Dear Citizens of Queensland,My name is the Suspended Dr William Bay, I am the leader of the Queensland Peoples’ Protest (QPP) and no longer a registered practising QLD-based doctor.I have been asked by members of our community to outline the reasons why my organisation is visiting and protesting different sites around Queensland. QPP has now toured many different locations across QLD as part of our State Undemocracy Tour to bring awareness to residents that their MPs were complicit in the ending of parliamentary democracy on the 31st March 2022 with the amendment to the Public Health Act 2005 under section 362B (Reference No. 1) that gives the Chief Health Officer unreviewable powers to make any directive he believes is necessary as long as it is connected to preventing the spread of Covid-19. The CHO’s powers are absolute with the Supreme Court and the Premier unable to review them. These powers are unconstitutional, illegal and immoral because they override all laws and considerations pertaining to due process, human rights, and basic Western freedoms like freedom to transact, speak and move. Consequently, this law cannot be allowed to stand. Furthermore, the tyranny in QLD is set to be multiplied with the impending vote on the:Health Practitioner Regulation National Law and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2022 (Reference No. 2) which is before the QLD Parliament now. It is a bill introduced by Health Minister Yvette D’Ath and was reviewed by the Health and Environment Committee headed by Chair, Aaron Harper member for Thuringowa, who disappointingly recommended the bill be passed. The committee determined that the key objective of the bill was to strengthen public safety and confidence in the provision of health services.The legislation’s key reform is to refocus the objectives and guiding principles of the existing National Law to make public safety and confidence paramount considerations.It is worth noting that If the bill is passed in QLD it automatically applies to all state and territories except WA and SA which must (but will very likely) update their laws.The threat of this bill is that it seeks to make “public confidence in health services” as the paramount principle of all our healthcare. This is a radical departure from the previously well-established and respected principle of patient-centred care.The RACGP and AMA have expressed concerns over this refocusing of healthcare, and professional indemnity insurance companies like MIGA and the Insurance Council of Australia have agreed that the term ‘public confidence’ lacks a clear definition and scope, and they raised concerns about how courts and tribunals would interpret the term.The Queensland Peoples’ Protest argues strongly that the passing of this legislation will end the practice of medicine as we know it and will result in the death of informed consent, medical ethics, and the very lives of many Queenslanders and Australians. This is because when treatment of patients is not guided by their individual circumstances (medical history, medications, allergies etc.) but by the principle of what makes the Department of Health in each state look most trustworthy; then mistakes and indeed, incorrect treatments of patients is bound to occur. Mistakes in medical treatment will inevitably lead to patient deaths, deaths that can and will be directly attributable to the passage of this inherently unconscionable bill. Dr. Shimon (or Simon) Yanowitz joined The Stew Peters Show to expose the dangerous formations he found in the thawed Covid injection vials. He found nano worms, circuitry, and Bluetooth signals coming from the injections.Dr. Yanowitz is an electrical engineer and independent researcher based in Israel. He has done extensive research on the 1918 Spanish flu pandemic. He argues that the Spanish flu pandemic was caused by injections administered “to prevent meningitis.”Dr. Yanowitz has not had any Covid injections however he has seen these nanostructures in samples of his own blood. He is unwell as a result. “I have good reason to assume this is [due to vaccine] shedding through skin contact,” he said.It’s difficult to obtain vials of “vaccines” for testing. For some of the vials that were tested which Dr. Yanowitz has seen the results, “the chain of custody is quite complicated,” he said. They weren’t able to obtain sealed frozen vaccine vials in Israel. So, he worked with colleagues in Europe and was able to obtain some from Europe. “We had the unique opportunity to thaw them and to look at them right as they were thawing,” Dr. Yanowitz said. They were able to obtain sealed and frozen vials of Pfizer and Moderna “vaccines” although it’s not clear how many such samples they were able to obtain.“In other cases, we looked at used [thawed and open] vials that had been standing for a while. In none of these cases, [do] we want to elaborate too much on how we got these vials because this could put some people at risk.”It’s not just a bioweapon, Dr. Yanowitz explained. “If you build an electronic circuit in [a] person’s brain and body, or you’re sending carbon-based worms to the person’s brain and heart and so on – and some of these worms may carry toxins – this is not just a bioweapon. It’s technological warfare.”“People who would say this is a conspiracy theory – they are right. It is a conspiracy theory [which is] proving to be real, very real.“I can see more than one technology in the vials. One looks like worms or ribbons or synthetic parasites. And the other one is electronic circuitry which is not a parasite. And there could be other things.“It is my [opinion] that we are in a genocidal war. The rulers of the world have declared war on the citizens of the world with the intent of wiring them to the [artificial intelligence] AI-based ‘cloud’ or killing them.”(Note: The “cloud” is a term used to describe a global network of servers. In 2019, the Australian Human Rights Commission called for submissions to an inquiry into human rights, ironically called ‘Free and Equal: An Australian conversation on human rights’ (the National Conversation)‘.In the Foreword section of the AVN’s November 2019 submission (copied below), President Aneeta Hafemeister warned of a coming dystopia featuring cradle-to-grave vaccinations and boosters, as well as the restriction of citizen’s movements! In her closing she implores Australian citizens to support either a constitutional bill of rights, or, a federal human rights Act which is binding on both the parliamentary and executive arms of government, before it is too late! ForewordA growing number of Australians are becoming acutely aware that vaccination policy will eventually intrude into every aspect of their personal, family, social and economic lives, unless the sweeping powers available to the parliament under the Australian Constitution are duly limited.It is not a case of if, but when vaccination policy will touch an individual, family or occupational class. It would seem that no citizen will be immune from the authoritarian creep towards coercive, cradle-to-grave, or more correctly, womb-to-tomb vaccination laws, as vaccine promoters find more and more indications for vaccination. The old, the young, the yet-to-be-born; no citizen will be able to escape multiple rounds of vaccination and boosters. Existing mandates for health care workers will be extended to other occupations, and as vaccination failure becomes more difficult to conceal by health officials, adults, including pregnant women, will be increasingly targeted for vaccination, and their freedom of movement restricted. This is the dystopian future planned for us.Since 2015, Australian citizens have lost important social, economic and medical rights, under the ‘No Jab, No Pay’ and ‘No Jab, No Play’ mandatory vaccination laws, which were not justified on either individual health or public health grounds. Despite Australia having historically high vaccination rates, these laws were framed as being necessary to further increase vaccination rates, without any evidence that such an increase would lead to healthier children or a reduction in disease outbreaks. In other words, vaccination became an end in itself under these laws.These laws provide alarming examples of how our system of representative democracy is not capable of protecting minorities with dissenting positions, and how easily it can be hijacked by extremist lobby groups which ‘have the ear’ of members of parliament.As Australia is the only liberal democracy without a constitutional bill of rights, or comprehensive federal human rights legislation, most rights which Australians take for granted are not adequately protected against legislative excess. Under our system of government, citizens rely, almost exclusively, on the goodwill and diligence of their elected representatives to enact proportionate and least-rights-restrictive laws, characteristics which were rarely observed during the enactment of the No Jab, No Pay/Play laws. Consequently, there is a strong case, and growing support for law reform in this area.The legislative models adopted in Victoria, A.C.T., and recently Queensland – whilst ensuring that ministerial and other administrative decisions are consistent with the protection of human rights – are not binding on the parliament itself. As a result, under these models, the parliament is still permitted to enact laws which violate human rights, which we witnessed first-hand with the enactment of the Victorian ‘No Jab, No Play’ law in 2015.
