For us nutrition is a really personal thing and it takes time to find out what is right for you. We believe it's down to how you apply your research and knowledge to your own regime and lifestyle.
We busted some myths such as:
- Carbs are bad
- Eating late at night is not a good thing
- Being leaner makes you faster
- Running fasted will help you to burn more fat
