Johnny was the first Australian crowned the world’s best pizza maker in 2014 and knows how to get a restaurant right. Johnny was on The Mentor TV show as an expert helping out a struggling pizzeria, so we talk about how to create a good working environment, how to run a family business and why passion used in the right way is so important in business.
