It is such an honor to interview one of my own clients, Parker, who would like to share her story with you! Parker has suffered from vestibular migraine for over 10 years, but everything came to a head about 1.5 years ago, when she ended up completely debilitated and basically stuck in bed. For someone like Parker, who is a lifelong dancer and now a yoga instructor, this was devastating. Parker tried everything under the sun to get better. Once we started working together, things slowly started getting better. We felt it was very important to share her story with you because there are many of you out there like Parker whose journeys take a long time and are not linear!
