In today’s episode, we welcome back, Danielle Mulvey. Danielle talks about how she developed a system that helps businesses identify and filter out candidates who don’t align with their core values. The 5-Star employee rating system ensures that candidates have the same values as the business owner. This is key to a successful business because employees who share core values will think and act like the business owner. If this alignment does not exist, frustration will set in as differences in values create conflict.
