In today's show, I share 4 things you can do right now to side-step the narcissist's smear campaign. I know how messy a narcissistic smear campaign can be. I've experienced this directly and indirectly from a narcissistic parent and from a covert malignant female narcissist. The smear campaign is a control tactic and it will reveal who your real friends and supporters are. So, take notes! And remember, the narcissist will act out based on the trauma that they have been through. So, distancing yourself from their toxic behavior can help you to avoid the chaos and drama that's fueled by deeply-rooted issues that are best handled by someone other than yourself.
