, reports the Baptist Press. The attackers arrived in a van, killing men, women, and children and wounding dozens more. A local Christian told Morning Star News, “We saw the terrorists coming down from their vehicle with guns. … Within seconds from alighting from their vehicle, we heard gunshots. They were shooting at anyone in sight. Many have been killed, and I feel so heartbroken.” Daniel Okoh, president of the Christian Association of Nigeria, said, “Nigerians are tired of mourning. Nigerians are tired of statements. Nigerians want to see action. Those responsible for this atrocity must be found, arrested and made to face justice; swiftly and decisively. Anything less will only deepen the sense that life in our country is no longer protected.” Please pray for our persecuted brothers and sisters in Christ in Nigeria. YouGov retracts British religious study YouGov retracted it’s “Quiet Revival” study last week. The 2024 study suggested a rise in church attendance in Britain, especially among young people. However, after an investigation, YouGov said the survey sample was faulty. The U.K.-based Bible Society commissioned the study. The organization noted, “YouGov's error does not mean that all of the findings were wrong. It means that we cannot reliably support those findings on the basis of this survey.” YouGov plans to conduct new research with the Bible Society on religiosity in the United Kingdom. U.S. Army raises recruitment age to 42 The U.S. Army has raised its max recruitment age from 35 to 42. This comes as the United States has had trouble meeting its recruitment standards in recent years. Part of the reason for the change? American youth are not ready to fight in the military. ABC News reports that, “The Pentagon has estimated that only 23% of young Americans (between the ages of 17 and 24) are eligible to serve. Much of this is due to academic performance on the military’s SAT-style entrance test, obesity, and criminal records.” Judge rules against Biden’s COVID-era censorship U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty has ruled in favor of the State of Missouri in the Missouri vs. Biden free speech case. The case centered around the Biden administration’s censorship of free speech and silencing of opposition through Big Tech platforms. The judge ruled that the U.S. Surgeon General, the Centers for Disease Control, and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency are barred from threatening social media companies with retaliation for not censoring what they deem to be misinformation. Trump to Planned Parenthood: No more Title X grants! The Trump administration announced this is the last year that Planned Parenthood will receive Title X grants from the federal government. White House spokesman Kush Desai told The Daily Wire, “The administration has issued the fifth and final year of Title X grants that were locked in place during the Biden presidency. … Title X funds cannot be used for abortions by law and … the Administration remains committed to realigning the Title X program with the President’s pro-life and pro-family agenda going forward.” However, pro-life leaders are criticizing the administration for the additional year of funding to the abortion giant. NBA player cut for expressing Christian beliefs A professional basketball team cut one of their players on Monday for expressing his Christian beliefs. Jaden Ivey played in the NBA for the Chicago Bulls. He recently described Homosexual Pride Month as a celebration of unrighteousness. Listen. IVEY: “The world can proclaim LGBTQ, right? They proclaim Pride Month and the NBA. They show it to the world. They say, ‘Come join us for Pride Month to celebrate unrighteousness.’” The Chicago Bulls described Ivey’s conduct as “detrimental to the team.” Send a polite, yet firm 2-sentence letter of complaint. Naismith invented basketball in 1891 while serving at the YMCA International Training School in Massachusetts. He started the sport in order to evangelize young men. That comes after city officials tried to force her to photograph and promote homosexual weddings. Bryan Neihart, Senior Counsel at Alliance Defending Freedom, worked on the case. His take is that “the government cannot force Americans to say things they don’t believe. For almost six years, Louisville officials tried to do just that by threatening to force Chelsey to promote views about marriage that violated her religious beliefs.” Chelsey said she hoped people would see the reason she fought for her free speech, even if they don’t agree with her. NELSON: “What I wish more of them would understand is that I'm actually fighting for their right to create consistent with their beliefs, even though it's a separate worldview and belief system from my own.” “My witness to my children is very important to me. I would hate for them to grow up and look back and see that their mom cowered on this issue because she feared man more than she fears God. Sweden was the worst nation on all morality indexes. Nigeria, Kenya, and Indonesia maintained the highest moral conscience on moral issues, in this survey conducted by Pew Research. Of the 25 nations surveyed, the United States was the only country where the majority of the people surveyed considered their own nation as morally evil. Canada topped off as the most self-righteous nation, with 92% considering their citizenry to be morally good. Trump shares Franklin Graham’s evangelistic message on Truth Social U.S. President Donald Trump shared a letter on his Truth Social account on Sunday which had been sent to him by Evangelist Franklin Graham last October. Without any additional comment from President Trump, the letter from Franklin Graham contained a powerful evangelistic message, reminding him, “The only One who can save us from hell is Jesus Christ. You cannot save yourself. … The only way to Heaven is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ. God requires of us to turn from our sins, and by faith, believe in our heart, that Jesus Came to Earth, died on the cross for our sins, was buried, and God raised Him to life on the third day.” The letter closed with Romans 10:9: “If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” 70% oppose sending Abortion Kill Pill in mail A large percentage of Americans oppose the Abortion Kill Pill being shipped through the mail. According to a new poll from CRC Research, 70% oppose abortion drugs being dispensed through the mail. Plus, nearly half of respondents say they would be less likely to support those who promoted the kill pills. Marjorie Dannenfelser, President of Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America, said, “Voters could not be speaking any more clearly on abortion drugs flooding the mail, driving up abortion rates and undermining protections for women and children. They recognize this is an urgent public health and safety crisis that demands a return to common sense, like in-person doctor visits that were required under the first Trump administration.” Job 36:6 says, “He does not preserve the life of the wicked, but gives justice to the oppressed.” Beef and oil prices are spiking The price of beef is spiking as markets are volatile, oil prices remain high, and beef herds continue to diminish in the United States. In January 2026, only 86.2 million head of cattle were reported in the United States, the lowest number since 1951. The war in Iran is also affecting the supply chain for fertilizer and oil, products the cattle industry relies upon heavily. “Project Hail Mary” movie acknowledges God’s providential control The film Project Hail Mary has topped the worldwide box office for two weekend in a row now. The Christian movie review organization, Movie Guide, touts the movie as “Christian” for its reference to a belief in God, and an acknowledgement of God’s providential control over what happens. The story is about a school teacher who saves the world. Fox News called the film, starring Ryan Gosling, an anti-woke blockbuster. Megan Basham, Babylon Bee, and other conservative commentators gave the film a thumbs up. Rotten Tomatoes gives it a 95% critics score, and a 96% audience score. A

([email protected]) By Adam McManus Nigerian archbishop to Trump: “Give us weapons” to “eradicate” Islamic terrorists Archbishop Ignatius Kaigama of Abuja, Nigeria called on the Trump administration to provide intelligence and weapons to the Nigerian government to help combat the brutal persecution of the country’s Christians at the hands of Islamic terrorists, reports LifeSiteNews.com. During a March 20th press briefing hosted by Aid to the Church in Need as, Archbishop Kaigama praised Trump for being the first world leader to “clearly and unequivocally” declare that Nigerian Christians are being persecuted, reports EWTN. The archbishop emphasized, however, that Trump’s remarks and his administration’s December bombing in Nigeria have only emboldened Islamist terror groups, such as Boko Haram, to carry out more attacks on Christians. He called on the 47th president to share intelligence with and provide weapons to the Nigerian government to help them put an end to the persecution for good. Kaigama said, “I was glad when I heard Donald Trump say, ‘We are going to go to Nigeria; we are going to put an end to Boko Haram. At Christmas, we received a gift — a bomb that fell on Nigerian soil — and, truth be told, I could not say whether it did any good. “That incident, coupled with Donald Trump’s words, has greatly inflamed the passions of the Islamists in that territory. The number of attacks, the number of kidnappings carried out by Boko Haram and other groups, has been rising ever since.” Islamic persecution of Christians in Nigeria tied to sharia law Persecution of Christians in Nigeria began to spike after 1999, when 12 northern states adopted Sharia law. The rise of the terrorist group Boko Haram in 2009 marked a dramatic escalation in the attacks. Famously, the group kidnapped hundreds of schoolgirls in 2014; 87 of them are still listed as “missing.” From 2009 to 2022, over 50,000 Christians were killed in the country. A 2024 report found that more than 8,000 Nigerian Christians were killed and thousands more were abducted in 2023 alone, making it the bloodiest year on record for Islamic attacks against Christians in the country. I said that for a long time, and I didn't.” 3,500 U.S. Troops arrive in Middle East as Iran war strikes intensify More than 3,500 U.S. troops, including the U.S.S. Tripoli with about 2,500 Marines, arrived in the Middle East, officials announced Saturday, as strikes in the Iran war intensified, reports CBS News. It's the most updated of the amphibious warships, known as a "big deck," which allows more room for F-35 Stealth Fighter Jets, Ospreys and other aircraft. The ship had previously been based in Japan when the order to deploy to the Middle East came almost two weeks ago. Corey Lewandowski out at Department of Homeland Security Corey Lewandowski, a special government employee who served as a top adviser to former Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, no longer has a role with the DHS, reports NewsNation.com. ([email protected]) By Adam McManus Finnish lawmaker convicted over speaking truth about homosexuality In a narrow 3–2 decision, the Finnish Supreme Court has found parliamentarian Päivi Räsänen guilty of so-called “hate speech” for simply affirming a Biblical understanding of marriage and sexual ethics in a 20-year-old church pamphlet, reports LifeSiteNews.com. Räsänen has been criminally convicted for publishing the 2004 pamphlet for her church, alongside Lutheran Bishop Juhana Pohjola. The conviction is for “making and keeping available to the public a text that insults a group.” She said, “I am shocked and profoundly disappointed that the court has failed to recognize my basic human right to freedom of expression. I stand by the teachings of my Christian faith, and will continue to defend my [right] and every person’s right to share their convictions in the public square.” The Finish Supreme Court has imposed criminal fines of several thousand Euros and ruled that the impugned statements must be “removed from public access and destroyed.” Päivi Räsänen has served as a member of the Finnish Parliament since 1995, and was Minister of the Interior from 2011-2015. She is a medical doctor, mother of five children, and has twelve grandchildren. In a related development, the Finish Supreme Court unanimously acquitted Räsänen for her 2019 Bible verse tweet. Canada’s House criminalizes quoting Bible Religious expression is under attack in Canada as well. The majority of Canadian Members of Parliament voted to pass a leftist bill that will criminalize the quotation of Bible verses on homosexual behavior and gender, reports LifeSiteNews.com. Early Wednesday evening, in a 186–137 vote, they passed Bill C-9, which is misnamed the “Combatting Hate Act.” Members of Parliament from the Conservative Party, New Democratic Party, and the Green Party voted against the bill in a rare form of unity among the usually opposing parties. The bill now heads to Canada’s rubber-stamp Senate for review. David Cooke with the Campaign Life Coalition said, “With the passage of Bill C-9 in the [Canadian] House, Christians and pro-life advocates will almost certainly face an entirely new level of hostility, as the door swings open to actual persecution under a cloak of supposed legality.” The 186 foolish Members of the Canadian Parliament who voted to criminalize citing Bible verses about sexual perversion would no doubt object to my citation of Leviticus 18:22. It says, “Do not have sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman; that is detestable.” Trump postpones strikes on Iranian energy plants until April 6 On Thursday, President Donald Trump announced on Truth Social that the United States will extend the pause on strikes on Iranian energy plants by an additional 10 days, at the request of the Iranian government, reports CBS News. On Monday, the president announced a five-day pause on strikes on Iran's energy infrastructure in order to negotiate with Iran. The president said he's extending that pause to the evening of April 7 local time in Tehran. Trump to sign order to pay TSA agents President Donald Trump plans to sign an order that will pay Transportation Security Administration agents, who have not received a check since the Department of Homeland Security entered a partial shutdown in mid-February, reports The Epoch Times. In a March 26th Truth Social post, he wrote, “I am going to sign an Order instructing the Secretary of Homeland Security, Markwayne Mullin, to immediately pay our TSA Agents in order to address this Emergency Situation, and to quickly stop the Democrat Chaos at the Airports.” More than 3,120 TSA agents, who have not been paid in weeks, called