EP#40 - The Power of Disappointment: How It Can Level You or Inspire You
Disappointment is something we all face at one point or another in life. May it be something small or something vastly unexpected. Regardless of the magnitude of your disappointment, you always end up having two choices: Allowing it to level you or allowing it to inspire you. How can disappointment ever be a bad thing if the Universe is always working for you? I used to get caught up so many times in my life about coming up short to what it was I desired I wanted to accomplish. It would take days and weeks before I would get over it. But overtime, the message kept speaking clearer and clearer to me: The Universe is ALWAYS working for YOU! It was that moment, life shifted and slowly but surely, I looked forward to the failures, the disappointments and much more. It showed me how my focus was off or that the Universe had to break ties and connections I had to help me raise up to new levels of expansion and moving me closer to my visions. How do you allow for disappointment and coming up short on goals affect you? How do you deal with failures and so forth? Do you let them uplift you or bring you down? EP#39 - Abundance: An Infinite Amount of Resources for You to Create Whatever You Desire
Many people in life have a scarcity, lack or poverty mindset. Many people believe there is a limited amount of resources in all things. How many times have you heard about a food shortage at a specific year that humans will experience? How many times you hear about limited amount of money? How about limited amount of dreams? How many times have you catching yourself to want to be the first person in something because you know, if someone beats you to the chase, they have it? I know I used to do this many times in my life where I wanted to be the one with the new idea or new concept. But truth be told, there are infinite amounts of concepts and ideas, infinite amounts of food and so much more. When we focus on lack, scarcity and limits, that is what we experience. If we focus on abundance, infinite amount of resources and more, that is what we experience. In this episode, I dive into explaining God and how you are co-creating your physical reality with God and God wants you to experience more of yourself and expand and evolve as a soul so why would God create lack? Why would God create limits? Tune in as we dive deep into a convo that I will explain in a simple fashion for you to grasp the power and beauty of being alive in this physical world while having endless love and support to create anything your imagination can come up with.

EP#38 - Breaking the Pattern of FEAR
Fear is a human emotion that we all face. It is part of the experience. Fears are there, at times, for protection. But in this modern society, our fears are usually false evidence appearing real (F.E.A.R.). The worries we had 1000 years ago, 5000 years ago or even 1 million years ago, don't exist today. We don't have to worry about walking down a trail and have a saber tooth tiger around the bend. We don't have to worry about being eaten by a lion or even worry about infectious disease when we have a severe wound. Times have change but so has the saber tooth tiger. Even though it may not exist anymore, it has evolved to exist within the mind. This type of saber tooth tiger shows up in your life as worry, anxiety, anxiousness, anger, frustration, resentment and more. It is the things that we fear about happening which about 99% of the time, they don't. In this episode, I break down the aspect of fear and how you can help your brain to stop focusing on fear and give it an opportunity to reset. I will share what fear does to your critical thinking centers and how it actually blocks you from thinking and much more.

EP#37 - The Importance of Filtering Out Toxic People in Your Life
Let's face it, you are either having people uplift you or drain you. At the end of the day, its not their fault but yours. You have to choose wisely. You must have healthy boundaries with people so you can sustain your energy. When you don't have someone draining your energy, you can use that to craete more of what it is you desire to experience in this life (reality). When someone drains your energy, you have to focus on rebuilding that back up and you end up losing out on the power to create what it is that you desire. In this episode, I will be sharing with you one simple tool that I use very often to determine if the person I am surroudning myself with, is uplifting me or draining me. This episode is great for anyone of all ages as this is something we all face on a daily, weekly, monthly and/or annual basis. Tune in for more!

EP#36 - Why Do Humans Focus on Control and Run from Uncertainty?
In life, humans are always looking for ways to control their environment. We are at times, looking to control our children, our spouses, loved ones and more. Why is it we focus so much on control and more importantly, does controlling more of your life truly lead to a life of inspiration and fulfillment? In this episode, I dive into what is known as the "EGO" to many but I don't give it the bad rap many people do. Ego has been known as, "Edging God Out." But, I share in the beginning the necessity of your EGO and how it benefits you in a specific way. I will dive into a way on how I share and get stuff out of my system so I can stay peaceful and calm in most of any situation the Universe brings to me. Lastly, I will share why finding the path of inspiration, fulfillment and returning back to your child-like perspectives is in the UNCERTAINTY in life rather than the CERTAINTY. Tune in for more!

EP#35 - Why Is Mindfulness Essential In Today's World?
We are living in the most stressful times humanity has ever experienced. With such huge technological advances, why would we be more stressed in our society? Well, our attention spans continue to become shorter and shorter. Our minds continue to have more and more racing thoughts. We are more focused on the future or past than we are on the present. We continue to live this hustle and bustle lifestyle that is only wearing us out more, creating more feelings of lack with fulfillment, control and joy. How can we change all this? How can we rewire our brains to slow down, be more kid like and enjoy the beauty of what life has to offer? Tune in for how we can do this with Mindfulness and I will share with you a few techniques that you can practice daily with things you already do to help in the process.

