In this week's episode we're joined by Tom Bosworth, a British two-time Olympic race walker who holds three World records including the 1 mile best of 5:31.08.
He has had an amazing career including, six British records, 13 British Championships gold medals and a silver Commonwealth Games medal.
He's now retired at the tender age of 32, so luckily for us he has a bit more time on his hands at the moment to come onto the podcast. Tom shared his very decorated career and what it takes to be an Olympic athlete. We discussed what's next including getting married at the end of October.
