Rome Resources is continuing with its extensive exploration programme in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, where it has already discovered substantial tin mineralisation on its Bisie North project. The company is operating just eight kilometres away from Alphamin, which is one of the world's major tin producers and which has just attractive a significant investment from the Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund. In addition, Rome Resources recently announced the identification of a new mineralised zone at Mont Agoma.

Wogen is one of the major players in specialty metals trading, a niche mining area that often seems opaque to the more general investor. Here, Cailey takes us under the hood, and tells us where he sees opportunity in the specialty metals space. The conversation then broadens out into the state of the broader mining sector, and specifically gold.

KEFI's in-country position inside Ethiopia looks increasingly secure as major banks, joint venture partners and government entities have all pledged support and then delivered. The company now has major institutions on its share register and looks set fair to begin construction of the Tulu Kapi gold mine shortly.
