Reading Proverbs 30 for Saturday, October 24th. A simple prayer for truth, and just enough provision to stay out of trouble with the law, and not so much to lose sight of his provider.

Reading Proverbs 29 for Friday, October 23rd. Don’t give full vent to your anger.

Reading Proverbs 28 for Thursday, October 22nd. Confess your sins, it’s a better plan.

Reading Proverbs 27 for Wednesday, October 21st. Don’t talk so loud when talking to someone early in the morning.

Reading Proverbs 26 for Tuesday, October 20th. Don’t just hire anybody passing by.

Reading Proverbs 25 for Monday, October 19th. Those who overpromote themselves and eating too much honey makes people sick.

Reading Proverbs 23 for Friday, October 16th. “Don’t wear yourself out to get rich.”

Reading Proverbs 22 for Thursday, October 15th. Don’t give up your freedoms willingly.

Reading Proverbs 21 for Wednesday, October 14th. I assume that Solomon had to deal with more than one quarrelsome wive.

Reading Proverbs 20 for Tuesday, October 13th. Dishonest business transactions are a problem.

Reading Proverbs 19 for Monday, October 12th. It may be a waste of time to plan without considering the LORD’s purpose.

Reading Proverbs 17 for Friday, October 9th.  “Even a fool is thought wise if he keeps silent, and discerning if he holds his tongue.” -Proverbs 17:28 NIV

Reading Proverbs 16 for Thursday, October 8th. “Pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall.” -vs.18 

Reading Proverbs 15 for Wednesday, October 7th. “…good news gives health to the bones.” 

Reading Proverbs 14 for Tuesday, October 6th. Envy rots the bones. 

Reading Proverbs 13 for Monday, October 5th. If you want to be wise, try walking with the wise. 

Reading Proverbs 12 for Saturday, October 3rd. He who hates correction is stupid.

Reading 1 Timothy 6 for Wednesday, September 30th. Learn contentment and godliness rather than chasing money. 

Reading 1 Timothy 5 for Tuesday, September 29th. Paul writes a letter to Timothy about how to interact with other believers in the church, how to manage accusations toward leaders, and gives him a tip about his stomach issues.
