We live in a time where our attention is constantly under attack — from headlines, algorithms, social media, and competing narratives. As our nervous systems absorb wave after wave of crisis and uncertainty, many people are beginning to feel overwhelmed, fragmented, and mentally exhausted. In a previous podcast, I discussed the possibility of Psychic Warfare being waged against many of us. In an earlier episode of Enter the Mindspace, I referred to the work of neuroscientist James Giordano who stated in 2018 that “the mind is the new battlefield.” The battle, it seems, is happening right now. In this discussion, I am sharing what I feel is one our our greatest defenses against the war waged on our minds: Metacognition. The ability to think about our own thoughts. How often do you pay attention to your thoughts? Where do they come from? How do they make you feel? What actions emerge from those thoughts? After a while, you may start to wonder: “Are these thoughts really my own?” You may start to detect narratives and ideas percolating through your mind that were crafted by someone other than you. As intuitives, you may detect subtle signals gently nudging your thoughts in a particular direction. But the more you pay attention to your own mind, the more you can begin to explore big questions like: “Who am I?” You will start to evaluate what is really important to you, and discern your values from the many narratives bombarding our senses at the moment, and this is essential. In this podcast, I share some of my experiences with mental health struggles ranging from ADHD to anxiety and depression along with the impacts of PTSD on my mind and how neurodivergent minds struggle in times like this. I explore the dynamic between mental health and remote viewing and the lessons learned weighed against the potential dangers. And lastly, I offer 6 strategies for staying grounded during these challenging times. If you’re a TruthSeiker, I’m sure you’re sensing the confusion and tension building. It’s a terrifying thought: that life could be designed to produce suffering as fuel. But Loosh may not just represent manipulation — it may also reveal something deeper about us. If it can be generated through us, then we must possess the energetic capacity of creation itself. And that is our forgotten power. The Ark Calibration I Tried to Dismiss — and Why I Couldn’t In this episode, I review a blind remote viewing session that felt more like science fiction than reality: upright pods, technology, and the sense of consciousness being uploaded and then exploited for the amusement of an elite group — and it was awful. Synchronistic Psychic Callings or Hopeful Delusions? When the target was revealed as The Ark of the Covenant, I dismissed it as a miss and resisted all temptation to find ways to justify my data and claim accuracy. My goal is to ensure that my consciousness is calibrated, so even when it is tempting to explore these possibilities, I try to avoid them. So I filed the document and chose not to explore this project any further. However, later that evening, a friend directed me to the Joe Rogan Podcast to listen to a State Representative’s comments on UAPs. To my surprise, during their discussion she not only mentioned and reviewed a CIA Stargate Remote Viewing project targeting The Ark, but shared information that corroborated some of my data! With such a glaring synchronistic calling, I couldn’t resist the urge to reopen this project and explore it further, and found that I may have been onto something big with my session. In this podcast, I explore those points of corroboration. The Emerging Hive Mind This left me wrestling with something I’ve been contemplating more and more lately: Across multiple sessions, I keep encountering the same unsettling pattern: human consciousness merging with technology, evolving into a hive-like mind. (This also happens to be a central theme in my series: The Hive, and coincidentally, I just finished my first draft of the book this week.) This raises some urgent questions: Are these sessions being “tainted” by my imagination and interests? Am I filtering everything through this hive-mind lens? Or is the data pointing to something bigger — that we may actually be on the cusp of a world where AI and human consciousness integrate? If so, what does that mean for our own humanity, identity, and freedom? I’ve come across data from several sources beyond my own session that suggest we may be close to a significant event involving the merging of AI with human consciousness, but urge us to proceed with caution. In an age where AI itself creates echo chambers of belief, how do we protect our minds from influence, manipulation, and false trails? Whether through meditation, grounding, or conscious skepticism, staying tethered to reality is essential — even when the data points to the bizarre or the unbelievable.
