Hurricane Helene is growing ever closer to Florida’s OTHER coast. Be smart, stay prepped, be well. Here on The Space Coast, just a bit windy and rainy in bands, it seems. Our residents though are out foregoing and scavenging and allowing their fears to overtake their rational senses. Being rude and pushy is not the way to do things as we are all trying to get the things we need to stay safe and well. Just be humane and polite. Repeating a third time, as it is important! This last Friday, as I was posting hour three of that days show list, FB chose to lock me out. I received a message about violating community standards. I pressed the PLEASE REVIEW button and changed my password. This unlocked my FB page to me, and I thought all was right in the world. Two hours later, I found myself locked out AGAIN! Mind you this exact same thing happened about seven years back. At this point FB asked for a photo of me…not an ID just a photo, which I provided. Now the FB Nazis want my unredacted state photo ID. I WILL NOT COMPLY! Why? Because, I did not have to supply one when I originally set up the account. Seems like a big privacy invasion. I will now just be posting on TheMusicAuthority.com and also the various podcast sites that I regularly post to. I still need to learn how to activate tags on these sites without FB. I am at a loss! This last Friday, as I was posting hour three of that days show list, FB chose to lock me out. I received a message about violating community standards. I pressed the PLEASE REVIEW button and changed my password. This unlocked my FB page to me, and I thought all was right in the world. Two hours later, I found myself locked out AGAIN! Mind you this exact same thing happened about seven years back. At this point FB asked for a photo of me…not an ID just a photo, which I provided. Now the FB Nazis want my unredacted state photo ID. I WILL NOT COMPLY! Why? Because, I did not have to supply one when I originally set up the account. Seems like a big privacy invasion. I will now just be posting on TheMusicAuthority.com and also the various podcast sites that I regularly post to. I still need to learn how to activate tags on these sites without FB. PLEASE SHARE THIS AS I CANNOT REACH ALL THE BANDS I NEED TO CONTACT! I hope they will see this!