in sick on Wednesday, which prompted long lines to continue at airports across the country. Pennsylvania Democrats have egg on their faces And finally, Pennsylvania House Democrats withdrew consideration of a resolution honoring March as "National Women’s Month" after a Republican lawmaker filed an amendment to include the physiological definition of "woman" in the text, report Fox News. What was expected to be a quick, symbolic vote turned into a brief but telling floor moment. Listen how the Republicans forced the question into the open and Democrats opted to shelve the resolution rather than define what a "woman" is in legislation — leading to an eruption of laughter on the House floor. Democratic House Speaker Joanna McClinton was bringing a rapid-fire succession of bills up for consideration late in Tuesday’s session when she asked the clerk to introduce House Resolution 390. McCLINTON: “The Chair recognizes the Majority Leader who calls up House Resolution on page eight of today's House calendar. The country’s Islamic regime persecutes Christians for sharing their faith or even privately owning a Bible. However, Bible smuggling teams are praying for new doors to open despite the war. Dirk Smith, Vice President at Eastern European Mission, spoke to CBN News. He compared this moment in Iran to the opportunity right before the Berlin Wall came down in 1989. Listen. The conflict began nearly a month ago when the U.S. and Israel carried out strikes on the country. The Associated Press reports the death toll has reached over 1,500 people in Iran, over 1,000 in Lebanon, 16 in Israel, and 13 U.S. military members. The U.S. is sending more troops to the region in what could become a ground assault. U.S. Supreme Court rules for Mississippi street preacher In the United States, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of a street preacher last Friday. Gabriel Olivier is an evangelical Christian who desires to share his faith with others. OLIVIER: “I was arrested outside of a concert amphitheater arena for preaching the Gospel on a public sidewalk.” However, the City of Brandon, Mississippi passed an ordinance to effectively silence his evangelism. Sadly, lower courts sided with the city. He even faced arrest under the ordinance. The Supreme Court’s ruling now allows Olivier to go back to trial in the lower courts to challenge the city ordinance. He celebrated the ruling. OLIVIER: “The Supreme Court has ruled unanimously, 9-0 in our favor. And I just wanted to say thank you to first and foremost, the Lord, for answering our prayers. That is a wonderful contribution to help the case of religious freedom here in our nation.” He added, "Now all people with deeply held Christian religious beliefs who are called to share the Good News can do so in the public arena.” Psalm 119:46 says, “I will speak of Your testimonies also before kings, and will not be ashamed.” Late-term abortionist Kermit Gosnell, who killed born babies, died The infamous abortionist Kermit Gosnell died at a hospital earlier this month, according to prison officials in Pennsylvania. He was 85. Gosnell was serving three life sentences for killing three babies -- after they were born alive. Shockingly, after complete delivery, Gosnell would jab scissors into the back of a baby’s neck and then cut the baby’s spinal cord. Gosnell called the killing of these children “snipping.” Steven Massof, a former Gosnell employee, said the so-called “snipping” is really “like a beheading,” reported the Baptist Press. Gosnell likely killed thousands of babies in this manner. ([email protected]) By Jonathan Clark and Timothy Reed Canadian law prohibits Christian public officials from wearing crosses The Supreme Court of Canada began hearings in a case involving religious freedom this week. At issue is Quebec’s Bill 21. The secularist law bans public officials from displaying religious symbols. For example, it would bar judges from wearing crosses. The measure has been in place in the Canadian province since 2019 and has survived multiple challenges. Derek Ross, executive director of the Christian Legal Fellowship, said, “Bill 21 purports to be advancing religious neutrality, but it is promoting the exact opposite: a public square which is hostile, not neutral, toward religion. This is unacceptable.” Canada euthanizes more humans than dogs in shelters Euthanasia continues to skyrocket in Canada. Tragically, more humans than dogs in shelters are being euthanized in the country, and it’s not even close. More than 5% of all deaths in the country are attributed to Medical Assistance in Dying. And it’s the fifth leading cause of death in Canada. Doctors regularly offer and push for euthanasia, even for those who are not terminally ill. Wesley Smith, writing for the National Review, reports that 16,000 Canadians were killed by euthanasia in 2025. According to the Canadian Veterinary Journal, nearly 7,000 Canadian dogs in shelters are euthanized annually. The New American reports that, “In Ontario alone, 219 people received Medical Assistance in Dying within a day of requesting it in 2023, with 30% dying the same day.” Proverbs 8:35 speaks of wisdom: “For whoever finds me finds life, and obtains favor from the Lord; but he who sins against me wrongs his own soul; all those who hate me love death.” Canadian young people are more open to Christianity Here’s some good news from Canada. Young people there may be more open to religion, according to a new report supported by the Canadian Bible Society. Notably, the decline of religiosity among Canadians aged 18-34 appears to be stalling. Young adults are just as likely if not more likely to read a religious text or attend religious services compared to 2017.\ The study said, “This paper offers Canadian churches reason to believe there is some level of openness among young people to the Christian faith and church attendance.” Maine ballot initiative would ban males from girls’ sports In the United States, a Maine ballot initiative is seeking to ban males from competing in girls’ sports statewide, reports WBUR. More than 80,000 citizens have signed the petition to keep males out of girls sports, and the effort has been endorsed by United States Senator Susan Collins and Maine’s former Governor Paul LePage, both of whom are Republican. Leyland Streiff, the petitioner for Protect Girls Sports in Maine, told FOX News that the organization wanted to leave no margin for error in the petitioning process. STREIFF: “We got 14,000 more than the threshold. The validation, though, is that we need over 67,000 validated signatures. We have already validated over 76,000. “And that is indicative of, I think, how Maine thinks about this. Mainers are common sense people. They understand that males should not be in female spaces. And I think that this is indicative of how the vote will go in November. The American statesman and Founding Father delivered the speech at St. John's Church in Richmond, Virginia on March 23, 1775. ([email protected]) By Kevin Swanson and Timothy Reed Nigerian Muslims chained 14-year-old Christian girl to tree for 138 days Radical Muslims are killing Nigerian Christians at a rate of 32 people per day, or 12,000 per year, according to the most recent data. About the same average number are being kidnapped. The stories are the most brutal in recorded history. Truth Nigeria tells of a 14-year-old Christian girl named Eunice who was cruelly chained in the forest for 138 days, beaten daily, and starved. She witnessed captives murdered and raped. Eunice’s mother, Martha, was also held by the criminal group. She told TruthNigeria, “Whenever we tried to pray, they beat us harder and shouted that there is no Christian God.” This was one of 50 taped interviews. Tragically, the Nigerian government has registered zero interest in these criminal activities. The young woman and her mother are still being treated in a Kaduna hospital, unable to be discharged and unable to pay the bill. Truth Nigeria reports that “Eunice’s frame is skeletal — collar bones jutting, arms wasted, eyes sunken into a gaunt face. Martha, [her mother,] is equally ravaged: cheeks hollowed; body stripped of flesh by five months of starvation. Neither can eat a full meal without vomiting. Neither can walk unassisted.” Pray for the poor, persecuted saints in Nigeria, Africa. According to Open Doors, Nigeria is the seventh most dangerous country worldwide for Christians. Argentina’s economy is thriving and inflation rate is going down Argentina’s economy saw another 4.4% bump last year. Since Javier Milei’s election to the presidency in 2022, the economy has soared by 9%. Impressively, Argentina’s inflation rate dropped to 31% — the lowest in eight years. China’s economy is steaming ahead, leaving America & Japan behind China has edged itself into a top position in the world economy. For example, Chinese automakers have trounced Japan, producing nearly 27 million vehicles in global sales last year compared to Japan’s sale of 25 million vehicles. By way of background, Japan had held the top place since the year 2000. If measured by purchasing power, China’s economy is now 50% larger than the U.S. economy. Indeed, China passed the U.S. economy in 2016. British pro-lifer awarded Pennsylvania Freedom Medal British pro-lifer Isabel Vaughan-Spruce was awarded the Pennsylvania Freedom Medal by Republican State Senator Doug Mastriano. Spruce has faced persecution for her pro-life beliefs in the United Kingdom, and was arrested multiple times for silently praying near abortion mills. Mastriano wrote on X, “She wasn’t shouting. She wasn’t blocking anyone. She wasn’t holding signs. She was simply praying quietly in her mind.” Vaughan-Spruce responded, “This is a huge honor and such a kind and thoughtful gesture. America’s debt now stands at $39 trillion! The U.S. debt-to-GDP ratio increased more in the fourth quarter of 2025. It now stands at a whopping 123%. That ratio has doubled since 2008. It took 200 years for America to achieve its first $1 trillion in debt back in 1981. Unbelievably, the Trump administration has racked up another $2.8 trillion in just the last nine months. Liberty Univ. wants right to fire employees who reject Biblical standard Last week, Liberty University presented oral arguments at the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals in Zinski v. Liberty University, arguing for the right of a Christian college to hold to its biblical standards on employment decisions. The case involves a male employee who attempted to appear as a female while in the employment of the university. Liberty Counsel attorney Matt Staver said, the case is “fundamentally about whether religious institutions can maintain their identity and mission in their employment decisions,” and whether a Christian university “has the right to employ individuals whose beliefs and conduct align with its doctrinal teachings.” The outcome of this case has the potential to establish whether religious institutions retain autonomy over their missions through employment decisions based on doctrinal standards. Federal employment law operates universally across all non-ministerial positions, regardless of an institution's religious beliefs. ([email protected]) By Adam McManus Chicago street preachers targeted for arrest According to a new lawsuit from the American Center for Law and Justice, Chicago recently detained three Christian street preachers — all of whom were “wrongfully arrested for nothing more than sharing the Gospel in public,” reports the Western Journal. The legal advocacy group said in a March 14th press release that street preacher Brett Raio was arrested and charged for sharing the gospel in Millennium Park. Although his case was dismissed before trial — with the ACLJ showing video evidence that exonerated him — his two friends were soon arrested at the same spot. Beyond getting slapped with baseless charges, the three friends were held in jail for more than seven hours. The ACLJ said, “It is a deliberate effort to silence religious expression.” Chicago law “only requires permits for amplification” that is too loud. But, according to the ACLJ, police are simply arresting any preacher who uses amplification at all. The Christian legal group asserted, “This has all the markings of unconstitutional targeting of preachers, displaying an unlawful anti-Christian animus.” Matthew 5:10 states, "Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake, for theirs is the kingdom of Heaven.” Trump’s Dept. of Homeland Security pick passes thanks to Democrat Last Thursday, a key Senate committee voted 8-7 to advance President Donald Trump’s nominee to be the next secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, reported NBC News. The vote in the Senate Homeland Security Committee sends Republican Senator Markwayne Mullin of Oklahoma to the full Senate for consideration one day after a contentious confirmation hearing. The committee is divided between eight Republicans and seven Democrats. Republican Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky, who chairs the committee, voted against Mullin after taking him to task for “anger issues” at his hearing one day earlier. Democratic Senator John Fetterman of Pennsylvania broke with other Democrats to vote for Mullin, ensuring that he advanced to the Senate floor, where he needs 51 votes for confirmation. On March 5th, the president fired Kristi Noem as Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security. That is the bottom of this whole entire thing. “When you have overwhelming super majorities of all races, all political parties, all ages, all demographics, all political ideologies of the voting public, who want voter ID, who want proof of citizenship, but you have the elected Democrat Party, the Democrat officials, in the House, in the Senate, at the state level, fighting, with every ounce of strength they have, to block voter ID, to block proof of citizenship, there is one and only one reason. ([email protected]) By Adam McManus Communist Cuban officials detain 16-year-old protestor Protests in Morón, Cuba, erupted the night of March 13 and lasted through the next day in response to a week of blackouts and shortages of medical and food supplies, reports International Christian Concern. Protestors ransacked and set fire to the Cuban Communist Party’s headquarters. Among those arrested on March 16 were Evangelical Pastor Elier Ávila and his son, Jonathan. Though the pastor is now free, his 16-year-old son is still behind bars. While his son was accused of participating in the vandalism, some suggest that Cuban officials painted many of the law-abiding protestors of criminal mischief. The married 31-year-old former reality star, who has three children of his own, was charged with lewd and lascivious conduct with a minor and molestation of a victim less