Ep 1818. Alcohol and Quitting Vaping
Do you find that you have trouble staying away from nicotine when alcohol gets involved? This episode should help. The reason why it is so much more difficult to not vape when you drink is because alcohol inhibits your power to regulate your emotions and cravings. It makes total sense that drinking is a vulerable place for quitters to relapse. If you ever mess up and vape when you said you weren't going to, the best thing you can do is to look at the situation and what occured from a place of genuine curiousity, not judgement. Ep 1717. Who is Vaping Stopping Your From Becoming?
One of the most important thing that comes from learning the emotional work that I teach is that it is incredibly empowering. When you can sit down with any emotion without resisting it, numbing it, or reacting to it (acting it out), you become the kind of person who takes full control over their life experince. Addiction, by its very nature is an emotional problem. The best version of yourself is the one who is willing to feel any emotion. Addicion and your best self cannot co-exist. Ep 1616. Why Willpower Does NOT Work When Quitting Vaping
In today's episode, you will learn what NOT to do. My dad has been a smoker for over 40 years and a quitter for about 39 of them. He has quit smoking a lot over the last 20 years and he always does it by using the willpower method. Quitting smoking/vaping with the willpower method means that you wre fighting with beliefs in your head that create desire to use nicotine, while also pushing up against the craving and emotions that need to be processed in order for them to actually go away. It is an exhausting method that is very ineffctive and almost always temporary. If you've learned a lot and you're ready to apply what I teach in this show, you can ge the quit for good course here!

Ep 1515. Are You Really Sure You Want to Quit Vaping?
Today's episode will get you to the truth about your relationship with nicotine. Sometimes we say we want something but we aren't actually willing enough to put ourselves in the discomfort required for growth. It's good to pause and take an honest and compassionate look about what we say we want vs. what we are actually willing to do to get there. I will also tell you about how my dad quit after 40 years of a (2 pack a day) cigarette addiction and how he did it in a temporary way that will cause him a lot of unnecessary suffering. If you've learned a lot and you're ready to apply what I teach in this show, you can ge the quit for good course here!

Ep 1414. You Don't Need to Vape to Help With Anxiety
In today's episode, you will learn the most important concept I've learned throughout my studies in mental health. It has saved me from SO much suffering and will do the same for you.Life is supposed to be 50/50. That means that half the time, life feels great and the other half the time, it feels uncomfortable. When you truly understand this concept, you stop trying to "fix" negative emotion. Iroincally, when you no longer resist negative emotions in your life, your life becomes a lot more positive. That is the paradox of negative emotion. If you've learned a lot and you're ready to apply what I teach in this show, you can ge the quit for good course here!

Ep 1313. How Vaping Keeps You Stuck
In today's episode, you learn about the nicotine desire trap that keeps you from living the life you want to live. Understand this episode. It will change your whole life. Nicotine messes up our dopamine (happiness) responses in our brains. That means it becomes very difficult to know what we really want in our lives and vaping allows us to tolerate lives we're not happy with because of the stead stream of artifically high dopamine rushes it causes. Ep 1212. When I almost Got Fired for Vaping
When I was vaping, I was at constant war with myself. I knew that it was getting in the way of the life I wanted but I just couldn't bring myself to quit for good. In today's episode, you will hear about one of my most pathetic moments with my addiction. I hope it helps you see how vaping is blocking you from becoming your ideal self. There were many times over my 9 year battle with nicotine addiciton where my ack of control made me feel powerless, weak, and shameful. Looking back, I actually understand why it was so hard for me to quit permanently. I had tried on so many occassions to beat myself into a life free of nicotine. At the time, I never realized that learning to love myself as a vaper was truly the first step to true nicotine liberattion. If you've learned a lot and you're ready to apply what I teach in this show, you can ge the quit for good course here!

Ep 1111. Why I Decided to Quit Vaping For Good
It only takes one big thought shift to make you a permanent non-vaper. (this is called a breakthrough in the self-help/life coaching world).Today, I will tell you the story of when I had my (one of many) big aha that led me to eventually putting down my last vape for good. It really only takes one or two big thought shifts to entirely transform the way we see nicotine in our current lives and futures. If you've learned a lot and you're ready to apply what I teach in this show, you can ge the quit for good course here!

