Have you ever felt stuck between two choices, not because you don’t have options, but because you’re terrified of making the wrong one?
In this episode, I explore what I call the land of limbo, that exhausting in-between space where your head and heart are pulling you in different directions. Whether it’s a relationship, a job, a move, or a major life decision, limbo can quietly drain your energy while keeping you feeling confused and disconnected.
We’ll look at why indecision is so tiring from a nervous system regulation and law of attraction perspective, how fear hijacks the decision-making process, and how to tell the difference between fear and true discernment. I also share how to tune into your body as an inner compass when your mind won’t switch off.
This episode weaves together manifestation, and mindset coaching, including a simple but powerful way to sense alignment through expansion or contraction in the body. We’ll also explore why fear often shows up after clarity, and why there’s no such thing as a wrong decision, only movement, feedback, and growth.
