Baked enchilada chicken for dinner tonight. Slow cooking the chicken in the oven at 275 degrees Fahrenheit for three hours in chicken bone broth with lime, thyme, salt, pepper, garlic and onions. Once cooked to shreddable, shred it and add more onions, peppers, garlic, and enchilada sauce and bake till veggies get cooked soft. Serving over a hearts of romaine salad.
