Show Notes
Functional anatomy helps us better understand movement. How do muscles produce, reduce, and stabilize forces along with their joint actions and plane of motion. In this episode the following muscles are reviewed:
- Anterior Tibialis
- Posterior Tibialis
- Quadriceps
- Iliacus
- Psoas
- TFL
This is the first in a series to help better understand muscles and their function. We are starting at the lower extremity and working our way up. Continue to listen as we make it through the major movers throughout the body.
