This week we sat down with a newbie to the South Wales running community, Liv Law.
Liv left the UK as a swimmer at a young age for life in Vancouver and has now returned a runner!
Although no stranger to the roads, Liv's true love is the trails, so landing in Port Talbot worked out well for her! Ok, it's not quite Canada, but at least she has Francos on her doorstep!
