pisode #18 and 18 is my lucky number so this show is going to be naturally amazing! We sit down live with Patrick Sachse who is a phenomenal ultra runner from Pennsylvania. He will tell us all the good stuff.. and some bad about his race that he just completed, The Last Annual Heart of the South. A 300++ mile journey that is sure to have some interesting stories. Patrick also is the Co-RD of a race in its second year, Ironstone 100k in the heart of Pennsylvania. Known for its rugged terrain and slow paces, we want to hear why anyone would want to suffer through it!
