Today we explore a few simple habits hikers can incorporate into their daily lives, to support their training, their health and their mental state. Habits can be the difference between seeing small results in your training and having major success. And right now, when the thought of doing any major training might be too much for many people, habits are going to be even more important. Because if you control the small actions in your life, you can greatly aid your training, your health and your mental state. So today we explore a few areas of habits which I hiker can get some serious benefit from. You will learn:
- Why habits are so important right now
- A few simple rules to follow to help you create a habit (and not let it become another failure...)
- How you can learn a lesson from Jerry Seinfeld (my favourite comedian) on making habits stick
- Some great examples of fitness, nutrition, sleep and mindset habits a hiker can incorporate into their lives
