Show Notes

“Anything that you're looking at with a personality, that's just an indication of who you are right now. That does not mean that's who you are.”  –  Jim Adams

In today’s episode, we welcome back, Jim Adams. Jim talks about how businesses should track their progress and measure their success in order to improve. He talks about assessing their business’ gross margins, overhead, and other financial metrics in order to better understand where they are and where they need to be in order to grow. He notes that there are other ways to measure success beyond just gross margins and sales, such as digital conversion rates and headcount, which can provide a more holistic look at a business’ progress.
