We all want to belong, to be part of something that is special, that inspires us to be be better humans collectively. Your business is the daily testing ground for self-improvement. Your culture is either toxic, generic, or intimate. Culture is the DNA that interweaves through every transaction and selfish or selfless action your family (i.e. employees) and you do as the leader.
