Several states are conducting searches of vehicles for out-of-state visitors. Rhode Island deployed the National Guard and State Police to search homes for New Yorkers to enforce a 14-day quarantine. President Trump signed an executive order allowing veterans and retirees to be recalled into service, while also deploying military units to fight "narco-terrorism."
