Taitem wasn't able to get away from work this time, so sent an upgrade. We ambush Brent at the finish line of HSRL, and we have an argument: sprints good vs. sprints bad. A little ZRL week one recap and we're done.

James, Chris, Kees, and Sean pick the bones out of the Omnium, discuss the start of the Herd Summer Racing League, and twiddle our thumbs waiting for James to do some cleanup.

A crowded van full of weirdos talks (and talks, and talks) about the Omnium this weekend. The Omnium is James' latest attempt to kill us all, with 6 races over 2 days.

This week we talk with Carrie McBride, Zone 18 (17? 14?) Meerkat extraordinaire about Zwifting next to your spouse, getting into racing as a "not-sporty" person, and the proliferation of America's West Herders.

James, Brent, Craig, Taitem, and Lauren discuss this week in Herd racing and next week's omnium. And also, apparently you're allowed a sprint handicap if you're small now.

This week Kees, Chris, Brent and Craig discuss HWR, what's coming up this week (or maybe what was coming up this week last year), and what to do now that ZRL is done for all of us except those teams in the playoffs.

Brent, Craig, Lauren, and Sean sit down with Herd coach Stuart Barrington. Stuart was one of the Zwift beta testers (Zwift ID 411!), an ultra marathon runner, and triathlete who now focuses on Zwift and has begun a coaching business. When it comes to ideal training, it depends!

Alright Stop: Chamois Time! This week on the Pink Tron, Brent, Lauren, and Sean discuss why ATP/OTR has decided to punish the folks who are just trying to sit in to survive all 7 HWR's and ask how it is possible to get through the weekend without a clammy chamois.

We talk with herd racer Brian O'Conner about his racing history on Zwift and off, as well as his goals for the future.
