Show Notes
In this episode Dr. Molly & Todd discuss the Employee Turnover Model (ETM). The ETM is a 2-part model that lists the 4 core negative themes found from Dr. Molly's doctoral dissertation on employee turnover in the pet grooming industry that contributed to low job satisfaction, low quality of working life (QWL), burnout, and turnover and the 4 core positive themes that promote a positive working environment, high job satisfaction and quality of working life, and promotes retention. Dr. Molly received her Doctorate in Management in Organizational Leadership with the successful completion and defense of her dissertation on Female Employee Turnover in the Private Pet Grooming Industry, a 2-year study that included in-depth interviews of experiences from groomers at all levels, employees, managers, and owners.
