Welcome to The Mindset Gym Podcast!

This week is a bit of a vulnerable one. I have briefly touched on my experience with an eating disorder in the past but I have never truly dove into the full story. So I thought today I would do exactly that.

This is for anyone who has struggled or is struggling with something similar.

I am sharing this story to help validate others in a similar boat and help bring a message of hope that it does not have to be your story forever.