than 12 years old. His arrest occurred years after his 38-year-old brother, Josh Duggar, was convicted of child pornography charges. Officials say the victim identified Joseph Duggar as the abuser, saying he repeatedly asked her to sit on his lap. She said these incidents would allegedly progress into Joseph Duggar covering her with a blanket and touching her inappropriately. The victim reportedly stated that Joseph Duggar apologized for his actions, and the incidents stopped. Officials say the victim’s father confronted him on Tuesday, and Joseph confessed his sins to both the father and detectives in Tonitown, Arkansas. ([email protected]) By Jonathan Clark Chine Communists continue to harass the church China’s National People’s Congress passed the innocuously named “Law on Promoting Ethnic Unity and Progress” last week. The new law requires the enforcement of a strong sense of Chinese identity across society. This would continue China’s suppression of religious and ethnic minorities. It would also affect social organizations and churches. International Christian Concern noted, “Christian home churches are an attempt to escape government scrutiny, but even they are often raided and their members arrested on charges of working against the interests of the state.” China is ranked 17th on the Open Doors’ World Watch List of the most oppressive countries to be a Christian. Trump postpones trip to meet with Chinese President China will have to reschedule a meeting with the United States as the war in Iran continues. U.S. President Donald Trump said Tuesday he will postpone his trip to Beijing. The trip was scheduled for the end of the month. President Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping plan to discuss trade tariffs. The trade war between the two countries has been on pause since last October. Commenting on the postponement, President Trump said, “Because of the [Iran] war, I want to be here. I have to be here.” Israel killed Iran’s top security official on Monday Israel killed Iran’s top security official, Ali Larijani, in a strike on Monday. Larijani was likely running the country since U.S. and Israeli strikes killed Iran’s supreme leader last month. The recent war has lasted nearly three weeks so far. President Trump told reporters yesterday that America’s involvement in the war may be ending soon. Listen. TRUMP: “We're not ready to leave yet, but we'll be leaving in the near future. We'll be leaving in pretty much the very near future. But, right now, they've been decimated from every standpoint. We've had great support from countries in the Middle East. Great support. But we've had essentially no support from NATO.” Paul Ehrlich, father of population control, died Paul Ehrlich, known as the father of population control, died last Friday at the age of 93. The biology professor and population scientist wrote the 1968 book, The Population Bomb. Ehrlich falsely claimed population growth would cause widespread starvation. He promoted the murder of unborn babies and mass sterilization to stem the alleged tide of overpopulation. His work inspired governments and organizations to push contraception, abortion, and sterilization on the world. Hebrews 9:27 says, “It is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment.” Scotland Parliament votes against legalized assisted suicide Scotland’s Parliament voted Tuesday against a bill to legalize assisted suicide. The vote ends two years of national debate on the issue. Alisdair Hungerford-Morgan, Chief Executive of Right To Life UK, said, “This is a great victory for the most vulnerable in our society. They deserve protection and care, not a pathway to suicide. If this legislation had passed, countless vulnerable people would have been pressured or coerced into ending their lives.” Moody Bible victorious in religious liberty case In the United States, a Christian college won its religious freedom case against the Chicago Board of Education. Previously, the city’s public schools blocked The Moody Bible Institute of Chicago from participating in its student-teaching program. The college could only participate if it compromised its Christian hiring practices. The public schools backed down after the lawsuit. Jeremiah Galus with Alliance Defending Freedom commented, “We’re hopeful other public officials will take note that they can’t inject themselves illegally and unconstitutionally into a religious non-profit’s hiring practices.” YouVersion: No AI chatbots to answer theological questions And finally, a leading digital Bible platform is not implementing artificial intelligence chatbots for answering theological questions. Back in 2022, officials in Sweden separated Daniel and Bianca Samson from their two eldest daughters. The state found no evidence of abuse but accused the family of “religious extremism” for simply attending church three times a week. Morales Sancho, Legal Counsel for Alliance Defending Freedom International, stated, “The element of religious discrimination is also unmistakable in this case. The state labeled the family as religious extremists solely because of their active practice of their Christian faith.” Psalm 14:4 asks, “Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge, who eat up My people as they eat bread, and do not call on the LORD?” Swedish population embraces sexual perversion Sadly, people in Sweden are the most likely to view homosexuality as morally acceptable in a recent Pew Research survey. The study surveyed 30,000 people across 25 countries. People in European countries were also among the most likely to be morally accepting of homosexuality, abortion, and divorce. Christianity’s decline in England People in Britain are worried about the decline of Christianity in the nation. A study by Whitestone Insight found that 52% of Brits believe that drifting from their Christian roots is bad for future generations. Fifty-eight percent also said that Christianity plays a beneficial role in public life. This comes as Christian identification has declined. Only 44% of adults in Britain identified as Christian last year, down from 54% in 2018. Carrie Prejean, who objected to Zionism, was fired by Trump's religious liberty commissionIn the United States, a member of the U.S. President’s Religious Liberty Commission, Carrie Prejean Boller, was removed from her position after she registered opposition to Zionism last month. These engagement levels are nearly twice that of the U.S. workforce overall. Agencies with the most job cuts included the U.S. Agency for International Development, the National Endowments for the Arts and the Humanities, and the Education Department. 18-year-old rescues brother from axe-wielding man And finally, an 18-year-old is thanking God after protecting his brother from an ax-wielding man in Florida over the weekend. According to the United Nation’s Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean, communist Cuba has the worst GDP/capita in Latin America — barely reaching $1,000 per year. The worst economies in Latin America are communist Venezuela, communist Nicaragua, communist Cuba, and Haiti. Cuba is ripest nation for spiritual revival Despite the economic doom and gloom, Cuba appears to be the ripest for spiritual revival of any nation in the world today. The Baptists have reported a 40-fold increase in the number of churches since 1990. One estimate puts the total number of Cuban believers at two million. That’s about 20% of the population -- higher than membership in the communist party for the country. In Matthew 16:18, Jesus promised that “He would build His church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.” 47% of Americans oppose the U.S.-Iranian war Americans continue to have mixed opinions about the Iran conflict. New polling averages, from Real Clear Politics, found that 44% of Americans support the war, while 47% oppose the fight. Similarly, a Quinnipiac poll found that only 40% of Americans favor the war, with 53% in opposition. A whopping 74% of Americans are opposed to sending ground troops into the war, something the Trump administration has not ruled out. Court allows naked men in women’s spa The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has let stand a lower court ruling requiring a private spa, intended for women, to allow naked men to frequent the premises. The Washington State spa owners insisted this policy would be contrary to their Christian beliefs. Thus far, at least five judges have filed dissents on the decision. 19% of employees at U.S. companies are foreign workers American corporations are hiring foreign workers like never before, recent numbers indicate 19.2% of their employees are foreign workers, up from 12% twenty years ago. Another 10% of the U.S. workforce is also provided for by digital offshoring by organizations like Upwork. That makes almost a third of the U.S. workforce now provided for by foreigners. Pastor: If you’re a Christian, don’t live in sin with someone Megachurch pastor Josh Howerton of LakePointe Church in Dallas, Texas, challenged Christian couples to stop living in sin. ([email protected]) By Adam McManus 400 Christians murdered in Congo in one year Christians are being attacked, murdered, and abducted in the Democratic Republic of the Congo every week, and the violence appears to be worse than ever, reports International Christian Concern. Between July 1, 2024 and July 1, 2025, the Institute for International Religious Freedom reported that nearly 400 Christians were murdered in the African nation of Congo. And this is only a fraction of the total violence being perpetrated. Rebel militias have gained vast influence over the Christian-majority nation due to extremist Islamist ideologies, years-long civil wars, and political upheaval. According to Open Doors, Congo is the 29th most oppressive country worldwide for Christians. The persecuted Christians in Congo are no doubt praying Psalm 91 which says, “I will say of the Lord, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.’ Surely, He will save you from the fowler’s snare and from the deadly pestilence. … You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day. … A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you. Pentagon sending assault ship & 2,500 Marines toward Iran The Pentagon is deploying the U.S.S. Tripoli and 2,500 Marines to the Middle East after President Trump vowed Friday to unleash “unparalleled firepower,” reports the New York Post. Hodges and urged the justices to reconsider the decision legalizing homosexual marriage nationwide, reports the Herzog Foundation. Lawmakers approved House Joint Memorial 17 last Tuesday in a 44-26 vote. All Democrats voted against the measure, and a small number of Republicans joined them. The resolution now heads to the Idaho Senate. The memorial states the Legislature “rejects the Obergefell decision” and “calls upon the Supreme Court of the United States to reverse Obergefell and restore the natural definition of marriage.” Supporters say the 2015 ruling overrode the authority of states and ignored the will of voters who had already defined marriage in state law. The resolution says Obergefell “is at odds with the Constitution of the United States and the principles upon which the United States is established.” It also says the ruling “arbitrarily and unjustly” cast aside the historic understanding of marriage, which “has been recognized as the union of one man and one woman for more than 2,000 years.” Idaho Republican State Rep. For more than 47 years, the Islamic regime ruling Iran has governed through fear, oppression, and bloodshed, reports International Christian Concern. Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard said the synagogue’s security team engaged the suspect with gunfire after he breached the building and drove down a hallway. The suspect was later found dead. One of the lead security people was hit by the car and was taken to the hospital for treatment. One pastor in the country told International Christian Concern, “The [election] results are unexpected. Though the outcome is confusing, we remain hopeful, especially as there appears to be a decline in the influence of pro-Hindu nationalist parties.” Franklin Graham preached to 90,000 in Lima, Peru Evangelist Franklin Graham shared the Gospel of Christ with over 90,000 people in Lima, Peru over the weekend. A majority of adults in the United States, Canada, and Europe say it’s not necessary to believe in God to be moral and have good values. People in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America are much more likely to say belief in God is necessary for morality. In the U.S., 31% of adults say it’s necessary to believe in God to be moral. That’s down from 42% in 2014. Wyoming passes Heartbeat bill Wyoming became the latest state to enact a fetal heartbeat law. Republican Governor Mark Gordon signed the Human Heartbeat Act into law on Monday. This makes Wyoming the fifth state to ban abortions on babies at about six weeks of pregnancy. If a heartbeat is detected, the baby must be protected. Liberty Counsel noted, “The ‘Human Heartbeat Act’ bans abortions after a heartbeat can be detected. However, it does include exceptions for medical emergencies when the mother’s life is in danger, or her health is at risk of serious impairment. The law does not include exceptions for rape or incest.” John Newton, former slave ship captain, wrote “Amazing Grace” And finally, this week is the anniversary of John Newton's conversion. Newton was a captain of slave ships in his early life. While at sea, a severe storm brought him to his spiritual senses. This led to his conversion on March 10, 1748. Newton went on to marry, become a pastor, and work to end the slave trade. Newton is well known for his hymns. Each week he would write a hymn to a familiar tune. ([email protected]) By Jonathan Clark and Timothy Reed Growing anti-Christian violence in Europe Experts warned of growing anti-Christian violence and legal pressure in Europe during a recent session of the United Nations Humans Rights Council. Christians in Europe faced nearly 800 hate crimes and over 2,000 violent incidents in 2024. The Observatory on Intolerance and Discrimination Against Christians in Europe documents such cases. Anja Tang, executive director of the observatory, told The Christian Post, “Several European governments have targeted individuals through criminal procedures for peacefully expressing their religious beliefs.” 