EP#34 - The Word Busy Distracts You From Achieving Your Desires
In society today, I am noticing more and more people state how busy they are. Moms, Dads, Entrepreneurs, Students and more. This word has repleaced what we used to say, "good." But, what happens when we truly state the word busy? What are you stating to the Universe? How does this increase more overwhelm, anxiety, anxiousness, burn out and more? Words are the fabric to our reality and one of the best ways to enhance your experience in this life by changing your vocabulary. Change the words you use, the words you focus on and BOOM! You will slowly start to notice a different experience. Tune in as I dive into what words have a higher vibrational meaning and how it attracts more of what you desire rather than continuing to be "busy" and only continuing to attract more things into your life that will continue for you to continue state the word, "busy." Remember, the Universe is always working for YOU. What you state is its command.

EP#33 - Why Competition Creates Less Fulfillment Within
In this episode, I share many personal stories and one of the biggest battles I had on letting go so I could grow, not just financially, but in every aspect of my life. I will share why competition is not the main focus of your life. If you are always sizing yourself up to other individuals who make more than you, run faster than you, do yoga better than you and so forth, you are robbing yourself and your life of fulfillment, joy, and peace within. EP#32 - The Perspective We Created With Pain
Pain is something we will all go through and always face. Some call it, "suffering," but whatever the label you choose, it is something inevitable. Why? Why does pain/suffering have to exist? Can we escape it all together? OR is pain something truly absolutely amazing? Is pain something that helps us grow? Is it something that teaches us valuable lessons about life? Which one do you think is correct? Well, the truth be told is, whichever way you look at it, you are right. There is no right or wrong to this perspective. You are the one who determines if pain is something that happens to you rather for you. Or, you can see it as something happening for you, instead of at you. In this episode, I will be sharing with you many different concepts of pain, sharing with you personal stories and at the end of this podcast episode, I can promise you, you will look at pain in a whole new way or a whole new inspiring way! In today’s episode I am diving deep into chapter 10 of my new book, “Rediscover Your Greatness.” In this chapter, I will be discussing the Inevitable Truth of Life. The truth of our physical life is, it will come to an end. But instead of fearing the end, I will discuss concepts and aspects of why it is important to look at it as something to maximize your life and play out to the fullest. I mention in the book and on this episode about living your life on E. I share the importance of every single day, making sure you gave all that you can to every aspect of your day and when you do this, when your time is up, you will see, you left everything to the world (left with nothing in the tank).

EP#28 - Mastering the Language of the Universe = Mastering Your Life
Everything in the entire Universe and multi-verses utilizing communication. They have their own systems, procedures and language that allows for us to communicate with one another. Just as humans communicate via words and language, our spiritual form uses energy or tone. In the entire universe, this is how it communicates. As a human, we can tap into this communication system and once we master this language, we are able to master our lives. We start to understand what tonal is and how tonal works in this world, this universe and more. Plants, animals, insects, aware humans and more utilize tonal to communicate. We have used tonal communication before without even knowing it. We call it a "gut feeling" or intuition. Science can even prove how this "gut feeling" actually creates a physiological response within the body and affects the body to have you become aware of something. In this episode, we discuss Chapter 7 of my new book, "Rediscover Your Greatness." In this chapter, we dive into what is the ONE thing that blocks or allows for you to achieve anything you desire. What is that one thing that resists your goals and dreams or allows for them to flow to you with ease. It will be the one thing that is the vast difference from someone who is living their life from a state of creation while the other is living life from a state of hope/faith/chance. We will dive into stories and concpeets that I have shared in my book to share these concepts into daily life. In life, we live in a world of duality. There are positives and negatives. Hot and cold. Light and Darkness. Etc. Etc. But, why is it that most of us fear the darkness? Why is it that we rather enjoy a life that is all blissed out and peaceful and do whatever it takes to avoid going into the darkness? Does this come from proramming at a young age that the darkness is scary? Where does this come from all together? In this episode, we will be discussing chapter 6 of my book, "Rediscover Your Greatness," and in this chapter, we dive into the law of duality and how the darkness is your portal, your gateway into the light. We talk about how the Universe is always working FOR YOU, not against you. So, when there is darkness in your life or what I love to say, "contrast", it is serving your highest good. How can you use the darkness to propel you into the light. I will be sharing multiple stories of how I went into the darkness and faced it head on and was grateful for the lessons it taught me. I was grateful for who it turned me into being and how it truly served my highest good, even when my mind could not understand or comprehend it. Tune in for more!

