Show Notes

Inside of my group coaching program, Perfectionists Getting Shit Done, we set something called an Impossible Goal. This is a goal that is designed to make your brain freak out and call everything you believe about that goal into question.

Impossible Goals bring up a lot of self-doubt to work through, which can feel uncomfortable. They bring up all of the reasons and all of the evidence that we can't be the kind of person that does what we want to do. Our brains freak out - and we want to quit.

An Impossible Goal is not something that's unrealistic. It can exist in reality. In fact, it IS realistic but your brain thinks it's impossible.

Tune in to learn about why living behind our own doubt is actually more comfortable than believing in what we think is impossible and what to do about it.

In This Episode You'll Learn:

  • Why a better feeling thought is not always the most secure
  • The ways I'm learning to inspire confidence in 2021
  • To stay in self-belief longer and longer
  • That you don't have to have super positive thoughts to believe in yourself