8 Americans and 13 Israelis have died in Iranian conflict The death toll for American military personnel has reached eight since the beginning of the Iran conflict. A U.S. soldier, whose name is yet to be released, died from wounds sustained in Iran’s March 1st attack on an American base in Saudi Arabia, and a national guardsman died from a medical emergency in Kuwait on March 6th. Six soldiers were also killed by an Iranian drone strike in Kuwait, and their remains were transported back to the United States and honored. Additionally, Israel has recorded 13 deaths since the outbreak of the war, and several have been killed in Gulf States friendly to the United States and Israel. In Psalm 43:1, the psalmist says, “Judge me, O God, and plead my cause against an ungodly nation: O deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man.” Trump to Iran: Stop blocking oil tankers or else! U.S. President Donald Trump threatened Monday to escalate the war with Iran if the country blocks oil tanker traffic from the Middle East. In response, oil prices fell by 15% yesterday. During the war with Iran, prices have increased to levels not seen since 2022. These oil prices have affected the price of gasoline at the pump in America. The AAA national average for gas reached $3.54 per gallon yesterday. That’s up nearly fifty cents from a year ago. Christians are not safe in New York City Two men linked with ISIS attempted a bomb attack on a right-wing protest in New York City over the weekend. Thankfully, police were able to intercept the devices, and no one was injured. New York City Council Member Joann Ariola spoke with Newsmax host Todd Starnes in a recent interview. She offered a chilling answer to Starnes’ direct question. STARNES: “Are the Christian and Jewish citizens of New York City safe tonight?” ARIOLA: “They're not safe. Anthony Pro-Life America, told LifeNews, “The pro-life movement has very simple demands. Shockingly, Christian women are being raped. Anybody caught speaking to Christians may be killed. In fact, a butcher who sold meat to Christians was killed. And the woman’s brother-in-law was killed for his faith. In addition, Christians who have fled Afghanistan into Pakistan and Iran now face the threat of deportation back into Afghanistan because the Taliban government has soured relationships with its neighboring countries. China, Russia and America all spending more on military The world is arming up. China hiked its 2026 defense budget to $275 billion — a 10.4% increase year on year. This follows 7% increases over the previous two years —- making for a 25% increase in three years. Meantime, Russia has increase its military budget four-fold since the early 2020s, according to a report from the Center for European Policy Analysis. And the U.S. military budget has seen a 5% increase over the last three years. The latest number for the 2026 defense program is $839 billion. Iran’s nuclear capability inspiring American nuclear-proof bunker sales Fox News reports that Iran has 1,014 pounds of 60%-enriched uranium. That’s enough to make 11 nuclear bombs. And it’s an increase from 881 pounds of enriched uranium last year, and 194 pounds in 2023. The Telegraph also reports an increase in nuclear-proof bunkers sales here in America. One manufacturer claims his customer base includes two senior-level Trump cabinet members, as well as Mark Zuckerburg of Facebook and Instagram and other elites. Monthly sales for Atlas Survival Shelters reportedly have bumped up 25-fold this year. Homosexual Australian Education official blasted homeschooling The Australian government may be coming for homeschoolers. Of the 737 buildings affected, about 450 were Baptist churches. Baptists, while the largest Evangelical population in Ukraine, represent only 1 percent to 2 percent of the overall population, revealing that Russian forces are deliberately targeting Baptists in their violent campaign across Ukraine. ([email protected]) By Jonathan Clark 9 Nigerian Muslims on trial for killing 200 Christians Nine Fulani Muslim herdsmen are on trial in Nigeria for participating in the massacre of over 200 Christians in the country last year. Christian Daily International reports this is a rare case of prosecution against the Fulani herdsmen. The prosecution comes as the United States is calling on the country to combat Christian persecution. The U.S. is considering a bilateral agreement with Nigeria to protect Christian communities there and eliminate jihadist terror. Psalm 7:9 says, “Oh, let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end, but establish the just; for the righteous God tests the hearts and minds.” Nigerian Anglicans reject the homosexual agenda of Church of England Speaking of Nigeria, the Global Anglican Future Conference is meeting this week in the West African country. The movement of conservative Anglican churches, mainly in Africa and Asia, supports Biblical sexuality. The group has effectively broken off from the Anglican Communion led by the Church of England. Sarah Mullally is set to become the first female archbishop of Canterbury in the Church of England. Sadly, she supports blessings for homosexual couples. The Global Anglican Future Conference now plans on appointing its own leader who will represent Biblical values. The conservative group says it represents 85 percent of the world’s practicing Anglicans. Christian teacher vindicated for refusing to say inaccurate pronouns In the United States, an Indiana school district agreed to pay $650,000 in a religious freedom lawsuit. Brownsburg Community School Corporation forced John Kluge, a Christian music teacher, to resign for not using biologically incorrect pronouns. David Cortman with Alliance Defending Freedom commented on the case. He said, “After almost five and a half years, common sense has prevailed at Brownsburg. … Schools should learn that refusing to accommodate religious employees can be illegal and expensive.” Red state families having more babies than blue state families The Institute for Family Studies reports that the women in red states are birthing more babies than those in blue states since the COVID-19 pandemic. The 20 states that voted Democrat in 2024 saw a decline in people in their 20s and kids under 10 compared to 2019. Meanwhile, Republican-leaning states often had cheaper housing and tended to attract parents with young kids. States like Idaho, South Carolina, Florida, and Tennessee saw a 10% increase in married families with young children over the last five years. States like California, New York, and Illinois saw a decline in such families. Trump cut federal workforce by 12% The federal government’s civilian workforce shrunk by over 380,000 people during the first year of President Donald Trump’s second term. That’s a 12% workforce reduction between September 2024 and January 2026. The U.S. Office of Personnel Management reported the numbers yesterday. Scott Kupor, the director of the agency, said, “This effort ensures taxpayer dollars support a workforce that delivers efficient, responsive and high-quality services.” Mortgage rate fell to 5.98% Mortgage rates fell below six percent for the first time in years. The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate fell to 5.98 percent last week. It has not been that low since September 2022. Recent rates peaked at 7.8 percent in October 2023. Mortgage rates have been coming down slowly since the Federal Reserve began cutting its benchmark interest rate last year. Only 4% of American adults have Biblical worldview And finally, Dr. George Barna released his latest survey on Biblical worldview. Sadly, only four percent of U.S. adults have a Biblical worldview. That’s unchanged compare to 2023 and down from 12 percent in 1994. Most Americans, over eight in ten, may believe some Biblical principles but often think and live in ways that conflict with the Bible. Also, only two percent of young adults have a Biblical worldview. The survey noted, “Despite the increased attention given to faith matters after the Charlie Kirk murder, and the growth in church attendance and individuals purchasing Bibles immediately after that incident, there is no hint of improvement when it comes to Biblical worldview.” However, Dr. Barna wrote, “We reached a low point—4%— in 2023. Christian communities, like those in Iran, are especially vulnerable during times of escalating violence. Regina Lynch with Aid to the Church in Need warned, “The longing for freedom and dignity among peoples in the region is legitimate. But the price of renewed war could be extremely high. Civilians always suffer most, and Christians are often among the most defenseless.” U.S.-Iranian conflict might last four weeks U.S. President Donald Trump recently said the conflict with Iran may continue over the next four weeks. The United States and Israel carried out sweeping airstrikes against the country over the weekend. The American death toll in the conflict reached six troops as of Monday. The U.S. State Department is urging Americans to leave over a dozen countries in the Middle East. Those include Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, and Israel. Supreme Court rules against radical transgender policy The U.S. Supreme Court ruled against California’s pro-transgender school policy on Monday. The policy allowed public school officials to keep the gender confusion of students from their parents. Worse than that, school officials even helped students “transition” without their parents knowledge. Paul Jonna, Special Counsel at Thomas More Society, commented, “The Court’s landmark . . . vindication of religious liberty . . . [sets] an historic precedent that will dismantle secret gender transition policies across the country.” The State of the Unborn: GOP should not leave fight to states The pro-life movement is continuing strong, but not without its challenges. That's according to Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America President Marjorie Dannenfelser in her “State of the Unborn” address. Listen to her thoughts on why the fight for life must continue. DANNENFELSER: “Now consider the great battles the pro-life movement has won after over a half a century of struggle: electing a pro-life president, confirming the Supreme Court justices who would reverse Roe v Wade with the Dobbs decision, and restore the right to uphold the 14th Amendment's equal protection promise in the law. "The handcuffs are off. We are free to protect the human rights of people. We live in a fresh moment filled with hope for our children, and yet, there are now more abortions than before Dobbs -- at least 1.1 million a year. "More than 60% of those deaths are caused by abortion drugs, and that's more than fentanyl, cocaine and heroin related deaths combined. Abortion is the number one cause of death in the United States of America.” Dannenfelser went on to challenge the Republican Party. She said, “The current GOP strategy of leaving this issue to the states clearly does not work. Twenty pro-life states can’t even enforce their laws because of mail-order abortion drugs.” Proverbs 31:9 says, “Open your mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.” Trump’s Transportation Dept: No illegals allowed commercial licenses Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy is imposing new rules in order for truckers to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License. This comes as the Trump administration continues to fight illegal immigration, including within the trucking industry, where illegal drivers have killed a number of Americans. Duffy laid out his expectations for U.S. commercial drivers. DUFFY: “This is not politics that we're playing here. We can have a debate about whether Joe Biden had an open border or Donald Trump shut down and secured the border. That's a different debate. “The debate really is, ‘Do you want well-trained, well-qualified drivers behind the wheel of a big rig driving on American roads?’ It's very simple. I think the answer is: Every single American, no matter what your political stripes are, doesn't are, that's exactly what you want. “That's what you would expect from the federal government and the state government. Here’s the latest. The Associated Press reports that the new Afghan penal code allows husbands to beat their wives, criminalizes criticism of the nation’s leadership, and bans education for women beyond primary school. And the Afghan-Pakistani War is heating up. According to recent numbers from Afghan Information Minister Attaullah Tarar, 415 soldiers with the Taliban have died and 580 have been injured. Republicans support and Democrats oppose Iranian attack Here in the United States, there’s a sharp partisan divide with Americans concerning the latest war with Iran. An Ipsos/Reuters survey finds that 55% of Republican voters are in favor of the U.S. attack on Iran. Only 13% opposed it. And 7% of Democrats support the attack while 74% oppose. Thus far, as of Monday — the casualties racking up in the war include 555 Iranian deaths, 31 Lebanese deaths, 10 Israeli deaths, and 4 American deaths. Time on Doomsday Clock Ever heard of The Doomsday Clock? War Secretary Hegseth ends cooperation with woke Ivy League schools As The Worldview reported last month, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth cut ties between Harvard and the Pentagon, discontinuing military-sponsored and funding of graduate-level education programs. Now, the War Department has announced no more cooperation with the rest of Ivy League schools. Secretary Hegseth explained the reason for this. The launch of “Operation Epic Fury” followed months of heated rhetoric and repeated warnings from President Trump about military intervention in Iran. U.S. and partner forces struck multiple targets, including Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps command and control facilities, Iranian air defense capabilities, missile and drone launch sites, and military airfields. Not only was Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei killed, but so was his top security adviser, his chief military secretary, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps commander, the Defense Minister, the Head of Iranian military intelligence, and former Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, reports Axios and Israel National News. Trump: We will destroy Iran’s “wicked, radical dictatorship” In an 8-minute address to America, President Donald Trump explained why he believed the attack on Iran was necessary. TRUMP: “Our objective is to defend the American people by eliminating imminent threats from the Iranian regime. For 47 years, the Iranian regime has chanted ‘Death to America’ and waged an unending campaign of bloodshed and mass murder targeting the United States, our troops, and the innocent people in many, many countries.” The president laid out the litany of Iranian attacks from the 1979 U.S. Embassy Hostage Crisis in which dozens of Americans were taken hostage for 444 days and the 1983 bombing of the U.S. Marine barracks in Beirut that killed 241 soldiers to the attack on the U.S.S. Cole in 2000, the killing of U.S. soldiers in Iraq, and the Iranian-funded attack on Israel through Hamas on October 7, 2023. TRUMP: “For these reasons, the United States military is undertaking a massive and ongoing operation to prevent this very wicked, radical dictatorship from threatening America and our core national security interests. We are going to destroy their missiles and raze their missile industry to the ground. It will be totally obliterated. We're going to annihilate their navy. ([email protected]) By Adam McManus Islamic State’s ‘new phase’ in Syria as U.S. military withdraws Within the last week, the Islamic State terror group has launched an unusual series of attacks in Syria, part of what it calls a “new phase of operations” against the 11-month-old Syrian government, reports International Christian Concern. Simultaneously, the United States is actively withdrawing from bases in the area. Fighting between Syrian government forces and U.S.