Our parents tell us stories about what happened during the first 2-3 years of our lives, but what if they're all made up?

Do you have a favorite movie? Mattman does! Nine says it's impossible to have just one favorite movie. Can you have a favorite food? Can you have a favorite anything? We tried to figure out which one of us is weird, but we know it's probably both of us.

Continuing last week's conversation, we talked about hollow Earth, inner Earth, Middle Earth, and wherever Godzilla lives in the new movies.Special guest appearances by Admiral Byrd, the Bermuda Triangle, and inter-dimensional aliens!   

Nine has a story about his family and those are always weird fun! This one features a great grandpa and a great-great uncle going to a tent revival and experiencing something that left them scared for the rest of their lives.  

Mattman owned a company that sold sex toys at one point and we're talking all about it on this week's episode!

Just a casual re-telling of a story about a time we almost died and someone almost got stabbed.

Nine found some research from the University of Georgia and it made for an interesting discussion. You get some good, candidly honest conversation this week! 

Mattman comes clean about a lie he's been telling since 2004, but there was a good reason for it. We've spent a lot of time in Charlotte and Atlanta, so which one do we like more? We also talk about Dolly Parton movies and some of Nine's favorite bad 80s action movies!

It's been 20 years since Jackass: The Movie came out and we finally saw Jackass Forever last week.  We had Steve-O on The Rise Guys back in 2015 and a lot of people haven't heard it, so let's walk down memory lane 

Mattman wonders why we don't do any archaeology in America. Does Nine have answers? Why does the United States own so many golf courses all over the world? How much history has been hidden from us?

Mattman tells a truly unbelievable story from his childhood and discusses the ramifications & fallout from what happened.

Nine doesn't want to be in the metaverse, but he knows exactly how he's going to wind up there. It's how we'll all wind up there, even if we don't think we will!

We went down a few different rabbit holes this week. Everything from The Beach Boys featuring Uncle Jesse from Full House on drums to how cool The Battle of the Network Stars was back in the day!  Eventually, we got to the War on Drugs and it turned out we had a lot to say about that subject.

The Metaverse! What we think about it, what it it looks like in the near future, and some yelling at clouds. Also some In The Heat of the Night talk. The TV show, not the movie. 

More conversation about Mattman aka Chief being a new grandpa. Would anything change Nine's mind about having kids someday, or is it too late now?Somebody is thinking real hard about getting a dog! 

A lot of people always want to know why Mattman is always wearing sunglasses, even indoors or at night. We looked into that, and we told the story about the time we got in a fist fight on TV!

Before we even got started, Nine was MAD! Then the fire alarm made a cameo appearance, and THEN we got to discuss Mattman's really interesting thought about parents making up stuff that happened when we were all too young to remember it anyway. Did Bill Elliott really hold baby Nine back in 1985? No one knows for sure.

Chevy Chase, that is. We discussed the big Twitter debate of Chevy Chase Vs Will Ferrell! Who do we like more? We talked about those two and a slew of other comedy legends!

Were they even sick, or were people just having fun when they all decided to dance in the streets for 2 full months in the summer of 1518?

Nine just bought a big American V8 muscle car last week. This week, they're all officially going away to make way for electric muscle. We have feelings about this, and we talked about the best & worst cars we've ever owned!

Mattman is the king of tongue twisters after this episode. Nine had a wonderful surprise for everyone who listens closely, and we put together our perfect Thanksgiving feast!

Have we reached the point in life where we aren't interested in new technology, or are we just a little more picky about which new things we want to embrace? Maybe it's a little bit of both!

We both seeemed to realize there were waaay more rock concerts 20 years ago than there are now, and it turns out it isn't just us getting old and thinking stuff used to be better! It's actually true! But why?!

How do people waste money? What do people consider a waste of money? Finally, a topic we are experts in!

Nine didn't start out with a goal of watching 100 horror movies in a month, but he thinks he might do it. What has he been watching so far? Will he get to 100 by Halloween?Some classics, some weird stuff, and some movies he can't remember watching 3 days ago.We love us some Halloween around here

After two weeks of going over all 50 states, we finally give you our top & bottom states and there was a major disagreement. Then we talked about Paul Reubens and realized we both really love Pee-Wee Herman. Finally, we realized how much and how little we know about cousins, and what in the hell is a first cousin once removed? 

The exciting conclusion as we go through all 50 states from A-Z! 

Have we visited all 50 states? No! But that won't stop us from ranking and reviewing them.

What's the most southern food?The most southern President?The most southern superhero?We covered all those and a whole lot more!  

Someone asked us about our hobbies outside of work, so we talked about all the stuff we do to occupy all our free time. Are we interesting or are we boring? And we dealt with an existential crisis along the way!

We were lucky enough to have CM Punk live in our studio during the peak of his WWE run back in 2012! It did not go well. We talked about it in more detail than ever!  Then we talked about the staples on every bar menu in America! 

Where do we see ourselves in 20 years? Our worst relationships? Those answers and a whole lot more!

This is a follow-up from an episode from 6 months ago, but now we have some data about which animals Americans and Britons believe they could beat in a fight! From rats to gorillas to grizzly bears! 

We both watched the Woodstock 99 documentary on HBO Max over the weekend and it inspired us to take a look at that show, similar events in our lives, and how much the world around us has changed since the wild ass 90's.

Our best/worst drunk stories! Turns out, we used to raise some hell. And we were occasionally what you might call a drunken mess!

We both grew up loving the Weekly World News and Nine owns a painting of Bat Boy. That's where we jumped in but we wound up wondering if the internet really made us smarter like we all thought it would. 

The stories in this episode are some of our most embarrassing moments. That's really all you need to know. What did Matt's dad see through the window? Maybe you've heard us hint around about the story of Nine and his cat, but this podcast gives you the whole story in way more detail than you ever wanted to know. 

It does happen to be National Fudge Day, but we didn't know that when we had this conversation. For the first time, you get the full story of Nine's incident in a fast food restaurant in Richmond, VA. It's a legendary Rise Guys story, but we could never go into such detail on the regular show. Nine started off this week talking about what it would be like if all the grown ups got a summer vacation just like the kids in school.Mattman and Nine shared a lot of memories of running wild & free all summer as kids. Not the family trip to the beach or the mountains, but the every day nonsense kids got into when there was no school for almost 3 months!

This week, Nine and Mattman started discussing pop culture's affinity for the south and why it changed sometime in the 1960s or 1970s. What happened?! That's just the tip of the iceberg!

Who would win in a fight? Stallone or Schwarzenegger? What about a presidential battle royal? Chuck Norris Vs Jean-Claude Van Damme and Steven Seagal at the same time?! Tom Brady Vs Derek Jeter? Mattman Vs Jeremy Clements?! And more!

What are Bingo Wings? Nine just found out, so he had to tell Mattman. That's sent us down rabbit holes of bingo, video poker, and the human body! Would you rather look like 5lbs in a 10lb bag or would you prefer to look like 10lbs in a 5lb bag?

Like an episode of Seinfeld, we aren't positive what this week's episode is about but it's pretty funny! Mattman wanted to blow Nine's mind with some interesting and little-known facts. How'd it go?

This episode is all about food! Foods we love, foods we hate, and one food that is supposed to be a southern delicacy, but he's never tried it or even seen it served in person. 

We grew up during the height of the War on Drugs and the Just Say No movement, so we're looking back on what that was like and how things have changed since we were kids in the 80's & 90's.  

It's happened before and it did a lot of damage in 1859. If it happened today, it could be catastrophic!
