Shane Kapler, who runs ExplainingChristianity.com, joins me to talk about what we can learn from the prayer life of Jesus (and how to make it our own.).
I was very happy to have Shane join me for this discussion; he not only brought my attention to details of Jesus's prayer that I was previously unaware of, but offered specific insights on how to incorporate prayer throughout the day--"prayer snacks", as we call them--as a regular form of spiritual exercise.
Much of this discussion is based off the work found in Shane's book Through Him, With Him, and In Him: The Prayer Life of Jesus and How to Make It Your Own