-allied Kurdish forces has weakened the resistance faced by the Islamic State. The terrorist group has been relatively inactive in and around Syria since its territorial defeat in 2019, instead shifting its focus to Africa. Syrian President Ahmed Hussein al-Sharaa was previously a member of the Islamic State and is an avowed jihadist. While he’s made bold public statements about his interest in peace and tolerance, forces associated with his government have repeatedly committed or allowed mass tragedies to take place. CNN: No clear Democratic presidential frontrunner CNN data analyst Harry Enten revealed that two years away from the 2028 Democratic presidential primary season, the party’s prospects look dim, reports The Western Journal. International Christian Concern reports religious communities in the Russian-occupied areas of Ukraine continue to face harassment and violence. Protestant churches are especially targeted with intimidation, raids, and closures. The European Evangelical Alliance is calling on Christians to pray for their brothers and sisters caught in the conflict. The organization noted, “Churches continue to serve courageously. Acts of compassion and solidarity are widespread. Stories of protection, provision, and spiritual awakening remind believers that God remains present and active even in the darkest times.” Romans 8:28 reminds us, “We know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” 1.8 million casualties in Russian-Ukrainian war After four years of fighting, Russia and Ukraine have experienced an estimated 1.8 million casualties. That includes people killed, wounded, and missing. U.S. President Donald Trump continues to broker peace talks between the two countries even as the war drags on. Ukrainian representatives plan to meet with U.S. envoys in Geneva, Switzerland today. This is ahead of a potential trilateral meeting between the U.S., Russia, and Ukraine next week. U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio recently wrote on X, “President Trump wants a solution that ends the bloodshed once and for all.” European Commission fines X $140 million Speaking of X, the company is challenging a $140 million fine imposed by the European Commission. The commission is using the European Union’s Digital Services Act to impose censorship on American tech companies. Jeremy Tedesco with Alliance Defending Freedom stated, “The platforms the Digital Services Act targets … are the modern public square. They are where Americans debate politics, share their faith, and hold the powerful accountable. … The EU Commission is targeting X for a simple reason: X is committed to free speech, and the Commission demands censorship.” El Mencho’s Mexican cartel extorted and harassed pastors As The Worldview reported on Tuesday, Mexico’s military forces killed the drug cartel leader, Nemesio Cervantes, known as “El Mencho” on Sunday. He was the most wanted person in Mexico and one of the most wanted people in the United States. The cartel he led was known for terrorizing not only businesses but also church leaders in Mexico. Pastors faced intimidation, extortion, harassment, and threats at the hands of the cartel. Trump affirmed “one nation under God” In the United States, President Donald Trump delivered his 2026 State of the Union Address to a joint session of Congress on Tuesday. The speech lasted for an hour and 48 minutes, the longest State of the Union Address in modern tracking. At one point, he asked a question. TRUMP: “One of the great things about the State of the Union is how it gives Americans the chance to see clearly what their representatives really believe. So tonight, I'm inviting every legislator to join with my administration in reaffirming a fundamental principle. “If you agree with this statement, then stand up and show your support. ‘The first duty of the American government is to protect American citizens, not illegal aliens.’” (Republicans applauded) Not surprisingly, all the Republicans stood and all the Democrats remained seated, revealing the stark contrast between the two major parties. Throughout his speech, the president mentioned the upcoming 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States. He acknowledged the hand of Providence in our country’s destiny and celebrated recent renewal in religious interest among young people. Listen. Singer Johnny Cash remembered for faith in Christ And finally, today marks the birthday of Johnny Cash. The iconic American singer was born on February 26, 1932. He rose to fame in the music scene in the 1950s before coming to Christ later in the 1970s. He became known as the “Man in Black” for his all-black stage suits. After his conversion, Cash would use his music to share the Gospel, often performing at Billy Graham Crusades. Cash remains one the best-selling music artists of all time. ([email protected]) By Jonathan Clark Yemen authorities arrested 20 Christians Authorities in Yemen, a country in the Middle East bordering Saudi Arabia to the north, have arrested at least 20 Christians in recent months. For simply professing Christ, these believers can face torture and even death. The Islamic country is located in the south of the Arabian peninsula. It is illegal for Christians to publicly display or share their faith there. International Christian Concern notes, “The arrests in Yemen paradoxically confirm what missionaries and human rights observers have long suspected: despite being one of the most dangerous places on Earth to be a Christian, Yemen hosts a growing indigenous church.” According to Open Doors, Yemen is the third most oppressive country worldwide for Christians. In Matthew 16:18, Jesus said, “On this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hell shall not prevail against it.” Christian Canadian fined $750,000 for opposing gender confusion The British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal fined a Canadian Christian $750,000 last week for opposing gender confusion. Barry Neufield is a former Board of Education trustee for the district of Chilliwack. He posted on social media that there are only two sexes, and he opposed transgender ideology in the schools. Neufield wrote on Facebook that the widespread embrace of such ideology has “demonized people of faith who believe that God created humans male and female: In the Image of God.” Judge fined Maryland school district for promoting sexual perversion In the United States, a federal judge fined Maryland’s largest school district $1.5 million last week for promoting sexual perversity. Parents sued Montgomery County Public Schools for not allowing them to opt their children out of storybooks featuring such perversity. Eric Baxter with The Becket Fund for Religious Liberty commented, “Public schools nationwide are on notice: running roughshod over parental rights and religious freedom isn’t just illegal—it’s costly.” Louisiana allowed to display 10 Commandments in classrooms Louisiana can now enforce its law for every public school classroom to display the Ten Commandments. The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals issued the ruling last week in favor of the displays. The ruling stated, “There can be no doubt that the Ten Commandments bear immense religious significance. … But they also ‘have historical significance as one of the foundations of our legal system.’” Deuteronomy 6:7 and 9 says this of God’s commandments: “You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. ... You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.” Vermont foster families allowed to affirm Biblical view The state of Vermont will no longer require families to abandon their religious beliefs in order to be foster families. The new policy comes thanks to the litigation of Alliance Defending Freedom. The issue began after Vermont revoked the licenses of two Christian families for opposing gender confusion. The Christian legal rights group’s Senior Counsel, Johannes Delphonse, said, “This is an incredible victory for children in Vermont’s foster-care system.” Conservative Methodist denomination hits 7,000 churches worldwide The Global Methodist Church recently announced it reached 7,000 churches worldwide. The denomination launched in 2022 after years of internal conflict within the United Methodist Church over human sexuality. Many theologically conservative churches left the mainline denomination since then. The Global Methodist Church posted on Facebook, “This moment reminds us that growth isn’t just measured in numbers — it’s found in repentance, renewal, and lives being transformed by Jesus Christ.” U.S. economy growing slower than expected U.S. economic growth was slower than expected during the fourth quarter of 2025. The U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis reported real gross domestic product increased at an annual rate of 1.4 percent last quarter. That’s down from 4.4 percent during the third quarter and much lower than expectations. Government spending was down during the fourth quarter because of the record-length shutdown. Chicago man saved baby out of frigid Lake Michigan And finally, a Chicago man saved an eight-month-old baby from the frigid 35-degree waters of Lake Michigan last Wednesday. Block Club Chicago reports 30-year-old Lio Cundiff was taking a walk along the lake at Belmont Harbor. That’s when he heard a woman scream. Gusting winds had sent her stroller with her baby into the lake. Cundiff can’t swim. But he dove in to save the baby anyways. Pastor Wang Yi is entering his seventh year in prison -- of a nine-year sentence. But now, elder Li Yingqiang and his wife have been arrested for their commitment to Christ. His wife was released on bail, and encouraged friends on social media that “God’s arrangements are always good.” Multiple churches in North America, and an organization in Australia, have designated the ninth of each month as a “Day of Fasting and Prayer for the Persecuted Church in China.” Mexican National Guardsmen killed the most wanted cartel leader in the country Mexico is in turmoil this week, after Mexican National Guardsmen killed the most wanted cartel leader in the country, Nemesio Cervantes, a criminal known as “El Mencho.” So far, 34 drug cartel members are dead. Sadly, another 25 federal troops were killed in the ongoing conflict. European immigration numbers down Immigration numbers have dropped sharply in Europe. Britain records only 200,000 immigrants in 2025, down from 900,000 in 2023. Eurostat’s Migration and Asylum report indicates a 13% drop in asylum applicants to European Union countries in 2024. That’s the first drop since 2020. And October 2025 numbers indicate a 28% drop compared with October 2024. European Parliament refused to affirm only women can get pregnant The Parliament of the European Union voted 340-141 to artificially redefine the definition of what a woman is. The Parliament also refused to affirm the biological fact “that only women can become pregnant.” German Parliament member Tomasz Froelich blasted the new guidance. He said, “This isn’t about courtesy or pronouns. It’s about law, language, and the destruction of biological clarity in public policy.” The new law opens the continent up to “the full recognition of trans women as women,” directly opposing God’s created gender roles. In Matthew 19:4, Jesus asked, “Have you not read, that He which made them at the beginning made them male and female?” Reform UK lacked traction; Will Restore Britain thrive? As The Worldview reported on February 19th, Britain has a new populist political party called the Restore Britain party. The previous nationalist party, Reform UK, gained 14% of the vote in the 2024 election, but only holds eight seats which is a little over 1% of the seats in parliament. Back in 2002, the UK populist parties had only 2% of the national vote. More debt and more inflation for the U.S. In President Donald Trump’s first year in office in his second term, the US Debt to Gross Domestic Product ratio spiked to 122%. That’s the highest since Joe Biden’s first year in office during the COVID spend-a-thon. Today’s U.S. federal debt stands at $38.7 trillion — exactly double what it was 10 years ago during the first Trump term, and quadruple the size of the debt 18 years ago during the 2008 recession. Also in economic news, despite all the political noise and hand waving coming out of Washington, inflation is up in the U.S. The core Personal Consumption Expenditures inflation index is up to 3% — back up to where it was two years ago. The GDP inflator reached 3.7%, the worst it’s been in three years. And yet, the average 30-year mortgage rate has dropped to 6%, That’s the lowest it’s been in two and a half years. Deuteronomy 15:6 ties in here. It says, “For the LORD your God will bless you just as He promised you; you shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow; you shall reign over many nations, but they shall not reign over you.” Kansas legislature overturns veto on transgender Law KANSAS LEADER: “The motion prevails and the bill passes.” (Gavel comes down) And with that announcement, the Kansas Legislature, dominated by Republicans, voted to overturn Democratic Governor Laura Kelly’s veto on a bill that banned men, including men pretending to be women, from entering women's spaces. The Kansas House voted 87-37 and the Kansas Senate voted 31-9 to overturn the veto. Republican Kansas State Senator Virgil Peck, Jr. spoke from the Senate floor. PECK: “I'm amazed that we're not hearing from more of those who are, if you will, feminists standing up for young ladies.” The bill allows for criminal charges to be brought against biological men who intrude on women’s bathrooms and locker rooms, and holds to the birth gender or biological definition of male and female. 