I discuss with you about the power of your focus and how your focus is where your source energy channels from. As I have said before, "Your Mind tells your eyes what to see." When you focus on something, you dictate the process for your senses to be on an alert for this. Focus is what shapes your reality. When it comes to transformation, many people focus on the doing part, but leave out the being part. To me, when you focus on the doing first, and not the being, you will end up running in circles, never getting to the results you desire. THere will be the mountain highs and then, we all face the valley lows. It is through the valleys, are true support systems come in and help us on the journey back up to the top of the mountain. But the great question to ask is, "How do you create a support system that will bring out the best in you?" When I was growing up, I was always told, I am a sinner and always will be a sinner. The moment I was born, I was born into this world with original sin and a sinner is what I would alway be. Talk about being dealt a deck of cards you cannot change. As I became older and wiser, I started to challenge these concepts and see if humanity or the religion I was brough up in, missed the mark on something. What if it is not what we were always told and it was sometheing different. What would that mean to my life? Do I have more control? What if the whole definition of the word, "Sin or Sinner," was changed, would my experience change? Would the experience of others change? As I continued to ask the questions, more and more answers came. EP#16 - The Single Most Important Thing to Know About Resistance
In life, you are either on the path towards LEAST resistance or MOST resistance. BUt how do you know which one you are on? What does resistance mean? What does it feel like? What tools or systems can one utilize to be more on the path towards Least resistance vs Most resistance? The truth is, the path towards least resistance is the path that allows for you to achieve your TRUE bliss, joy, happiness, achieving your dreams and so much more. It is that path that truly is IN FLOW and appreciating all of what life has to offer. The path towards MOST resistance is the opposite. EP#15 - Why Focus on the Small Things in Life
In life, the small things is what creates the big things to happen. As you look at legos, it is these small pieces, when put together, over time, create a masterpiece like the London Bridge or in Tel Aviv, Isarel, a lego tower stands 118 feet tall. Crazy?! But how can you take these concepts and put them into your life? Every thing in the physical world has to have time and space to become a reality. Everything takes time. It is the small things we do on a consistent basis that creates the big things. In order for a skyscraper to be built, it takes a lot of little steps over a period of time and space, in order to be achieved. A new born takes 40 weeks to be born into this world but took 40 weeks to develop and grow, little at a time. Everything in nature is all about the small things. 14. Programming of the Mind
Our minds are conditioned and programmed to response in a specific way. This 2 million year old program called, "The Brain," is designed to determine patterns and threats and help you survive in this life. Unfortunately, in an information world we live in, programming your mind happens more than we think. When we talk about programming, it is having you think a thought but not really be what you feel or think it is but instead, the influencers to have you think a certain way. For example, I say Donald Trump, Adolf Hitler, Gandhi, Jesus, etc., and you have a thought and feeling about each individual in your own way. Now, most of it is conditioned based upon humanities standards. What about, "I'll be back." What movie was that? Or what about corporations that use music with a saying that will have you remember them. The best marketers in the world utilize principles like this to get you to want to buy their products. EP#12 - Perspectives of Life
Why is it when the same event happens to two people, why do they have different stories? Affect differently? It is all based upon the perspective of how you are taking in the event. In life, regardless the person, event, circumstance, etc., it is just that. The meaning you put upon it will be based upon the perspective of where you are standing. How you are viewing it and focusing on. If you stay in your perspective, you feel that you are right. And by all means, you are based upon your perspective. But, what if there were other perspectives? For example, some people believe the world is flat while others believe its round. Based upon different perspectives, they are both right. If we go into outer space and go a few 1,000 miles away from earth, we can see how it is a globe. It is a sphere and it is round. But, what if we took that perspective from 1,000 miles to the moon? What does the earth look like from the moon? It can show an appearance of being flat. Everything in life is perspective and the more you focus on looking at different vantage points, different perspectives and choosing the one that suits you best, now you start to empower your reality. Gratitude is one of the most powerful ways you can connect to your Source, your TRUE SELF. Gratitude is the right attitude to allow you to take your life to the next altitutd - Dr. Vic. Our minds are so prgrammed to look for what is wrong in our life. Our mind is so programmed to find what is wrong and fix it. It is a 2 million year old program. But, it doesn't mean it has to be this way. It doesn't mean we can't change this program, this conditioning. Time is one resource that once it is gone, it can never be restored or gained back. We only have 24 hours in a day and what we do in those 24 hours, truly dictates our reality. The term we use often in this current time is, "BUSY." Someone asks, "How are you doing?" I am good, just busy. We use that term so much but are we truly busy? When we look at the most successful people in the world, I would say, at least for me, they are busier than I am. They have more tasks and things to get done daily but how do they do it? What do they focus on? How do they accomplish so much? They value the most precious resource they have outside of health which is time. I practice meditation on a daily basis for 10-20 mins a day. Some days I will go longer but this is the average.
