The CEO and co-founder of Kepler Analytics, David Mah, joined the Source by DailyPay to discuss his company's high-tech in-store customer-tracking program that relies on mobile phone signals from shoppers. While no personal information is collected, the tracking gives retailers insight into customer behavior while on-site, and even will make recommendations to store management in near real-time about potential staffing needs, for example.