118,000 applications submitted for tax-funded school vouchers Texas parents have submitted 118,000 applications since Texas Freedom Education Accounts opened up on February 4th. ([email protected]) By Adam McManus Utah teacher forces student to wash off Ash Wednesday cross A Utah elementary school faced backlash after a teacher told a Catholic student to remove an Ash Wednesday cross from his forehead, a symbol marking the beginning of Lent, reports WHSV TV. Fourth-grader William McLeod had attended church on Ash Wednesday and arrived at Valley View Elementary School in Bountiful, Utah wearing a traditional ash cross. He said classmates initially questioned him about it, unaware that the ash cross marked the beginning of Jesus’ 40 days in the wilderness before the beginning of His three-year ministry. The boy recalled his teacher asking, “What is that?” He replied, “It’s Ash Wednesday. It’s the first day of Lent.” She said, “No, it’s inappropriate. Go take it off.” In front of his peers, she gave the child a wipe and told him to clean his forehead. McLeod said, “I felt really bad.” His grandmother said he was embarrassed and upset, saying he later went to see the school psychologist “crying.” The Davis School District issued a formal apology, saying the teacher’s actions were unacceptable. A spokesman said, “No student should ever be asked or required to remove an ash cross from his or her forehead.” The teacher later apologized. Supreme Court ruled 6-3 against Trump tariffs On Friday, the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 against President Donald Trump’s sweeping global tariffs, striking down a central part of his economic agenda, reports The Western Journal. TRUMP: “The Supreme Court's ruling on tariffs is deeply disappointing. I'm ashamed of certain members of the court, absolutely ashamed, for not having the courage to do what's right for our country.” The case focused on tariffs President Trump imposed under a 1977 emergency powers law known as the International Emergency Economic Powers Act. He used that law to impose reciprocal tariffs on most countries beginning last year. Chief Justice John Roberts wrote for the majority that the International Emergency Economic Powers Act “does not authorize the President to impose tariffs.” Associate Justice Amy Barrett and Neil Gorsuch sided with Roberts and the court’s three liberals. However, Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, and Brett Kavanaugh dissented, reports the Associated Press. President Trump imposes new tariff using different authority On Truth Social, President Trump wrote, “I would like to thank and congratulate Justices Thomas, Alito, and Kavanaugh for your strength, wisdom, and love of our country, which is right now very proud of you. “When you read the dissenting opinions, there is no way that anyone can argue against them. Foreign Countries that have been ripping us off for years are ecstatic, and dancing in the streets — But they won’t be dancing for long!” Kavanaugh wrote, “The decision might not substantially constrain a President's ability to order tariffs going forward. That is because numerous other federal statutes authorize the President to impose tariffs and might justify most (if not all) of the tariffs issued in this case. ... Those statutes include, for example, the Trade Expansion Act of 1962 (Section 232); the Trade Act of 1974 (Sections 122, 201, and 301); and the Tariff Act of 1930 (Section 338).” TRUMP: “Other alternatives will now be used to replace the ones that the court incorrectly rejected. Great alternatives. Could be more money. We'll take in more money.” Inspired by Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s dissent, President Trump imposed a new 10% global tariff the same day of the Supreme Court decision last Friday, using Section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974, reports NewsNation. Tony Gonzales had affair with aide who set herself on fire U.S. Republican Congressman Tony Gonzales of Texas engaged in a romantic relationship with an aide who died last year by setting herself on fire outside her Uvalde home, according to a text message and people close to the aide and her family, reports the San Antonio Express-News. Both she and Gonzales were married to other people at the time of the alleged affair. A former staffer in Gonzales' district office, who worked closely with the aide, Regina Ann Santos-Aviles, said she told him they had an affair in 2024, and that she spiraled into a depression after her husband discovered the relationship and Gonzales abruptly ended their affair. About 200 troops are expected to be deployed in the coming weeks. Nigeria has witnessed an uptick in religious-based violence in the central and north by the Islamic Boko Haram terrorist group against Christians. The U.S. soldiers were sent to Bauchi State located in northeastern Nigeria at the invitation of the Nigerian government. British police arrested Prince Andrew Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, the man formerly known as Prince Andrew before his royal title was stripped from him, was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in a public office at around 8:00am on his 66th birthday yesterday, reports The U.S. Sun. Andrew allegedly shared sensitive information with his pedophile pal Jeffrey Epstein while serving as the United Kingdom’s trade envoy. An email to Epstein on November 30, 2010, sent by Andrew’s “Special Adviser” Amit Patel, contained four documents reporting on what had been discussed on his trip. Cops also confirmed at the time that they were separately probing allegations that a woman was trafficked to the UK by Epstein to have a sexual encounter with Prince Andrew. Officials arrested, charged, and convicted Stephen Green for holding a sign with a Bible verse near an abortion mill in 2023. The verse was Psalm 139:13 which says, “For You formed my inward parts; You knitted me together in my mother's womb.” Green stated, “As a Christian, I should be able to preach freely all over the land. Psalm 139 is about how we all belong to God from conception. Buffer zones and this conviction [are] a direct attack on the Bible and free speech.” Elon Musk endorsed new conservative political party in England Billionaire Elon Musk endorsed a new conservative political party in Britain last week. On Friday, Member of Parliament Rupert Lowe launched the Restore Britain Party. Musk shared the launch video on X which has received nearly 40 million views. The party is devoted to ending mass immigration and the creeping Islamification of Britain. Rupert Lowe also stated the party will openly recognize the country’s Christian heritage. Listen. However, the Church of England’s rules already allow blessing prayers within regular Sunday services for such couples. The Islamic Republic’s security forces brutally cracked down on demonstrators, including Christians. Believers already face persecution for participating in activities like prayer gatherings, baptisms, and Bible distribution. In December, five Christians received prison sentences totaling 50 years for such activities. Iran is ranked 10th on the Open Doors’ World Watch List of the most oppressive countries to be a Christian. Nuclear deal between America and Iran Speaking of Iran, the country sent representatives to meet with U.S. officials in Geneva, Switzerland yesterday. The two countries agreed to “guiding principles” for a potential nuclear deal. At the same time, the U.S. is conducting a military build-up in the region. U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has said that striking a deal with Iran is difficult because of its commitment to radical Islam. Secretary Rubio urged Europe to embrace Christian heritage Secretary Rubio addressed the Munich Security Conference in Germany on Saturday. He criticized Europe for embracing globalism, open borders, massive welfare states, and climate activism. Rubio said, “We in America have no interest in being polite and orderly caretakers of the West’s managed decline.” Instead, he called for European countries to partner with the United States on the basis of their common heritage—Christianity. Immigration enforcement officers are in the process of leaving the state after having made over 4,000 arrests since December. Homan noted that officers also recovered over 3,000 missing children. HOMAN: “I.C.E. is a legitimate federal law enforcement agency. We're not out scouring the streets to disappear people or deny people their civil rights or due process. In addition to taking public safety threats off the street, I.C.E., here in this state, have located 3,364 missing, unaccompanied alien children -- children the last administration lost and weren't even looking for.” Planned Parenthood closes Florida abortion mill\ Planned Parenthood announced Monday it will close one of its abortion mills in Florida. The Lakeland, Florida killing center will fully close next month. This ends 50 years of the abortion giant’s presence in the area. Planned Parenthood locations have fallen from 567 in 2021 to 488 last month. However, Katherine Van Dyke with American Life League warned, “By shedding this ‘dead weight,’ they’re not retreating. They’re regrouping to push the abortion pill regimen through virtual channels, streamlining abortion on demand.” 348th anniversary of Pilgrim’s Progress And finally, this week is the 348th anniversary of the publication of John Bunyan’s Pilgrim’s Progress. His first volume of the book was announced on February 18, 1678. Bunyan began the work from prison. He was sentenced for holding unsanctioned religious services. Despite suffering for his faith, he produced a Christian classic that would influence the church for centuries. The 19th century English preacher Charles Spurgeon, who read Pilgrim’s Progress 100 times, said of Bunyan, “Read anything of his, and you will see that it is almost like reading the Bible itself. According to the Catholic Diocese of Wukari, over 100 people have been killed and thousands more wounded in that same time frame. U.S. funds United Nations, Dept of Ed, and Nat’l Institutes of Health The Trump administration is still funding the United Nations. President Donald Trump approved another $3 billion dollars to the international organization in early February, according to Reuters. The U.S. has averaged $2.5 billion dollars of funding each year for the United Nations, over the last twenty years. America joined the United Nations back in 1945, and is its largest donor. And, despite vowing to close down the U.S. Department of Education during his campaign, the president has signed a government funding bill that will jack up the Education Department budget 2025 levels by $217 million for a total of $79 billion. That’s $12 billion more than the administration’s original request. Plus, the National Institutes of Health gets another increase of $415 million over Fiscal Year 2025. In total, $48.7 billion of taxpayer money will keep this bureaucracy alive and flourishing. Republican states take action to cut property taxes Several Republican-majority states are working to reduce and eliminate property taxes for citizens. North Dakota, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, and Texas have made progress. Plus, Tennesseans will consider a ballot measure this November to eliminate the property tax. Several states are also working to trim or fully end state income taxes, with nine states having zero income tax in 2026. One-third of young women call themselves homosexual or transgender The Gallup polling organization released new numbers on Americans identifying with a list of sexual perversions. Now, 9% of U.S. adults call themselves sexually perverted, up from 7% in 2023, and 3.5% in 2012. The increase has occurred with the younger generation primarily. Now, almost a quarter of 20-somethings and roughly one-third of young women call themselves homosexual or transgender. Also, 10% of the 30 to 49-year-olds claim these perverse identities. Transgender murderers kill at 10 times rate of general population As The Worldview reported on February 12, the mass murderer held responsible for perpetrating Canada’s worst school shooting in recent history was a man pretending to be a woman, reports LifeSiteNews.com. Jesse Van Rootselaar killed his mother and seven others, and wounded 27, before killing himself in the massacre in a remote town in British Columbia. Another man pretending to be a woman, Robert Westman, was the perpetrator at the Annunciation Catholic School shooting last August. At least five other mass-casualty shootings are attributed to men and women attempting to change their gender. That includes the Aberdeen, Maryland Rite Aid shooting, the STEM School killings in Denver, Colorado, the Club Q massacre in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and the Covenant School massacre in Nashville, Tennessee. Also, the Iowa Perry High School perpetrator appeared to be pushing the transgender agenda. A recent study from National Review found that transgender suspects participate in mass shootings at a rate of 10 times that of the rest of the population. Alabama’s Governor signs Child Predator Death Penalty Act Alabama Republican Governor Kay Ivey signed the Child Predator Death Penalty Act into law late last week, reports WVTM13. This law assigns the death penalty to crimes of first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy, and first-degree sexual assault of victims under age 12. Biblical law assigns a serious penalty to those who kidnap or seize people against their will. Exodus 21:16 says, “Now one who kidnaps someone, whether he sells him or he is found in his possession, shall certainly be put to death.” Kansas governor vetoes law to keep boys out of girls spaces Kansas Democratic Governor Laura Kelly vetoed a bill passed by the Kansas legislature that would have kept biological males out of women's bathrooms. The bill would have prosecuted any men, pretending to be women, who trespass in women’s spaces, on repeated offenses. Hopefully, the state legislature will override the veto, given that the Republican Party holds a two-thirds majority in both houses. So far, 20 states have passed laws that ban men from invading women's spaces. On February 10th, suspected Fulani Muslim militants killed more than 100 people in the Southern Taraba State, and injured thousands more, reports International Christian Concern. Armed attackers arrived in the early morning hours, when residents were asleep, unleashing gunfire and setting homes, churches, and harvested crops ablaze. And on February 3rd, Muslims killed over two hundred people in remote villages in Kwara, Katsina and Benue States, reports Christian Solidarity Worldwide. Many of the victims were found with their hands bound behind their backs and their throats cut. The dead included women and children. Judd Saul, Founder of Equipping the Persecuted, wrote, “Entire villages in the Middle Belt have been attacked. Pastors targeted. Families burned out of their