Don’t let the perfect workout get in the way of a good workout! Sometimes we’re strapped for time, completely lacking motivation, or simply in a funk. At these times, we need to keep the ball rolling rather than skip out on a workout entirely. Exercise can be a powerful stopgap when training isn’t feasible.