Ep 1010. The Permanent Solution to Quit Vaping
Quitting vaping is easy when you do it right. A lot of us aren't. I created a framework to help people understand how their addcition works so they can finally quit vaping for good. My solution works so well, that it actually helps you remove your desire completely to vape by changing the way you respond to your emotions and by changing your perception of nicotine in your life. Enjoy today's episode. If you've learned a lot and you're ready to apply what I teach in this show, you can ge the quit for good program here!

Ep 99. Numbing Over Your Emotions With Vaping & Nicotine
In this episode, I talk about the most important thing I teach in my career in life coaching: numbing emotion. If you want to live the life you're dreaming about, you need to learn this. When we numb our emotions, we use external things to change how we feel internally. This could include things like nicotine, food, porn, alcohol, shopping, drugs, and sometimes even medication. Understanding this concept is vital when it comes to living a life free of nicotine because everything we do and don't do in our lives is fuelled by how we respond to our emotions. Numbing typically causes negative results in our lives like unwanted weight gain and addiction. If you've learned a lot and you're ready to apply what I teach in this show, you can ge the quit for good course here!

Ep 88. How to Manage Withdrawl Cravings and Urges to Vape
When it comes to quitting, willpower is NOT a good method for success. Most people resist their cravings using willpower but thi is almost always a temporary and uncomfortable solution. The real solution to managing withdrawl cravings is to learn how to allow them without resistence. This is a practice that will serve you greatly. When you no longer need to avoid or resist withdrawl cravings, you can let them process and pass through your body. This typically happens in less than just 60 secronds when practiced regularly. If you've learned a lot and you're ready to apply what I teach in this show, you can ge the quit for good course here!

Ep 77. The "Stress & Concentration" Myths
A lot of people say that vaping helps them concentrate. The nature of addiction is to focus your mind on the external thing that you are addicted to. That means when you don't have that substance or external thing, it becomes almost impossible to focus on anything else. If you believe that vaping and nicotine addiction help you to concentrate and focus, it is because using the substance you're addicted to relieves you enough to not think about it until the cravings quickly return. Addiction does not help you concentrate. It does the complete opposite. If you've learned a lot and you're ready to apply what I teach in this show, you can ge the quit for good course here!

Ep 66. The "I have an Addictive Personality"
The addictive personality myth is a psychological theory based on the idea that a lot of people are addicted to more than one thing and that some people have a proclivity to be addicted to things more than others. The evidence for the addictive personality theory is not strong. And, once you understand the emotional basis of addiction, it becomes clear that this theory doesn't really hold any water. The reaosn why so many people get addicted to more than one thing is because addiction, at its core, is an emotional problem. It is not a personality issue, it is an emotional avoidance issue. If you've learned a lot and you're ready to apply what I teach in this show, you can ge the quit for good course here!

Ep 55. The "Vaping helps With Anxiety" Myth
This is the 3rd (and most common) myth that keeps people vaping. Drug addiction creates anxiety. Using the drug relieves ONLY the anxiety it creates. You wouldn't defend someone who stole something and only gave a fraction of it back. But when you argue for the nicotine anxiety myth, you do exactly that. Drug addiction increases anxiety. That is actually the main characteristic of any addiction: increased anxiety when you don't have the drug. The belief that vaping actually helps reduce anxiety is true to the extent that is solve for the anxiety it has created. In terms of non drug addiction related anxiety, vaping only temporarily distracts your from it without actually solving for or processing it. If you've learned a lot and you're ready to apply what I teach in this show, you can ge the quit for good course here!

Ep 44. The "Quitting Vaping is Hard" Myth
This is part 2 of debunking the myths that keep people vaping. A lot of people are told that quitting nicotine addiciton is very difficult. When it comes down to it, quitting can actually be quit easy if you learn how to manage your emotions without nicotine and change your beleifs surrounding vaping. It isn't my business to tell you not to vape. But, it is my business to help you find your own Truth. It does not serve you to think that quitting is hard. With an open mind, you ca surley find evidence against that thought. If you've learned a lot and you're ready to apply what I teach in this show, you can ge the quit for good course here!

Ep 33. The "I Like Vaping" Myth
This is part 1 of debunking the myths that keep people vaping. Remember that your desire to vape is a result of believing things about vaping that create a false desire to use it. In order to quit for good, you are going to have to look at the thoughts that make you want to vape and question them with curiousity and love for yourself. Judgement and a closed-mind will never lead to behavior change. You can only ever do this work from a place of genuine curiousity. It isn't my business to tell you not to vape. But, it is my business to help you find your own Truth. If you've learned a lot and you're ready to apply what I teach in this show, you can ge the quit for good program here!