homes. Survivors are now fleeing with nothing — grieving, wounded, and traumatized.” He added, “While the killing continues, something significant is finally happening in Washington, DC. He will face an investigation following a recent lawsuit from a former member who claims he sexually abused her for 20 years, beginning when she was 16, reports The Christian Post. Loy’s church was ranked as the third-largest Assemblies of God congregation in the United States, with more than 16,500 members in 2017. It also helped to plant more than 1,350 churches in 63 nations. The claims of abuse are detailed in a civil lawsuit filed by 45-year-old Suzanne Lander in the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas, on January 26. The lawsuit claims, “Defendant Loy exploited his position as a trusted spiritual leader to systematically groom, manipulate, and sexually abuse a vulnerable sixteen-year-old girl who had survived years of parental sexual abuse and trafficking, [He] used religious teachings and scripture to convince Plaintiff that God wanted her to submit to his sexual demands, telling her repeatedly that performing sexual acts pleased God and made her better in God’s eyes.” Lander alleges that “only months” after she began attending the church as a teenager in 1996, Loy, who was then serving as executive pastor, “initiated sexual abuse.” Lander alleged that Loy told her that God wanted her to please him sexually and shockingly used Scriptures like Hebrews 13:17 to get her to comply. It says, “Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they are keeping watch over your souls, as those who will have to give an account. Let them do this with joy and not with groaning, for that would be of no advantage to you.” The lawsuit alleges that Loy's abuse of Lander spanned from 1996 to 2016, including while she was married. Matthew 18:6 says, “If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in Me—to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.” Pastor Loy, age 59, denies all the allegations, reports HelpingSurvivors.org. And the church reported that the investigation found no evidence to substantiate the allegations. Church leaders further emphasized that both Pastor Loy and the board “vehemently deny these claims” and are preparing to defend themselves in court. Brownback explained that China is the main driver of assistance to religious persecutors throughout the world. He said, “This alliance of communist, authoritarian, [and] totalitarian regimes will literally stop at nothing to control people of faith. China is the puppet master behind all of it.” According to Bob Fu of China Aid, “The Chinese Communist Party has a powerful civilian surveillance system with hundreds of millions of face-recognition cameras. They are all over China, including all four walls of the church building and pulpits and every corner of the street.” Known as “digital authoritarianism,” China is sharing its technological surveillance programs with nations, including Iran, Russia, and Saudi Arabia, that are known for abuses of religious freedom. Psalm 23:4 says, “Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for You [God] are with me; Your rod and staff, they comfort me.” Hawley demands congressional oversight of abortion pill after FDA’s safety failure Republican Senator Josh Hawley of Missouri is calling for a crackdown on the abortion kill pill, Mifepristone, saying it’s time for Congress to increase oversight of the drug and reinstate what he describes as basic safety guardrails, reports Fox News. He said, "Abortions are going up every single year. What's driving that is Mifepristone. It's the chemical abortion drug that is getting mailed into every state in the country. It doesn't matter what the state laws are. It doesn't matter if your state restricts abortion, bans abortion, or bans Mifepristone. It doesn't matter. It's getting mailed into every single state without a doctor visit, many times, without even a doctor's prescription. No follow-up. It's unbelievable!" Chemical abortions now account for 63% of all U.S. abortions. Fourteen of these countries are on the Open Doors’ World Watch List of the most oppressive places to be a Christian. Those countries include Eritrea, Nigeria, Pakistan, Iran, India, and China. Open Doors has a message for Christian viewers of the Olympics. Ephesians 6:18 says, “Pray at all times in the Spirit with every prayer and request, and stay alert with all perseverance and intercession for all the saints.” Canadian gunman killed 10 people at school Tragically, a transgender shooter opened fire at a Canadian school on Tuesday, reports LifeSiteNews.com. Jesse Strang, a 17-year-old male pretending to be a female while wearing a dress, reportedly killed 10 people including himself. He also injured 25 people. It’s Canada’s deadliest school shooting in decades. The shooting took place at Tumbler Ridge Secondary School in northeastern British Columbia which has fewer than 200 students enrolled in Grades 7 through 12. Chris Elston, a Canadian pro-family activist, said, “He was a young man who needed serious help for his mental health. Instead, his delusion was affirmed, and the result is murdered innocent children.” Later, Elston added, “Someone needed to tell this kid the truth and help him to be happy as a man, but it’s illegal to do so. It’s a criminal offense of conversion therapy. So, he never got help and he got worse. Murdered children paid the price for our politicians’ stupidity and cowardice. YouVersion Bible engagement up dramatically in Latin America Online Bible platforms are seeing unprecedented engagement in Latin America so far this year. This trend marks a year since the YouVersion Bible platform established a regional office in Mexico City. On January 1, nearly two million people subscribed to Bible reading plans. And the app saw over 22.2 million active users on the first Sunday of the year. This marks a 20% growth from last year. Countries with record levels of engagement include Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and El Salvador. Only 31% o Protestants read Bible daily In the United States, new analysis from Lifeway Research found most Protestant churchgoers don’t read the Bible on a daily basis. Seventeen percent of churchgoers read the Bible at least monthly. Fourteen percent read weekly. Thirty percent read a few times a week. And only 31% read the Bible daily. However, the percentage of churchgoers who read the Bible daily or at least a few times a week is now 61%. That’s up from 36% in 2007. The FDA is supposed to be conducting a safety review of mifepristone, one of the drugs used in chemical abortions. Republicans are accusing the agency of dragging its feet on the study. And that's because of this chemical abortion.” U.S. homicides down 20% The Major Cities Chiefs Association released its latest report on violent crime in the U.S. The report collects data from 67 of America’s biggest police departments. Compared to 2024, reported homicides were down nearly 20% last year. And reported violent crimes are falling after a surge of reports during the COVID-era shutdowns. 130,000 new American jobs The United States added 130,000 jobs in January, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Karmella Borashan of the Assyrian International Council addressed the International Religious Freedom Summit in Washington, D.C. last week. She warned, “Christianity is fading from the Middle East and [Christians] are placed in the mercy of the perpetrators. Once we had 1.5 million Christians; now we have only less than 300,000 left.” Assyrian Christians, in particular, face persecution from Muslim Jihadists in Syria and Iraq. Hebrews 13:3 says, “Remember the prisoners as if chained with them—those who are mistreated—since you yourselves are in the body also.” U.S. and Hungary partner to advance religious freedom Speaking of the Middle East, the United States and Hungary signed an agreement last week to advance religious freedom in the region. The U.S. Department of State noted, “Christians are the most persecuted religious group worldwide, yet atrocities and attacks against them too often go unaddressed. Such persecution presents a threat to American security and undermines the values upon which our nation was built.” Hungary has already been supporting suffering believers for years through its office of Aid for Persecuted Christians. The new agreement is focused on aiding the church in sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East. More Gen Zers attending church in New Zealand Baptist churches in New Zealand are seeing increased interest from young people. Gen Z has reportedly been leading a rise in church attendance in the West, known as the “quiet revival.” The 2025 Annual Report for the Baptist Churches of New Zealand noted similar findings for its young people. Youth attendance in these churches increased 24% between 2022 and 2024. And people under the age of 25 accounted for nearly 60% of baptisms reported. Trump tosses Obama’s global warming policy In the United States, the Trump administration is expected to repeal an Obama-era climate change policy this week. The policy is known as the Endangerment Finding. It claimed that greenhouse gases, like carbon dioxide, are a danger to public health. The finding has been the legal basis for regulating greenhouse gas emissions. The Environmental Protection Agency plans to rescind the rule, making it “the largest act of deregulation in the history of the United States.” Is social media addictive to kids? Major social media companies are facing landmark trials this year for how their platforms affect children. A case against Google-owned YouTube and Meta-owned Instagram begins this week. The companies face accusations that their platforms were designed to be addictive for kids. The platforms TikTok and Snap were initially named in the lawsuit, but settled for undisclosed amounts. Floridian Christian defended for objecting to pro-abort COVID shot Liberty Counsel recently filed an appeal on behalf of a Christian who lost his job for not getting the COVID-19 shot, reports LifeSiteNews.com. Christian Marin worked for Nemours Children’s Hospital in Florida. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he refused to get the shot due to his pro-life beliefs. The hospital fired him in 2021. And the Florida Commission on Human Relations sided with the hospital in 2023. Liberty Counsel Founder and Chairman Mat Staver said, “Nemours [Hospital] violated Marin’s religious protections and should be held accountable.” RFK partners with Christian recovery programs for addicts & homeless The Trump administration is welcoming faith-based organizations to participate in a new recovery program for drug addiction and homelessness. U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. made the announcement last week at Prevention Day. Lai is a British Citizen and an adherent of the Catholic Church. World journalists are marking the case as a worldwide setback for freedom of speech and freedom of the press. The United Kingdom home office has responded to the news. The Hong Kong Free Press reports that “British national status holders will be able to immigrate into the U.K. with their children. The office estimates that 26,000 people will arrive in the U.K. over the next five years.” Thousands of Tanzanians murdered Political upheaval, tyranny, and blood in the streets is the order of the day in Tanzania over the last few months. Some reports have revealed the government of President Samia Suluhu Hassan killed thousands of Tanzanians. Hassan is a Muslim who was re-elected in a landslide victory last October, marred by accusations of massive fraud. That’s when the African country was plunged into chaos and rioting. The bloodshed and terror has gone on for months, reports The Washington Stand. In an effort to conceal the atrocities taking place there, the government has reportedly shut down the internet. Tanzania is at least nominally Christian with a 57 percent Christian population and a 37 percent Muslim population, as the Muslim creep hits south Saharan Africa. Christian martyrdom grows with Muslim population in Nigeria Islamic influence is growing in Nigeria as well — a nation where 56 percent of the population is Muslim and 43 percent is Christian. This has resulted in the martyrdom of 50,000 Christians and the displacement of millions of Christians from their homeland. Pray for our Christian brothers and sisters and the people of Tanzania, Nigeria, and Uganda. Civilian killings continue in Nigeria Last Tuesday, almost 200 Nigerians were killed by gunmen in the communities of Woro and Katsina, reports the International Center for Transitional Justice. Woro is located in the western Nigerian state of Kwara, while Katsina is in the northern region of the country. Psalm 35:1 says, “Plead my cause, O LORD, with them that strive with me: fight against them that fight against me.” War Department will no longer work with Harvard War Secretary Pete Hegseth announced that the War Department will no longer send military officers to Harvard. He slammed the university for what he called its support of terrorism and the Chinese Communist Party. Hegseth said, “Too many of our officers came back looking too much like Harvard — heads full of globalist and radical ideologies that do not improve our fighting ranks.” The War Department is set to re-evaluate all Ivy League school partnerships. Virginia Democrats unveil gerrymandered congressional map Democrat lawmakers in Virginia put forward a new congressional map heading into the midterm elections this November. The Old Dominion state map heavily favors Democrats, giving them four extra seats, while the Republicans would lose four seats. This comes after the Supreme Court ruled that the new congressional map for California was valid, giving Democrats five additional seats. Virginia Democrats swept the last election, winning races for Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Attorney General. All told, gerrymandering in Virginia, California, and a few other states should yield the Democrats an additional 5 to 9 seats in Congress in 2026. And gerrymandering in Texas, North Carolina, and Missouri could yield the Republicans an additional 6 to 10 seats in the upcoming election. Connecticut works to expand abortion access Connecticut is launching a billboard campaign to promote abortion and death, reports LifeSiteNews. The campaign, sponsored by the Reproductive Equity Now Foundation, is advertising the state’s commitment to make the killing of unborn children more accessible. Billboards will announce a state-provided pro-abortion hotline. Connecticut Democrat Attorney General William Tong talked about his state’s culture of death. The move marks the first publicly acknowledged presence of American forces on the ground following U.S. airstrikes in Nigeria on Christmas Day, reports The Christian Post. A senior U.S. military commander told Reuters the deployment was carried out in agreement with the Nigerian government. Nigerian Defense Minister Christopher Musa confirmed that U.S. personnel were active in the country. ([email protected]) By Adam McManus 21 of 22 churches destroyed in Christian town in Myanmar since coup On January 30, the Burma Research Institute released a scathing report detailing destructive attacks, murders, and harassment of Christians and churches since the military coup in 2021 that forcefully took control of Myanmar, reports International Christian Concern. Some of the key findings include: 21 out of 22 churches in Thantlang Town, a majority-Christian town, have been destroyed and the town’s population displaced since 2021. More than 340 churches and Christian buildings have been destroyed. 