Social coherence, as explained by the Institute of HeartMath, demonstrates not only that there is an electromagnetic field generated by the human heart, but that field is a part of our natural environment. Humans are constantly feeding the field and absorbing feelings, emotions, and information from this field (mostly unaware). The study released by HeartMath showed that not only do people interact with this field, but are able to influence the heart coherence of others surrounding them.
