Show Notes
“What people want is to be seen, to be heard, to know that they matter, to have someone who's career pathing with them, and someone who sees them.” – Maureen Falvey
In today’s episode, we welcome Maureen Falvey. She is the Lead Coach & Trainer at Strong Training & Coaching. Following a successful 25+ year career in advertising, she is now on a mission to help leaders unleash their potential and become the best version of themselves. She shares that her key attribute at the job was her voice, where she had the courage to go against the grain and speak up in meetings. She advises leaders to be self-aware and understand that they have to have high standards to be able to reach their potential. She shares that as a female leader, we have to decide what “smiling our job” means for us and make sure it aligns with our vision and goals.
