Today on the podcast we chat with Washington Spirit's, Sam Staab. Sam played college soccer at Clemson and is currently a defender on the Spirit where she was nominated for NWSL defender of the year. She also has had been awarded Ironwoman for THREE NWSL seasons, which means she has played every minute of every game for the season! We chat with Sam about how she stays game ready all season on and off the field and how she shuts her soccer brain off when she's away from the game.