149 Christians murdered and 218 imprisoned from 2022 to 2025. One unnamed church leader, who is still living inside Myanmar, testified powerfully that the faithful are now scattered across jungles, remote areas, and informal shelters, struggling to preserve their faith and communal life under constant threat and insecurity. Pastor in India forced to eat cow dung After accusing a pastor in Odisha, India of forcefully converting Hindus to Christianity, a group of Hindu nationalists forced him to eat cow dung and drink sewer water, reports International Christian Concern. The incident occurred on January 4th, but only became widely known in recent days, prompting nationwide outrage and criticism. A mob of 40 people, reportedly affiliated with the Bajrang Dal — the militant wing of the Hindu nationalist Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh — stormed a home during a prayer meeting in Parjang village, and accused the pastor of conducting “forced religious conversions.” Pastor Bipin Bihari Naik was dragged from the house and beaten with sticks. His face was smeared with red vermilion. Sandals were hung around his neck. He was then paraded through the village for nearly two hours. Pastor Naik was eventually taken to a local Hindu temple, where his hands were tied to a metal rod, and he was forced to consume cow dung and drink water from a sewer. They also tried to force the pastor to chant Hindu slogans, but he refused to do so. In a statement on X, Pinarayi Vijayan, the chief minister of Kerala, wrote, “Forcing a human being to eat cow dung is a deeply inhuman act, emboldened by the silence and complicity of BJP-led governments.” Landslide in Congo kills 200 miners A landslide last week collapsed several tunnels at a major coltan mine in eastern Congo, leaving at least 200 people dead in the rebel-controlled site, reports the Associated Press. The collapse occurred Wednesday at the Rubaya mines, controlled by the Rwanda-backed M23 rebels, after heavy rains caused several hand-dug tunnels in the unregulated mine to cave. The M23 rebels and the Congolese government traded accusations over responsibility as reports from the remote region began to emerge. The collapse is one of the deadliest disasters in years in an area already facing a humanitarian crisis and ongoing conflict. ([email protected]) By Jonathan Clark Sam Brownback: “Dictators fear religious freedom more than nuclear weapons” The International Religious Freedom Summit held its six annual meeting this week in Washington, D.C. Organizers reported nearly 80% of people around the world live in countries with high levels of restrictions on religion. The meeting identified China, Iran, Russia, Nigeria, and India as some of the worst countries for religious freedom. Sam Brownback, co-chair of the summit, said, “Ours is truly a global movement feared by dictators around the world because we represent the heart of freedom. They actually fear religious freedom more than they do aircraft carriers or even nuclear weapons.” In John 8:31-32, Jesus said, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” Finnish authorities continue to harass Christian Parliamentarian Attacks on religious freedom are rising in Europe as well. A prominent example is Finnish Parliamentarian Päivi Räsänen. She has faced trial three times for sharing her Christian beliefs online. Her case is now before Finland’s top court. Räsänen testified before the U.S. House Judiciary Committee yesterday in a hearing on Europe’s threat to American speech. Concerning her case, she has warned, “If I would lose, it would mean … starting a time of persecution of Christians in Finland and also in Europe.” Listen to her comments at the hearing. RÄSÄNEN: “I have been supported by my faith and thousands of expressions of support I have received from around the world, including many from the U.S. Congress. “I remain hopeful. I trust that freedom of expression can still be upheld. It is too important to lose.” Will Europe ban social media for minors? European countries are considering measures to ban social media use for minors. France’s National Assembly passed a bill last week that prohibits children under 15 from using social media. The bill heads to the French Senate. President Emmanuel Macron supports the measure. Similarly, Spain and Greece recently announced plans to ban social media use by teenagers there. This comes after Australia became the first country in the world to enforce such a ban last December. Trump signed $1.2 trillion funding bill In the United States, President Donald Trump signed a $1.2 trillion funding bill on Tuesday. This ends the partial government shutdown that began on Saturday. The bill did not including long-term funding for the Department of Homeland Security which includes U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Democrats are demanding changes to the agency before approving more funding. 700 of 3,000 ICE officers leave Minnesota Speaking of ICE, White House Border Czar Tom Homan announced a drawdown of immigration enforcement officers in Minnesota yesterday. About 700 of the roughly 3,000 officers in the state are leaving. Homan’s goal is a complete drawdown which depends on cooperation from local officials. He said, “We currently have an unprecedented number of counties communicating with us now and allowing ICE to take custody of illegal aliens before they hit the streets.” Washington Hospital ends transgender mutilations The News Tribune reports a hospital in Washington State is ending its mutilating transgender surgeries. MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital in Tacoma cited loss of funding under the Trump administration for the closure. The nation’s leader denied that Jesus is Christ, describing Him instead as a “man of light, of truth and a revolutionary.” This public attack on Biblical truth comes as Christians continue to face persecution and physical attacks in the country. Criminal organizations have killed at least 10 pastors in Colombia over the last year. Sadly, the government provides little protection for church leaders. Psalm 2:11-12 warns rulers, “Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, and you perish in the way, when His wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all those who put their trust in Him.” U.S. forces shoot down Iranian drone over Arabian Sea A U.S. fighter jet shot down an Iranian drone as it approached a U.S. aircraft carrier in the Arabian Sea on February 3rd, the U.S. Central Command has announced, reports The Epoch Times. The incident comes at a moment of heightened tensions between Washington and Tehran. President Donald Trump recently ordered naval forces to the Middle East and has threatened military strikes on Iran if it does not agree to new limits on its nuclear development. The U.S. Central Command, which oversees U.S. military operations in the Middle East, said the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln was operating about 500 miles from Iran’s southern coast on Tuesday, when U.S. forces spotted what they identified as an Iranian Shahed-139 drone. When the Iranian drone “unnecessarily maneuvered toward” the aircraft carrier, the U.S. Central Command said U.S. forces issued de-escalatory instructions, but the drone continued on its path toward the aircraft carrier. That’s when an F-35C Lighting II stealth fighter jet, assigned to the aircraft carrier, intervened and shot down the drone. Thankfully, no American service members were harmed during the incident, and no U.S. equipment was damaged. Conservative candidate wins presidency of Costa Rica Meanwhile in Central America, conservative candidate Laura Fernández Delgado won Costa Rica’s presidential election on Sunday. She gave thanks to God following the election victory. Life News reports that Fernández emphasized moral values and the protection of unborn babies during her campaign. She stated, “Defending the lives of Costa Ricans who have not yet been born is an obligation of the State. Abortion is nothing more than murder and, therefore, penalties must be toughened.” Christian groups looking to overturn homosexual marriage In the United States, a coalition of conservative groups launched a campaign last month to overturn Obergefell. The infamous Supreme Court ruling from 2015 legalized faux homosexual marriage. The campaign, known as the Greater Than movement, calls for protecting children from being put in the middle of such unbiblical relations. The doctors supported and performed a double mastectomy on a 16-year-old girl who claimed to be a boy. Fox Varian is 22 now and no longer pretends to be a boy. She was awarded two million dollars in the case. Varian is the first de-transitioner to win such a malpractice lawsuit. Nearly 30 more de-transitioner lawsuits are in process across America. Trump stands with pharmacies for not carrying Abortion Kill Pills The Trump administration is protecting pharmacies from having to carry abortion kill pills. Under the Biden administration, the Department of Health and Human Services required pharmacies serving Medicare or Medicaid patients to carry abortion drugs. The department rescinded that mandate last week. This is part of the government’s policy to “end the forced use of Federal taxpayer dollars to fund or promote elective abortion.” Red states are growing and blue states are shrinking The U.S. Census Bureau released its latest Population and Housing Unit Estimates last week. So far, there are no records of Nigerian military entering the massive network of these torture camps. Epstein file release leads to resignation of British homosexual politician Over the weekend, disgraced British politician Peter Mandelson resigned his position in the Labour Party after more revelations came out of his involvement with Jeffrey Epstein and alleged violations of the Seventh Commandment with girls, reports the BBC. Mandelson was also a well-known homosexual, who faux married a man, violating God’s laws relating to improper relations with men. ([email protected]) By Adam McManus Federal judge upholds right of 4,000 Myanmar immigrants to stay A federal judge has ordered a temporary halt to the U.S. government’s plan to terminate Temporary Protected Status for nationals of Myanmar living in the United States. That’s a shift from the Trump administration’s recent assessment that conditions in Myanmar have improved, reports International Christian Concern. The ruling interrupts a move that had signaled U.S. support for the junta’s upcoming elections and marks a departure from the administration’s controversial policy to end Temporary Protected Status for Burmese nationals. On January 23, U.S. District Judge Matthew Kennelly in Chicago ruled that Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem’s decision to end Temporary Protected Status for Myanmar migrants lacked a legitimate basis and therefore cannot take effect while a legal challenge proceeds. The judge blocked the Trump administration from ending protections for roughly 4,000 Myanmar nationals and scheduled a hearing on February 6 on the merits of the case. In his written opinion, Judge Kennelly concluded that there was no genuine review of the conditions in Myanmar that underpin the decision and that the termination appeared more likely motivated by the administration’s broader objective of curbing immigration and eliminating Temporary Protected Status generally, rather than by any evidence that conditions back home have materially improved. According to Open Doors, Myanmar, formerly known as Burma, is the 14th most oppressive country worldwide for Christians. DOJ released 3 million pages, 180,000 images, 2,000 videos of Epstein files The Department of Justice announced the release of millions of new pages from the files of the late sexual predator and human trafficker Jeffrey Epstein on Friday, reports The Blaze. In a press conference, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche explained the details. BLANCHE: “Today, we are producing more than 3 million pages, including more than 2,000 videos and 180,000 images. Just a quick note about the videos and images. “The 2,000 videos and 180,000 images are not all videos and images taken by Mr. Epstein or someone around him. They include large quantities of commercial p*rnography and images that were seized from Epstein's devices, but which he did not take, or that someone around him did not take. We're releasing more than 3 million pages today, and not the 6 million pages that we collected. “I want to address what we didn't produce. The categories of documents withheld include those permitted under the Act to be withheld, files that contain personally identified information of victims or victims' personal and medical files and similar files, the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy. Any depiction of child p*rnography was obviously excluded. Anything that would jeopardize an active federal investigation. And finally, anything that depicts or contain images of death, physical abuse or injury also was not produced. “To protect victims, we redacted every woman depicted in any image or video, with the exception of Ms. [Ghislaine] Maxwell. Dept. of Justice arrested former CNN anchor Don Lemon Former CNN anchor Don Lemon was arrested by federal authorities and charged with federal civil rights crimes in connection with a protest at a Minnesota church service last month, reports NBC News. Demonstrators gathered at the service because one of its pastors, David Easterwood, allegedly works for Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The protesters said Easterwood is the acting director of an ICE field office in St. Paul. In a Friday post on X, Attorney General Pam Bondi said Lemon, age 59, and three others — Trahern Crews, Georgia Fort and Jamael Lundy — were arrested "in connection with the coordinated attack on Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota."
