This week are joined by Matt Wood, co-founder of RunThrough UK which is a race events organiser. They started in 2013 and this year will top over 200 events!
You can hear very clearly that Matt wants to create inclusive events for all runners. And that is why he's set up the RunThrough Foundation and hosting the first free race next year on 24th September 2023 in Warrington.
